The tack-modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for SBS asphalt waterproofing membranes according to claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is selected from one or more of C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin, C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, modified C5 petroleum resin, C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, rosin resin and rosin modified resin.

6. The adhesive modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for SBS asphalt waterproofing membranes according to claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of the C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin to the modified C5 petroleum resin is 1: (0.1-1).

7. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the viscous modification of SBS asphalt waterproofing membranes according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the modified C5 petroleum resin is biphenyl anhydride modified C5 petroleum resin.

The adhesive modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for SBS asphalt waterproof coiled materials according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is selected from one or more of naphthenic oil, white oil-100, white oil-500N, naphthenic oil-4006, dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, tributyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate.

The adhesive modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for SBS asphalt waterproof coiled materials is characterized in that the antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 264; the ultraviolet absorbent is one or more selected from UV-234, UV-326, UV-327, UV-328, UV-329, UV-360, UV-1164 and UV-1577.

10. The process for preparing the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the viscous modification of the SBS asphalt waterproofing membrane according to any one of the claims 1 to 9, wherein the process comprises the following steps:

1) adding polyacrylic resin and a plasticizer into a reactor according to the parts by weight, heating to 130-180 ℃, stirring for 30min, then adding a thermoplastic elastomer, heating to 170-180 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 h;

2) and cooling the mixture obtained in the step 1) to 140 ℃ of 130-.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for viscous modification of SBS asphalt waterproof coiled materials and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is produced by using SBS rubber modified petroleum asphalt as an impregnating covering layer, using polyester fiber non-woven fabric, jute cloth, glass fiber felt and the like as a base, using a plastic film as an anti-sticking isolating layer and performing the working procedures of material selection, material mixing, co-melting, impregnating, composite forming, curling and the like. It has high elasticity, high fatigue resistance, high elongation up to 150%, high puncture resistance and high tear resistance. It is suitable for cold area and industrial and civil building with great deformation and vibration.

However, in the prior art, the SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive has poor adhesion to the coiled material and low softening point, and the weather resistance and the heat resistance of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive cannot meet the technical and use requirements.

Therefore, aiming at the problems, the invention provides the viscous modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the SBS asphalt waterproof coiled material, which has the characteristics of excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, strong adhesion to the coiled material and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for viscosity modification of SBS asphalt waterproof coiled materials and a preparation method thereof.

The invention provides a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for viscous modification of SBS asphalt waterproof coiled materials, which is characterized in that the adhesive at least comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 10-25 parts of tackifying resin, 5-10 parts of polyacrylic resin, 5-20 parts of plasticizer, 0-5 parts of antioxidant and 0-5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer is selected from epoxy ESIS and SBS.

The preparation method of the epoxidation ESIS comprises the following steps:

adding SIS and toluene into a reactor, mechanically stirring, heating to 38-45 ℃ after a sample is completely dissolved, then adding formic acid, dropwise adding a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide solution (the mass fraction is 30%) in 3Omin, carrying out heat preservation reaction, condensing with ethanol after the reaction is finished, washing with deionized water to be neutral, and finally drying the product in vacuum at 65 ℃ to constant weight to obtain epoxidized ESIS, wherein the molar ratio of the double bond of the SIS to the formic acid to the hydrogen peroxide is 1: 0.35: 1.05; the weight ratio of SIS to toluene is 1: 8.

the SBS and the SIS are purchased from the Huaxing petrochemical company Limited of Baling; the SBS is selected from one or more of SBS-791, SBS-792, SBS-796, SBS-188 and SBS-863; the SIS is selected from one or more of SIS-1105, SIS-1106, SIS-1209, SIS-1100, SIS-1120, SIS-1124, SIS-1126, SIS-1128 and SIS-4016.

In the present invention, the polyacrylic resin is available from Shanghai melt Yi chemical Co., Ltd., model F23.

In one embodiment, the raw materials for preparing the composition at least comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 13-20 parts of tackifying resin, 5-8 parts of polyacrylic resin, 7-16 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of ultraviolet absorbent.

In one embodiment, the weight ratio of said epoxidation ESIS to said SBS is 1: (1-3); preferably, the weight ratio of said epoxidation ESIS to said SBS is 1: (1.2-2); more preferably, the weight ratio of said epoxidation ESIS to said SBS is 1: 1.6.

In one embodiment, the weight ratio of the C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin to the modified C5 petroleum resin is 1: (0.1-1); preferably, the weight ratio of the C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin to the modified C5 petroleum resin is 1: (0.2-0.6); more preferably, the weight ratio of the C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin to the modified C5 petroleum resin is 1: 0.4.

In one embodiment, the antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 168, antioxidant 264; the ultraviolet absorbent is one or more selected from UV-234, UV-326, UV-327, UV-328, UV-329, UV-360, UV-1164 and UV-1577.

The oxidant and the ultraviolet absorbent are purchased from Jinye Fine chemical industry, LLC.

The invention provides a preparation method of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the viscous modification of the SBS asphalt waterproof coiled material, which comprises the following steps:

1) adding polyacrylic resin and a plasticizer into a reactor according to the parts by weight, heating to 130-180 ℃, stirring for 30min, then adding a thermoplastic elastomer, heating to 170-180 ℃, and stirring for 1-2 h;

2) and cooling the mixture obtained in the step 1) to 140 ℃ of 130-.

The adhesion performance of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared by the invention is increased along with the increase of the epoxidation degree, which is consistent with the micro phase separation structure of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the compatibility among ESIS, matrix resin, tackifying resin and plasticizer is promoted; the invention adopts biphenyl anhydride modified C5 resin to improve the adhesive property of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.
