Technical Field

The present invention relates to a heated commodity sales system for heating commodities and then selling the same.

Background

A service is known in which a commodity is sold after being heated and cooked. For example, in the case of systems such as japanese patent application laid-open No. 10-040457 (patent document 1) and japanese patent application laid-open No. 2007-200193 (patent document 2), the possibility of sales at the end of heating is high and it cannot be applied to foods suitable for normal-temperature sales. In addition, conventionally, as in patent documents 1 and 2, since a heating system and a sales system are integrated, centralized management up to sales is possible, but the size of the apparatus increases and it is difficult to set the apparatus in a retail store. In addition, in order to solve this problem, if the system is miniaturized and the heating system and the sales system are separated, the connection between the heating system and the sales system cannot be made, and there is a possibility that the commodity in a state of uneven heating may be sold.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to reduce the possibility of selling a commodity in a state of uneven heating.

Means for solving the problems

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a heated commodity sales system including: a first device for heating and cooking the commodity; and a second means for stopping the sale of the commodity until a predetermined time elapses after the heat cooking.

Effects of the invention

In view of the above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the possibility of selling a commodity in a state in which heating is not uniform.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.

[ first embodiment ]

First, the overall configuration of the heated commodity sales system 10 according to the present embodiment will be described. The heated commodity sales system 10 according to the present embodiment includes a heating device 1 such as a microwave oven for heating commodities, a label printing system 2 for printing second labels to be attached to the commodities, a POS system 3 for managing sales of the commodities, and the like.

Next, an outline of the operation of the heated commodity sales system 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to "flow 1" in fig. 2.

First, the heating apparatus 1 determines the type of the product 5 to be heated by inputting information relating to the product 5 into a body button of the heating apparatus 1 or by acquiring first tag information of the product 5 by a barcode reader connected to the heating apparatus 1. When the type of the product 5 is determined, the heating device 1 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the heating device 1.

Next, the heating device 1 reads out heating information stored with heating time, applied power, time for "uniformizing" and the like of the product 5, according to the determined type of the product 5. Further, as the heating information, the heating apparatus 1 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the heating apparatus 1. The "uniformization" time is a time required from the end of cooking to the time when the product temperature becomes uniform to some extent.

The heating device 1 sets the read heating time to a timer, and heats the commodity 5 with the read applied power. When the heating time elapses, the heating device 1 stops the heating operation and sets the read "equalization" time in the timer.

When the "equalization" time elapses, the heating device 1 transmits the type of the object to be heated and the end information to the label printing system 2 as "equalization" end information. The transmission means may be wired communication or wireless communication.

The label printing system 2 receiving the "homogenization" end information reads out the product information in which the product type, price, sale time, and the like are stored. The label printing system 2 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the label printing system 2 as the product information.

The label printing system 2 prints, for example, a second label as shown in fig. 3 based on the read commodity information. The printed second label is attached to the product by a clerk or the like, and the product 5 is placed in the store.

When a customer picks up a product 5 and the product 5 is sent to the POS system 3 for processing, the POS system 3 reads product information in which the product type, price, and time available for sale are stored. For example, the saleable time is the time from the heat treatment and "homogenization" of the product 5 to the point where the product becomes too cold or too hard. As the commodity information, the POS system 3 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the POS system 3.

The POS system 3 compares the read-out time of sale with the present time and checks the sale period. If the item is within the sales period, the sales is permitted, and if the sales period has elapsed, a warning is given to the cashier that the sales is not permitted.

In this way, sales immediately after heating is completed and before the temperature is made uneven can be prevented by allowing sales after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the quality of the product can be improved.

Further, by separating the heating system such as the heating apparatus 1 and the sales system 3 such as the label printing system 2 and the POS system 3 into separate devices, it is possible to downsize and arrange the systems in retail stores.

In addition, by sharing the heating information of the heated product, the product whose heating is not completed is prevented from being carelessly sold.

Further, by printing at least one of the time from the end of heating to the time when the product temperature becomes uniform ("homogenization" in), the information indicating the end of heating, the information indicating the elapse of "homogenization" in time, the length of the saleable time after the end of the "homogenization" in time, or the end of the saleable time period on the second label, it is possible to prevent the sales of the unheated products and the sales of the products before the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform from the standpoint of sales, and to improve the product quality. From the standpoint of the purchaser, the time taken for eating can be determined by confirming the standard of the time taken until the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform.

Hereinafter, each device for realizing such a heated commodity sales system 10 will be described in detail.

