The portable power source leasing equipment 100 comprises a main body 10, a first main control board, a locking device 20 and a pushing mechanism 30, wherein an accommodating cavity 101 used for accommodating the portable power source 200 is arranged in the main body 10, the accommodating cavity 101 is provided with an opening used for inserting the portable power source 200, the other end opposite to the opening is provided with an electric connection interface 102 for charging of the first main control board and the pushing mechanism 30, the portable power source 200 inserted into the accommodating cavity 101 is in contact with the charging interface 102 to achieve electric connection and charging, the pushing mechanism 30 is used for pushing the portable power source 200 out of the accommodating cavity 101, and the locking device 20 is used for locking and fixing the portable power source 200 accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101.

After receiving the lease request, the remote server sends a lending signal to the mobile power supply 200, and the first main control board controls the locking device 20 in the designated accommodation cavity 101 to unlock and eject the corresponding mobile power supply 200 through the ejection mechanism 30.

Preferably, the accommodating cavities 101 are distributed on two opposite sides of the portable power source leasing equipment 100, so that a user can take out the portable power source 200 accommodated in the accommodating cavities 101 from two sides.

The pushing mechanism 30 includes a pushing portion and an elastic member (not shown in the drawings) connected to the pushing portion, and the elastic member is used for pre-tightening the pushing portion to make the pushing portion away from the mobile power supply 200; by controlling the pushing part to move towards the mobile power supply 200 and pushing the mobile power supply 200 out of the accommodating cavity 101, the elastic part drives the pushing part to return to the initial position; in other embodiments, the first main control board controls the driving mechanism to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member to pre-tighten the elastic portion, and the driving mechanism is released to drive the pushing portion to move by the elastic force and eject the mobile power supply 200.

Referring to fig. 4-7, the locking device 20 includes a locking tongue 21 and a driving mechanism connected to the locking tongue 21, the locking tongue 21 is driven by the driving mechanism to realize locking or unlocking, and the locking tongue 21 is matched with a slot provided in the mobile power supply 200 to realize locking of the mobile power supply 200; a stop 1011 is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 101, and the stop 1011 is arranged between the opening and the lock tongue 21 to shield the lock tongue 21; the stop 1011 is used for preventing foreign objects from entering the accommodating cavity 101 to contact and damage the bolt 21, so that the theft phenomenon caused by the foreign objects is avoided; on the other hand, the stopper 1011 is arranged to guide the portable power source 200, so that the wrong insertion direction can be avoided, and the situation that the non-adaptive portable power source 200 is inserted into the rental device can be avoided.

Specifically, the latch bolt 21 is connected with an elastic member (not shown in the drawings), and the driving mechanism drives the latch bolt 21 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member to unlock the mobile power supply 200; an inclined surface 211 is disposed on one side of the latch bolt 21 facing the opening, and when the mobile power supply 200 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 101, the mobile power supply 200 contacts the inclined surface 211 to drive the latch bolt 21 to contract against the elastic force of the elastic member.

Preferably, a metal contact part is arranged on the latch bolt 21, and the metal contact part is contacted with a detection contact arranged on the mobile power supply 200 to generate level change; when the metal contact part on the lock tongue 21 contacts with the detection contact arranged on the mobile power supply 200, the detection contact is electrically connected with the first main control board of the mobile power supply rental equipment 100 through the second main control board of the mobile power supply 200, and then level change is generated and acquired by the first main control board, so that the mobile power supply 200 is judged to be locked and considered to return to the mobile power supply 200.

The invention also provides a mobile power supply 200, which comprises a shell 201, a second main control board 202 arranged in the shell 201 and electronic elements arranged on the second main control board 202, wherein the mobile power supply 200 is provided with an insertion end, the shell 201 is provided with a clamping groove 203, and the clamping groove 203 is used for being matched with a bolt 21 on leasing equipment to lock the mobile power supply 200; an empty-avoiding groove 204 is formed in the housing 201, and the empty-avoiding groove 204 extends from the insertion end to the back of the card slot.

Preferably, a detection contact electrically connected to the second main control board 202 of the portable power source 200 is disposed in the card slot 203, and the detection contact is in contact with the latch bolt 21 to generate a level change.

Specifically, a conductive plate 205 is inserted into the slot 203, the conductive plate 205 is electrically connected to the second main control board 202, and when the locking bolt 21 enters the slot 203 and contacts the conductive plate 2205, a level change is generated.

The invention also provides a control method of the mobile power supply leasing equipment 100, which comprises the following steps:

s100: receiving a lease request sent by a terminal through a remote server;

s200: the locking device 20 in a containing cavity 101 is controlled to unlock and the mobile power supply 200 contained in the containing cavity 101 is pushed out through the corresponding pushing mechanism 30.

S300: recording the information of the mobile power supply 200 taken by the user and the rental time;

s400: receiving a return signal of the mobile power supply 200, and judging that the corresponding mobile power supply 200 is returned;

s500: stop recording the rental time and settle the charge.

Through combining locking function and return detection, only when the metal contact part on the spring bolt 21 contacts with the detection contact in the draw-in groove, can produce the second signal and judge that corresponding portable power source 200 has returned, avoid utilizing foreign object to mix with the phenomenon that causes false return in portable power source 200's draw-in groove.

In further embodiments, the method further comprises:

s450: when a first signal generated by the electrical connection between the mobile power supply 200 and the first main control board is received and a second signal generated by the contact between the metal contact part on the lock tongue 21 and the detection contact in the card slot is not received, it is determined that the mobile power supply 200 returns abnormally, and the ejection mechanism 30 is controlled to eject the mobile power supply 200.
