Technical Field

The invention relates to a rotary kiln feeding inclined pushing device which is used as a conveying component and used for conveying materials into a rotary kiln.

Background

In a rotary kiln system for hazardous waste incineration, feeding of a rotary kiln is always a problem which is difficult to solve, and the main difficulty is that the properties of materials fed into the rotary kiln are difficult to control. At present, most processes adopt a material pushing device (such as a rotary kiln feeding device disclosed by the publication number of CN209689369U, a piston pusher is arranged in a feeding groove, and a material pushing piston head of the piston pusher is arranged in the feeding groove body to push materials in the feeding groove) or a gravity chute as main equipment for feeding of a rotary kiln, so that the feeding problem of most materials is solved. However, the following disadvantages also exist:

(1) the material pushing device adopts a batch feeding mode, and the feeding amount is greatly influenced by the feeding frequency and the feeding size.

(2) As a frequent feeding mode, the conditions of discontinuous feeding of the rotary kiln and unstable working condition are inevitably generated, and the burning quality is difficult to stabilize. This problem becomes more pronounced as the capacity of rotary kiln designs increases.

(3) When the heat value of the materials entering the kiln is large and the burning point is low, the batch feeding may cause the deflagration of the kiln head, thus causing great harm to the safety production.

(4) The gravity chute is suitable for materials with better fluidity, and if the material adhesion is larger, the materials can be accumulated at the bottom of the chute and can not enter the kiln.

(5) Fluffy materials are difficult to enter the rotary kiln in a gravity feeding mode.

Aiming at the pushing mode of the piston head, on one hand, the phenomenon of blocking of the push head is easy to occur under the influence of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold; on the other hand, the material blocking problem exists, and the pushing head is easily damaged once the material blocking occurs.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an inclined pushing device which is suitable for a feeding mode of continuous feeding of materials and solves the problems that the materials are bonded and cannot be completely fed.

In order to solve the technical problems, the rotary kiln feeding inclined pushing device comprises an inclined pushing channel, a feeding hole is arranged above the inclined pushing channel, a discharging hole is formed in the tail end of the inclined pushing channel, a pushing head is arranged in the inclined pushing channel, the pushing head is driven by a power device to move from the head end to the tail end of the inclined pushing channel, and materials entering the inclined pushing channel from the feeding hole are pushed to the discharging hole; in the inclined material pushing channel, the pushing head is inclined, and the inclined angle of the pushing head is preferably 45-50 degrees. The height of the push head is lower than that of the inclined pushing channel, the height of the push head is as low as possible, the push head can be mounted as long as the driving oil cylinder is mounted, and the preferred height of the push head is 18-22CM and accounts for less than 30% of the height of the inclined pushing channel.

Preferably, the power device is an oil cylinder, the oil cylinder is arranged at the head end of the inclined material pushing channel, and a piston rod of the oil cylinder enters the inclined material pushing channel to be connected with the pushing head and drive the pushing head.

In order to reduce the temperature of the inclined material pushing channel, a water cooling cavity is arranged outside the inclined material pushing channel.

The inclination angle of the pushing head is 45-50 degrees, most of loose materials (with low viscosity) can enter the rotary kiln in a gravity feeding mode, and therefore the continuous feeding condition is achieved.

Because the height of the pushing head is not more than 1/3 of the height of the whole inclined pushing channel, the channel has enough space to ensure the continuous feeding of most materials. Because the height of the pushing head is not more than 1/3 of the height of the whole inclined pushing channel, the movement of the pushing head can not affect the feeding process of the rotary kiln, namely, the space above the pushing head can be used for continuously conveying materials all the time, the pushing action of the pushing head is not affected by upstream materials and can continuously push materials, and the structure can achieve the purpose of continuously feeding by adopting a pushing device.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the rotary kiln feeding inclined pushing device comprises an inclined pushing channel 1, and a water cooling cavity 4 is arranged outside the inclined pushing channel 1 in order to reduce the temperature of the inclined pushing channel 1.

The slope pushes away the material passageway 1 top and is feed inlet 2, the slope pushes away the material passageway 1 end and has discharge gate 3, the slope pushes away the inside pushing head 5 that has of material passageway 1, pushing head 5 pushes away the material passageway 1 head end to the end motion from the slope through the drive of hydro-cylinder 6, and the material that gets into in the slope material passageway 1 with feed inlet 2 pushes away to discharge gate 3 propelling movement. The oil cylinder 6 is arranged at the head end of the inclined material pushing channel 1, a piston rod of the oil cylinder 6 enters the inclined material pushing channel 1 to be connected with the push head 5 and drive the push head, and as shown in fig. 1, the push head 5 is driven by the oil cylinder 6 to be respectively located at a full material pushing position, a half material pushing position and a full backward position.

In the inclined pushing channel 1, the pushing head 5 is inclined, and the inclination angle (as shown by an angle alpha in fig. 1) is 50 degrees. The height of the pushing head (shown in figure 1) is 18CM, and is not more than 30% of the height of the inclined pushing channel (shown in figure 1).

When the device works, as the height of the pushing head is lower than that of the inclined pushing channel, the channel has enough space to ensure the continuous feeding of most materials. Meanwhile, the movement of the push head does not influence the feeding process of the rotary kiln, namely, the space above the push head can be used for continuously conveying materials all the time, so that the pushing action of the push head is not influenced by upstream materials and can continuously push materials.

The above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by means of equivalent substitution or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