First, the heating apparatus 1 will be explained. As shown in fig. 4, the heating apparatus 1 includes, as main components, a CPU110, a memory 120, a display 130, an operation unit 140, a communication interface 160, a speaker 170, various sensors such as a barcode reader 180, a microwave oscillation unit 190, and the like.

The memory 120 stores a program executed by the CPU110, data generated by the CPU110 executing the program, data input via the operation section 140, data received from another device via a router, the internet, and the like.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the memory 120 stores a heating information table 121 as shown in fig. 5. The heating information table 121 stores the correspondence between the product name, the heating time, the applied power, and the "equalization" time for each product type. The heating information table 121 may be stored in the POS system 3 or the label printing system 2, or may be stored in a server described later.

The memory 120 stores an "equalization" end information table 122 as shown in fig. 6. The "equalization" end information table 122 stores information indicating whether the "equalization" time has elapsed or has not elapsed for each product heated by the heating device 1. The "equalization" end information table 122 may be stored in the POS system 3 or the label printing system 2, or may be stored in a server described later.

The memory 120 stores a product information table 123 as shown in fig. 7. The commodity information table 123 stores, for each commodity type, the correspondence between commodity name and price and time of sale. The product information table 123 may be stored in the label printing system 2 or the POS system 3, or may be stored in a server described later.

Returning to fig. 4, display 130 outputs text, images, and the like based on signals from CPU 110.

Next, information processing of the heating apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 8, the CPU110 of the heating apparatus 1 acquires information on the product to be joined through the operation unit 140 or by using the barcode reader 180 (step S102).

The CPU110 refers to the heating information table 121 and reads the heating time and the applied power of the product 5 (step S106). The CPU110 sets the heating time and the applied power of the microwave oscillator 190 (step S108). The CPU110 causes the microwave oscillating unit 190 to start heating (step S110).

The CPU110 controls the microwave oscillator 190 until the heating time is reached (step S112). If the heating time is reached, the CPU110 ends the heating by the microwave oscillating section 190 (step S114).

The CPU110 refers to the heating information table 121, and determines and sets the "homogenization" time of the product 5 (step S116). At this time, the CPU110 may notify the POS system 3 and the label printing system 2 of the fact that the product 5 has entered the "uniform" state through the communication interface 160.

The CPU110 waits until the "equalization" time elapses (step S118). If the "equalization" time has elapsed (step S120), the CPU110 notifies the POS system 3 and the label printing system 2 of the cooking end time, the "equalization" time, the product information, and the like via the communication interface 160 (step S122).

Next, the label printing system 2 will be explained. As shown in fig. 9, the main components of the label printing system 2 include various sensors such as a CPU210, a memory 220, a display 230, an operation unit 240, a communication interface 260, a speaker 270, and a barcode reader 280, a printing unit 290, and the like.

The CPU210 controls each part of the label printing system 2 by executing a program stored in the memory 220 or an external storage medium.

The memory 220 is implemented by various RAMs, various ROMs, etc., and may be included in the label printing system 2, or may be detachable to various interfaces of the label printing system 2, or may be a storage medium of other devices accessible from the label printing system 2. The memory 220 stores a program executed by the CPU210, data generated by the CPU210 running a program, data input via the operation section 240, data received from another device via a router, the internet, and the like.

The display 230 outputs characters, images, and the like based on a signal from the CPU 210.

The operation unit 240 is implemented by a button, a touch panel, or the like, and receives a command from a user and inputs the command to the CPU 210. The display 230 and the operation unit 240 may constitute a touch panel 250.

The communication interface 260 is implemented by a communication module such as a wireless LAN or a wired LAN. The communication interface 260 exchanges data with other devices via a router, the internet, or the like by wired communication or wireless communication. That is, the CPU210 receives an instruction from another device such as the heating device 1 or the POS system 3 via the communication interface 260, and causes the printing unit 290 to print based on the instruction.

The speaker 270 outputs various sounds based on the sound data from the CPU 210.

The barcode reader 280 reads barcode information of the first label attached to the article 5 and inputs the barcode information to the CPU 210. The CPU210 may specify the product 5 and refer to the "homogenization" end information table 122 to determine whether the product has finished being heated and "homogenization".

The printing unit 290 prints a predetermined text or image on a second label or the like to be attached to the product 5 in accordance with an instruction from the CPU 210.

Next, information processing of the label printing system 2 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 10, the CPU210 of the label printing system 2 acquires "homogenization" end information from the heating apparatus 1 via the communication interface 260 (step S202). The CPU210 refers to the product information table 123 and reads out product information on the product 5 heated by the heating device 1 (step S206).

