Technical Field

Background

To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a solid beverage of prebiotics with added bamboo salt, comprising the following components in parts by weight:

3-5 parts of bamboo salt, 10-20 parts of prebiotics, 20-30 parts of protein powder, 10-20 parts of oligosaccharide and 10-15 parts of seasoning powder.

Preferably, the solid beverage added with the prebiotics of the bamboo salt further comprises the following components in parts by weight:

5-10 parts of dried oyster and 5-10 parts of dried sea cucumber.

Preferably, in the solid beverage containing prebiotics added with bamboo salt, the oligosaccharide is one or a combination of any several of fructo-oligosaccharide, mannose oligomer and galactose oligomer.

Preferably, in the solid beverage added with the prebiotics of the bamboo salt, the seasoning powder is fruit powder or tea powder.

Preferably, in the solid beverage added with the prebiotics of the bamboo salt, when the seasoning powder is fruit powder, the seasoning powder is any one of apple powder, orange powder, lemon powder and strawberry powder.

Preferably, in the solid beverage added with the prebiotics of the bamboo salt, when the seasoning powder is tea powder, the solid beverage is green tea powder or green tea powder.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the prebiotics solid beverage added with bamboo salt, which comprises the following steps:

s1, sequentially crushing the bamboo salt, the oligosaccharide, the dried oyster and the dried sea cucumber according to the formula ratio, sieving the crushed materials with a sieve of 100 meshes and 120 meshes, and mixing the crushed materials to obtain first mixed powder for later use;
