acquiring wearing information of the wearable equipment, and judging whether the wearing information meets a wearing standard or not according to the wearing information;

generating a temperature adjusting instruction according to the difference value of the current pore information and standard pore information, wherein the standard pore information is the pore information of the user at the normal body temperature;

and sending the temperature adjusting instruction to temperature control equipment so that the temperature control equipment can adjust the temperature according to the temperature adjusting instruction.

2. The temperature control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining wearing information of the wearable device and determining whether a wearing standard is met according to the wearing information comprises:

acquiring a current pressure value sent by a pressure sensor, wherein the pressure sensor is arranged on the wearable equipment and is in contact with the skin of a human body;

judging whether the current pressure value is larger than a preset threshold value or not;