The CPU210 causes the printing section 290 to print the article type, the end time of the "uniformization" time, the length of the saleable time after the end of the "uniformization" time, the expiration date, and the like on the second label (step S212). The clerk in the store attaches the printed second label to the product 5 whose heating and "uniformizing" have been completed (step S214).

Next, the POS system 3 will be explained. The POS system 3 includes a cash register body, a barcode reader, and the like. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the POS system 3 includes, as main components, a CPU310, a memory 320, a display 330, an operation unit 340, a communication interface 360, a speaker 370, a barcode reader 380, various sensors such as an IC card reader, and the like.

CPU310 controls each part of POS system 3 by executing a program stored in memory 320 or an external storage medium.

The memory 320 is implemented by various RAMs, various ROMs, etc., may be included in the POS system 3, or may be detachable to various interfaces of the POS system 3, or may be a storage medium of other devices accessible from the POS system 3. The memory 320 stores a program executed by the CPU310, data generated by the CPU310 running a program, data input via the operation unit 340, data received from another device via a router or the internet, and the like.

The display 330 outputs characters, images, and the like based on a signal from the CPU 310.

The operation unit 340 is implemented by a button, a touch panel, or the like, and receives a command from a user and inputs the command to the CPU 310. The display 330 and the operation unit 340 may constitute a touch panel 350.

The communication interface 360 is realized by a communication module such as a wireless LAN or a wired LAN. The communication interface 360 exchanges data with other devices via a router, the internet, or the like by wired communication or wireless communication.

The speaker 370 outputs various sounds based on the sound data from the CPU 310.

The barcode reader 380 reads the barcode of the second label attached to the article 5 and inputs various information related to the article 5 to the CPU 310.

Next, information processing in the POS system 3 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 12, CPU310 of POS system 3 reads the barcode of the second tag of product 5 via barcode reader 380 (step S302) and acquires various information related to product 5 (step S304).

CPU310 refers to product information table 123 or reads the bar code information, reads the saleable period of product 5, and determines whether the saleable period of product 5 has ended and the saleable time has elapsed (step S316). In the case where the saleable time has ended, the CPU310 causes the display 330 to display a warning message or causes the speaker 370 to output a warning sound (step S318)

If the saleable period is not ended, the CPU310 receives the purchase normally, and ends the checkout (step S320).

[ second embodiment ]

In the above embodiment, the product is kept on standby in the heating device 1 until the "equalization" time is finished. However, it is not limited to such a manner. In the present embodiment, if the heating device 1 finishes the heating process, the second label in which the length of the "equalization" time and the end time of the "equalization" time are described is attached to the product 5, and the cashier determines whether the "equalization" time has ended and sells the product to the customer.

The present embodiment will be described below with reference to "flow 2" in fig. 2. In the second embodiment, the flow of processing is different from that of the first embodiment. Note that the respective mechanisms of the heating device 1, the label printing system 2, and the POS system 3 are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and a description thereof will not be repeated here.

First, the type of the product 5 is determined by a main body operation button connected to the heating device 1 or a barcode reader connected to the heating device 1. In this determination, the heating device 1 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the heating device 1 as the information of the product.

Next, based on the determined type of the product 5, the heating device 1 reads heating information in which heating time, applied power, and "equalization" time of the product are determined, and product information in which the product type, price, sales time, and the like are stored. As the heating information and the commodity information, the heating device 1 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the heating device 1.

The heating device 1 sets the read heating time to a timer, and heats the commodity 5 with the read applied power. When the heating time elapses, the heating device 1 stops the heating operation and transmits heating end information, the "equalization" time, and the product information to the label printing system 2. The means of transmission may be wireless communication or wireless communication.

The label printing system 2 that receives the heating end information, the "equalization" time, and the product information prints, for example, a second label as shown in fig. 13 based on the received information. The printed second label is attached to the product 5 by a clerk or the like, and the product 5 is placed in a shop.

When a customer visiting a store takes a product 5 to which a second tag is attached and goes to a checkout counter, and the product is sent to the POS system for processing, the POS system 3 reads the barcode information of the second tag, and reads the "homogenization" time and product information of the product 5. As the commodity information, the POS system 3 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the POS system 3.

The POS system 3 compares the read "equalization" time with the current time and checks whether the "equalization" time has elapsed. If the "equalization" time is not over, a warning is given, and if the warning is not cancelled, sales is not permitted. Cancellation of the warning is performed using an operation button or the like of the body of the POS system 3.

