1. A regulator valve, comprising:

a valve body defining a flow passage therein;

Technical Field

Background

The regulating valve is a common valve, as shown in fig. 1a and fig. 1b, the throttling part of the straight-through single-seat regulating valve is composed of a valve seat 1 and a valve core 2, the valve core 2 is driven by an actuating mechanism to move up and down, so that the opening and closing functions of the valve are achieved, and the sealing surfaces of the valve core 2 and the valve seat 1 are small. Although the valve core and the valve seat of the straight-through single-valve-seat regulating valve have advantages in practical use, the straight-through single-valve-seat regulating valve has many defects, such as high processing difficulty, easy abrasion in matching and the like. The straight-through single-valve-seat regulating valve mainly has the following defects: 1) the sealing surfaces of the valve core and the valve seat are very small, and when the sealing surfaces are mutually contacted, the mutual contact area of the two sealing surfaces is smaller; when the medium is not clean and continuously impacts and collides with the sealing surface, the sealing surface is easily damaged, so that the valve core and the valve seat can be sealed untight after being used for a long time, and the sealing performance is reduced; in addition, when the opening position of the valve is not large, a gap formed by the valve and the valve is small, and deposits are easy to remain; 2) the dimensional tolerance requirements of the valve core and the valve seat are very high, although the existing processing technology is continuously improved and the processing equipment capability is continuously improved, the dimensional tolerance requirements of all parts cannot be met, and particularly the dimensional tolerance requirements in the drawing are difficult to meet for the valve core and the valve seat with larger sizes; the sealing effect after assembly can be influenced by slight deviation of part processing, and when the sealing performance of the assembled valve core and the assembled valve seat cannot reach the ideal state, the damage of the valve core and the valve seat can be accelerated in the using process; 3) the valve core and the valve seat are easily affected by the working environment after being used, and are easily damaged and need to be replaced periodically particularly in a severe environment, so that the maintenance cost is high; 4) the pressure difference allowed by the two sides of the valve core and the valve seat is small in the operation process of the straight-through single-valve-seat valve, and the straight-through single-valve-seat valve cannot bear a large temperature environment.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a regulating valve, which is used for solving the problems of poor sealing performance, high processing difficulty and poor service performance of a valve core and a valve body.
