Present cable conveyor generally is equipped with the twice and is the level and relative bar and pulls the area, and the cable is inserted and is established between the bar and pull the area, utilizes the bar to pull the area and realize pulling the cable, nevertheless under some comparatively narrow places, the cable conveyor length that the structure was pulled to the bar is longer, lays not down, needs the more exquisite conveying equipment of structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a roller type cable conveyor, which adopts rollers to replace a strip-shaped traction belt, can effectively reduce the size of the cable conveyor and is suitable for narrow places.

Preferably, the backing plate is formed with a slot for a chain, and the chain is inserted into the slot of the backing plate.

Preferably, the both ends of connecting seat stretch out the side bearer bar and are fixed with vertical bracing piece, are equipped with a plurality of deflector rolls between the bracing piece, and the both ends of deflector roll articulate on the bracing piece, the deflector roll distribute in the both sides of traction wheel and lie in the upside of spacing guide pulley.

Preferably, one end of the guide roller extends out of the support rod inserting sleeve to be fixed with a third chain wheel, and the third chain wheel is connected to the chain.

Preferably, an annular groove with a V-shaped section is formed on the outer wall of the traction wheel.

Preferably, the length and width of the pad plate are equal to those of the bottom frame, respectively.

Preferably, the diameter of the traction wheel is equal to 2/3 the length of the tie plate.

Preferably, the antiskid strips are uniformly distributed on the traction wheel in an annular shape around the central axis of the traction wheel.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: it adopts the gyro wheel to replace bar traction area, can effectively reduce cable conveyor's size, is applicable to narrow place and uses.