When the "equalization" time is completed or the "equalization" time warning is cancelled, the POS system 3 compares the read sales time with the current time and checks the sales deadline. When the article is within the sales period, the POS system 3 permits the sales, and when the sales period has elapsed, warns the cashier that the sales is not permitted.

In this way, by allowing sales after a predetermined time has elapsed after the heating is completed, sales immediately before temperature unevenness occurring immediately after heating is made uniform can be prevented, and the quality of the product can be improved.

Further, by separating the heating system and the sales system, each system can be miniaturized and can be arranged in a shop of a retail store.

In addition, the heating information of the heated commodity is shared, and the commodity which is not heated is prevented from being carelessly sold.

Further, by printing at least one of the time from the end of heating to the time when the product temperature becomes uniform ("uniform" time), the end time of heating, the information on the elapse of the "uniform" time, the length of the time available for sale or the end time of the sale period after the end of the "uniform" time, on the second label, it is possible to prevent the sale of the unheated products and the sale of the products before the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform from the standpoint of sale, and to improve the product quality. From the standpoint of the purchaser, the time taken for eating can be determined by confirming the standard of the time taken until the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform.

More specifically, referring to fig. 14, in the present embodiment, the CPU110 of the heating apparatus 1 executes the following processing. That is, information on the product to be heated is acquired from the first tag via the operation unit 140 or by using a barcode reader (step S102). The CPU110 specifies the type of the product 5 from the acquired information (step S104).

The CPU110 refers to the heating information table 121 to determine the heating time and the applied power of the product 5, or refers to the product information 123 to read various information related to the product 5 (step S106).

The CPU110 transmits the cooking end time, the "uniformizing" time, the product information, and the like to the POS system 3 and the label printing system 2 via the communication interface 160 (step S122).

Next, information processing of the label printing system 2 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 15, the CPU210 of the label printing system 2 acquires the heating end information, the "equalization" time, the "equalization" end time, and the product information from the heating device 1 via the communication interface 260 (step S206). Based on these pieces of information, CPU210 causes printing unit 290 to print the "equalization" time, the "equalization" end time, and the product information on the second label (step S212). The CPU210 refers to the information from the heating apparatus 1 and the product information table 123, and also prints the saleable time of the product. The store clerk attaches the printed second label to the heated product 5 (step S214).

Next, information processing of the POS system 3 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 16, CPU310 of POS system 3 reads the barcode of the second tag of product 5 via barcode reader 380 (step S302), and acquires the "equalization" time, the "equalization" end time, the product information, and the like associated with product 5 (step S304).

The CPU310 determines whether the uniformizing time has ended (step S306). In the case where the uniformizing time is not over, the display 330 is caused to display a warning message so that the speaker 370 outputs a warning sound (step S308).

Here, CPU310 receives an instruction to cancel the warning via operation unit 340 (step S312), stops outputting the warning, and proceeds to the process of checking the saleable period (step S316). With this configuration, when the customer is in a hurry, the settlement can be completed quickly even if the heating is not uniform. Further, the store clerk may stop the sale without canceling the warning (step S314), or may redo from heating.

When the "equalization" time has elapsed, the CPU310 refers to the product information table 123 or reads the barcode information to determine whether the selling time limit of the product 5 has ended or the selling time has elapsed (step S316).

In the case where the saleable period has ended, the CPU310 causes the display 330 to display a warning message, or causes the speaker 370 to output a warning sound (step S318).

If the saleable period has not ended, CPU310 receives sales normally and ends the checkout (step S320).

[ third embodiment ]

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. In the present embodiment, the second label showing the contents of the article 5 having elapsed from the "uniformization" time is attached to the article, and the article to which the second label is attached is allowed to be sold. The present embodiment will be described below with reference to "flow 3" in fig. 2. In the third embodiment, the flow of processing is different from that of the first embodiment. Note that the respective mechanisms of the heating device 1, the label printing system 2, and the POS system 3 are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, and a description thereof will not be repeated here.

First, a barcode reader connected to the heating apparatus 1 reads a first tag including information indicating a kind of a commodity, and determines the kind of the commodity 5. When the type of the product is determined, the heating device 1 uses information stored in a storage device inside or outside the heating device 1 as the product information.

When the heating time elapses, the heating device 1 stops the heating operation and transmits heating end information, "equalization" time, product information, and the like to the label printing system 2. The means of transmission may be wireless communication or wireless communication.

