s2: determining a bending shaft point or a bending axis according to the requirement of bending, processing radial slender slits in the straight transition region by using the bending shaft point, or processing array-shaped slender slits in the straight transition region by using the bending axis;

s3: and bending the machined straight transition section to a target bending radian.

the bending part 3 is bent into an arc shape around an axis or a vertex, a plurality of thin slits 4 are arranged on the bending part 3, the thin slits 4 extend by taking the vertex as a center and are arranged in a radial shape, or the thin slits 4 extend parallel to the axis and are arranged in an array shape.

It should be noted that, in order to maintain the bending state after processing, fillers can be injected into the thin strip seams, and the surfaces of the curved arc inner side surface and the curved arc outer side surface are polished to be flat, so that the stable state of the hard plate after bending can be ensured, and the bending deformation caused by the fact that the first end or the second end of the plate is not fixed under the bending recovery effect can be avoided; of course, when the curved plate is used for a wooden toy or the like requiring weight reduction, the thin slits may be filled with filler, and only the first end and the second end need to be fixed after bending, so that the curved state can be maintained.
