Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. A chemical agent storage tank is shown in figure 1 and comprises an outer sleeve 1, an inner container 2, a storage bag 3, a gland 4 and a sealing cover 5, wherein the inner container 2 is arranged in the outer sleeve 1 to form an interlayer 6, the top of the outer sleeve 1 is provided with a feed inlet 11 communicated with the inner container 2 and extends upwards to protrude out of the outer sleeve 1, the inner container 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes 21 communicated with the interlayer 6, the storage bag 3 is arranged in the inner container 2, an opening of the storage bag 3 is sleeved on the feed inlet 11, the opening of the storage bag 3 is fixed on the feed inlet 11 in a sealing mode through the gland 4, and the feed inlet 11 is covered by the sealing cover 5; the outer sleeve 1 is provided with an air extraction hole 14 matched with the interlayer 6, and the air extraction hole 14 is provided with a valve 7. When the storage bag is used, the valve 7 is connected with air extraction equipment, so that the interlayer 6 is in a negative pressure state, and the storage bag 3 is adsorbed by the through hole 1 and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the inner container 2. Preferably, a seal ring 44 is provided in the seal groove 43. When the storage bag is installed, the inlet 11 is placed in the sealing groove 43, and the opening of the storage bag 3 is pressed against the upper end of the inlet 11 by the elasticity of the sealing ring 44.

In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the inner wall of the inner lid 42 is inwardly contracted from top to bottom in a funnel shape; correspondingly, the sealing cover 5 comprises a cover body 51 and a pressing block 52 which is arranged on the lower surface of the cover body 51 in a protruding mode, and the pressing block 52 is matched with the inner wall of the inner cover 42, so that the sealing cover 5 is tightly matched with the pressing cover 4 to achieve sealing.

In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the outer wall of the feed port 11 is screw-engaged with the inner wall of the outer lid 41. Namely, the outer wall of the feed port 11 is provided with threads near one end of the outer sleeve 1, the lower end of the inner wall of the outer cover 41 is provided with matched threads, and the feed port 11 is connected with the gland 4 through the threads.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the feed opening 11 is provided with a bolt 12 perpendicular to the outer casing in the circumferential direction, the sealing cover 5 is arranged on the bolt 12, a nut 13 is in threaded fit with the bolt 12, and the nut 13 gives downward pressure to the sealing cover 5, so that the sealing cover 5 is tightly buckled on the feed opening 11.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the inner cavity of the inner container 2 is spherical, and correspondingly, the storage bag 3 is also spherical.

The storage bag 3 is made of corrosion-resistant material, for example, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid can be polyethylene as the material for making the storage bag 3.

When the invention is used, as shown in figures 1-3, a storage bag 3 is plugged into the inner container 2, an opening of the storage bag 3 is sleeved on the feed port 11, then a gland 4 is covered, and the gland 4 and the feed port 11 are compressed and fixed through threads; then, the storage bag 3 is blown to unfold the storage bag 3, then the valve 7 is opened, the storage bag 3 is adsorbed on the inner wall of the inner container 3 by utilizing the negative pressure in the interlayer 6, and the valve 7 is closed. For the material with corrosiveness, after the material is taken out, the valve 7 is opened, the storage bag 3 is directly taken out and replaced by a new storage bag 3, the storage bag 3 is equivalent to the corrosion-resistant layer of the inner container 2, and the corrosion resistance of the storage tank is further ensured.