Next, the label printing system 2 compares the heating end information from the heating device 1, the "equalization" time, and the current time, and checks whether the "equalization" time has elapsed. If the "leveling" time is not completed, a warning is issued, and if the warning is not cancelled, printing of the second label is not permitted. The cancellation of the warning is performed by a main body operation button or the like of the label printing system 2.

When the "equalization" time is completed or when the warning of the "equalization" time is cancelled, the label printing system 2 prints, for example, a second label as shown in fig. 3. The "homogenization" end time, the saleable time limit, and the like are printed on the second label. The printed second label is attached to the product 5 by a clerk or the like, and the product 5 is placed in a shop.

When the article 5 attached to the second tag is sent to the POS system 3 to be processed, the POS system 3 reads the article information from the second tag. As the commodity information, information stored in a storage device inside or outside the POS system 3 is used.

The POS system 3 compares the read time of sale with the present time, and checks the sale period. If the commodity is within the sales period, the sales is permitted, and if the sales period has elapsed, a warning is given to prohibit the sales.

In this way, by allowing sales after a predetermined time has elapsed after the heating is completed, sales immediately before temperature unevenness occurring immediately after the heating becomes uniform can be prevented, and the quality of the product can be improved.

Further, by separating the heating system and the sales system, each system can be miniaturized and can be arranged in a shop of a retail store.

In addition, the heating information of the heated commodity is shared, and the commodity which is not heated is prevented from being carelessly sold.

Further, by printing at least one of the time from the end of heating to the time when the temperature of the product becomes uniform ("homogenization" in), the information on the end of heating, "homogenization" in, the time when the "homogenization" has elapsed, the time available for sale after the end of the "homogenization" time, or the time thereof on the second label, it is possible to prevent the sale of the unheated product and the sale of the product before the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform from the standpoint of sale, and to improve the quality of the product. From the standpoint of the purchaser, the time taken for eating can be determined by confirming the standard of the time taken until the temperature unevenness immediately after heating becomes uniform.

More specifically, the information processing of the heating device 1 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the second embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.

Next, information processing of the label printing system 2 according to the present embodiment will be described. Referring to fig. 17, the CPU210 of the label printing system 2 reads the first label attached to the product 5 by using the barcode reader 280 or the like (step S204). The CPU210 acquires heating end information, an "equalization" time, an "equalization" end time, product information, and the like from the heating apparatus 1 via the communication interface 260 (step S206).

The CPU210 determines whether the "equalization" time has ended based on the "equalization" time and the current time (step S208). If the "equalization" time is not over, the CPU210 causes the display 230 to display a warning message or causes the speaker 270 to output a warning sound (step S210).

If the "equalization" time has elapsed or if the warning of "equalization" not completed is released via the operation unit 240, the CPU210 causes the printing unit 290 to print the product information on the second label (step S212). The CPU210 also prints the saleable time of the article on the second label, referring to the article information table 123. The clerk in the store attaches the printed second label to the product 5 whose heating and "uniformizing" have been completed (step S214).

The information processing of the POS system 3 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.

[ fourth embodiment ]

Other devices may be used to perform some or all of the tasks of the devices of the heated merchandise sales system 10 of the above embodiments. For example, as shown in fig. 18, a part of the tasks of the heating apparatus 1, the label printing system 2, and the POS system 3 may be realized by the server 6 on the cloud.

[ fifth embodiment ]

In addition, the heating apparatus 1 may employ a heating method using a high-frequency induction heating method, another heating method using a heater, or the like, in addition to the microwave heating method.

[ conclusion ]

In the above embodiment, there is provided a heated commodity sales system including: a first device for heating a cooking commodity; and a second means for stopping the sale of the commodity until a predetermined time has elapsed after the heat cooking.

Preferably, the second device includes a cash register having an operation portion for releasing a stop state of the merchandise sales.

Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a third device for printing a label of the article.

Preferably, the third device prints, on the label, a time from completion of the heating cooking of the product until the product temperature becomes uniform.

Preferably, the third device prints, on the label, at least one of information indicating that the heating cooking of the product is completed and information indicating that the time elapsed until the temperature of the product becomes uniform.

Preferably, at least one of the length of the saleable time from when the time until the temperature of the commodity becomes uniform has elapsed and the end time of the term of the saleable commodity is printed on the label.

The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and should not be construed as being limiting. The scope of the present invention is defined by the scope of the claims, is not defined by the above description, and includes meanings equivalent to the claims and all modifications within the scope.
