Detailed Description

Embodiments of a trailer theft prevention system and method according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and not intended to limit the scope of the claims. Furthermore, in the present description, the drawings are not to scale and like reference numerals refer to like parts.

It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the expressions "first" and "second" are used to distinguish two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it is understood that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and the descriptions thereof in the following embodiments are omitted.

The trailer anti-theft system in the preferred embodiment of the invention encrypts or unlocks the trailer electronic brake system through the identification code so as to realize the locking or unlocking of the trailer wheels, thereby achieving the purposes of encrypting and locking the trailer.

In order to achieve the purpose, the electronic brake system of the trailer controls the on-off of the electromagnetic valves connected with a plurality of wheels and air bags of the vehicle through the electronic brake system of the trailer, so that the inflation or the deflation of the spring brake air chambers are realized, the wheels of the vehicle are unlocked or unlocked, and the electronic brake system of the trailer is controlled through matching adaptive modes such as similar identification codes or user login. Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of a trailer theft prevention system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the trailer anti-theft system in the preferred embodiment of the present invention is comprised of a trailer electric brake system 10, a solenoid valve 20, an air supply 30, and a plurality of spring brake chambers 40. The spring brake chambers 40 are located on the trailer axle 50 and each spring brake chamber 40 corresponds to a wheel 60 of the trailer and an air bag 70 at the location of the trailer axle 50. The trailer electronic brake system 10 is connected with each spring brake air chamber 40 through the electromagnetic valve 20, so as to control the exhaust or intake of the air chamber. In addition, as a conventional means, a pressure limiting valve 80 is further disposed at the position of the air source 30 to stabilize the air pressure during the inflation process of the air source 30.

The spring brake chamber 40 includes a service brake chamber and a parking brake chamber corresponding to a service brake and a parking brake, respectively, and since the adaptation between the tractor and the trailer is most likely to occur after the parking brake, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is associated with the parking brake chamber in the spring brake chamber 40. Incidentally, the service brake chamber and the parking brake chamber in the spring brake chamber 40 form a double-control spring control structure.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an equivalent circuit structure of a solenoid valve in the trailer theft prevention system shown in fig. 1. The solenoid valve 20 includes a first connection port 21, a second connection port 22 and a third connection port 23, wherein the first connection port 21 is respectively communicated with the parking brake chamber of each spring brake chamber, the second connection port 22 is communicated with the air source 30 through a pressure limiting valve 80, and the third connection port 23 is directly communicated with the outside as an exhaust port. In the actual operation process, when the vehicle needs to be locked, 24V is applied between the 62.3 connection port and the 62.4 connection port, and 0V is applied between the 62.1 connection port and the 62.2 connection port, so that the first connection port 21 is controlled to be communicated with the third connection port 23 through the solenoid valve 20, that is, the parking brake cavity of the spring brake air chamber 40 is communicated with the outside, so that the parking brake cavity is exhausted outwards, and the wheel locking, that is, the trailer locking is realized, correspondingly, when the locking needs to be released, 0V is applied between the 62.3 connection port and the 62.4 connection port, 24V is applied between the 62.1 connection port and the 62.2 connection port, so that the first connection port 21 is controlled to be communicated with the second connection port 22 through the solenoid valve 20, that is, the pipeline between the parking brake cavity of the spring brake air chamber 40 and the air bag 70 is connected, so that the air bag 70 inflates the parking brake cavity under the control of the, in this way, the trailer wheels 60 are unlocked.

The trailer electronic brake system 10 is adapted by a password unlocking system, which is to be understood as encrypting or decrypting the trailer electronic brake system 10. Specifically, as a preferred scheme, each trailer is assigned with an identification code which is uniquely corresponding to the trailer, for example, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, each trailer is configured with a PIN code which is composed of multiple digits or is composed of digits and letters, when the tractor is connected with the trailer, the corresponding PIN code needs to be input on a vehicle control panel or a touch screen, and a controller of the trailer electronic brake system 10 identifies the PIN code, and if the input PIN code is correct, the corresponding operation is carried out. In other embodiments of the present invention, to further improve the safety level of the system, the tractor may be configured with an identification code that is the same as or different from that of the trailer, and if the identification codes of the tractor and the trailer are the same, the tractor and the trailer may be normally connected only when the identification codes are identical, or the identification codes of the tractor and the trailer are identified in different but one-to-one correspondence forms, which may also have the effect of improving the safety level. In addition, an alarm device matched with the password unlocking system can be arranged, when the identification code is input incorrectly or in the scheme with higher safety level, the alarm device gives a long-ringing alarm when the tractor and the trailer are matched incorrectly, and can give a short-ringing alarm to prompt the matching success when the tractor and the trailer are matched successfully. The vehicle can be locked by inputting a corresponding PIN code in the parking state, the vehicle can be directly locked by a vehicle key of the tractor in the parking state, the power supply of the key can be kept to be connected, and the tractor and the trailer are locked only by the identification code, so that the requirements of locking the tractor and the trailer under different conditions such as parking or temporary parking of the vehicle are met; in the decryption process, the tractor and the trailer can be matched to further improve the safety level of the connection between the tractor and the trailer only when the power supply of the vehicle key is ensured to be switched on and the identification code is required to be correct. When the controller of the trailer electronic brake system receives the correct PIN code, a command is sent to the electromagnetic valve to control the inflation and the deflation of the parking brake chamber of the spring brake chamber.

Correspondingly, the invention also provides a trailer anti-theft method based on the trailer anti-theft system, which comprises the following steps: step S1 of configuring an identification code for each trailer and configuring a password unlocking system which is unlocked through the identification code and is matched with the electronic braking system of the trailer; step S2, configuring a solenoid valve which is connected with the trailer electronic brake system and controls the on-off of an air source; step S3 of configuring a spring brake chamber in communication with the air source and controlling the flow of air between the air source and the spring brake chamber via the solenoid valve.

In the step S1, the process of unlocking the trailer electronic brake system through the identification code is that in a parking state, when a trailer needs to be pulled, the identification code (PIN code) is input through a vehicle control board or a touch screen, and if the input identification code (PIN code) is adapted, the trailer electronic brake system controls the electromagnetic valve to be communicated with the air source, so that the parking brake chamber of the spring brake chamber is inflated, the wheels of the trailer are unlocked, the connection between the tractor and the trailer is completed, the tractor can pull the trailer to run, and in the running process of the tractor and the trailer, if the trailer electronic brake system detects that the trailer does not normally move, the alarm device is correspondingly triggered to send an alarm; under the parking state, when needs and the trailer separation, identification code (PIN sign indicating number) is inputed through vehicle control panel or touch screen equally, if identification code (PIN sign indicating number) adaptation of input, then trailer electronic braking system control solenoid valve and gas vent intercommunication to make the outside exhaust in spring brake chamber's parking braking chamber, realize trailer wheel locking.

The present invention has been described in detail, and the embodiments are only used for understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
