The admixture tank structure 5 comprises an admixture tank 51 and a second hydraulic sensor 52 arranged inside the admixture tank 51 and used for detecting hydraulic pressure so as to measure the liquid level, an admixture metering pump 53 is arranged on a connecting pipe between the admixture tank 51 and the stirring machine 1 at the upper end of the admixture tank 51, and the second hydraulic sensor 52 is in signal connection with a control device.

In this embodiment, the stirring machine 1 includes a stirring tank 11 connected to the sand tank structure 2, the powder tank structure 3, the water tank structure 4 and the admixture tank structure 5, respectively, and a stirring driving motor 13 provided at one end of the stirring tank 11 for stirring driving, the stirring driving motor 13 being in signal connection with the control device.

In the embodiment, during work, a worker starts through the control device and sets the amount of each raw material according to needs, and the control device receives signals from the sand tank structure 2, the powder tank structure 3, the water tank structure 4 and the additive tank structure 5 in real time to obtain the residual amounts of sand, raw material powder, water and additive. The control device compares the set amount of each raw material required by stirring with the residual material of each raw material, if the residual material of a certain raw material is lower than the material required by stirring of the raw material, the control device gives an alarm and prohibits stirring, otherwise, if the residual material of each raw material meets the requirement of stirring, the next step is carried out; when stirring and feeding, the control device controls the sand tank structure 2 to firstly add half of materials required by raw material sand stirring into the stirrer 1, then other structures are mixed together, meanwhile, the adding time of each raw material is detected, and if the adding time exceeds a set value, an alarm is given to remind of carrying out inspection treatment; the control device carries out accounting on the decrement sum of the sand tank structure 2, the powder tank structure 3, the water tank structure 4 and the additive tank structure 5 and the increment of the total adding amount of each raw material in the stirrer 1 in real time according to the detection signal, and alarms if the error exceeds a set value, and the workers check and process the error; after the charging is finished, controlling to stir; after the stirring is finished, the residual materials in the stirrer 1 are detected during discharging, and the next stirring operation is allowed to be carried out until the residual material amount in the stirrer 1 is lower than a set value.
