The lignin fiber can better adsorb asphalt, and more asphalt mastic is wrapped on the surface of the aggregate, so that the low-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture can be obviously improved. But the lignin fiber has the phenomenon of oil absorption of the hollow tube, and partial asphalt is absorbed into the fiber, so that the thickness of an asphalt oil film is not increased, the strength of a pavement is not improved, the consumption of the asphalt is increased, and the cost is improved; in addition, the lignin fiber has strong water absorption, so that the water stability of the mixture is poor and the durability of the mixture is influenced.

The invention aims to provide an asphalt mixture doped with basalt fibers and lignin fibers, wherein the water stability can be improved by doping the chopped basalt fibers and lignin fibers into the asphalt mixture in a moderate proportion, and the comprehensive performance of the asphalt mixture is greatly improved compared with that of the asphalt mixture doped with one fiber.
