1. The lubricating grease composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of base oil, 15-20% of thickening agent, 2-4% of antioxidant, 1-3% of high molecular alcohol and 3-22% of plant amine.

2. The grease composition according to claim 1, wherein the grease composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70% of base oil, 15% of thickening agent, 3% of antioxidant, 2% of high molecular alcohol and 10% of plant amine.

The grease composition according to claim 1, wherein the base oil is a mixture of at least two of group I mineral oils, group II mineral oils, polyolefin synthetic base oils, ester base oils, naphthenic base oils, and paraffinic base oils, and has a kinematic viscosity of 200 to 600mm at 40 ℃2(s) a kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ of 15 to 40mm2/s。

4. A grease composition according to claim 3, wherein the thickener is selected from one or more of atactic polypropylene, amorphous alpha-olefin copolymers, bentonite, silica.

5. Grease composition according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is selected from one or more of bisphenol A, N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine, diphenylamine, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, zinc dialkyldithiophosphate.

6. The grease composition according to claim 1, wherein the high molecular alcohol is selected from one or more of polyethylene glycol 2000, polyethylene glycol 3000, polyethylene glycol 4000, polyethylene glycol 6000 and polyethylene glycol 8000.

7. Grease composition according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable amine is selected from laurylamine or cocoamine.

8. A method of preparing a grease composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising the steps of:

1) placing base oil in a reaction kettle, adding high-molecular alcohols and plant amine, then introducing inert gas, and carrying out stirring reaction under inert atmosphere to obtain a product I;

2) adding a thickening agent into the product I obtained in the step 1), reacting for 10-30 min at 120-140 ℃, then cooling the reaction kettle to 80-90 ℃, adding an antioxidant, and keeping continuously and fully stirring for 30-60 min to obtain the lubricating grease composition.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the inert gas in the step 1) is nitrogen or argon.

10. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the reaction conditions in the step 1) are: the temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 30-60 min.

Technical Field

The single lubricating grease is more and more difficult to meet the market demand in long-term development, so that a composite lubricating grease appears, and a proper substance is added on the basis of the original single lubricating grease, so that the novel lubricating grease has excellent high and low temperature performance, mechanical safety, colloid stability, oxidation stability, water resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent antirust performance and extreme pressure wear resistance.

The hydrocarbon lubricating grease comprises the following components in percentage by weight: base oil: 52.0-78.0%; microcrystalline wax: 10.0-35.0%; thickening agent: 8.0-30.0%; alkyl diphenylamine: 0.25-0.6%; barium petroleum sulfonate: 1.5-3.0%; lanolin calcium soap: 1.5-3.0%; the sum of the weight percentages is 100 percent; the base oil is base oil with the kinematic viscosity of 10.0-40.0 mm2/s at 100 ℃, and the thickening agent is APP or APAO; the drop melting point of the microcrystalline wax is 65-85 ℃. According to the invention, APP or APAO is selected as the thickening agent, so that the dropping point of the hydrocarbon lubricating grease is improved, the adhesion performance of the hydrocarbon lubricating grease is enhanced, and the antirust and anticorrosive performances are excellent. The lubricating grease is mainly used for the protection requirement of the surface of a steel wire rope, the application is limited, and the application range is narrow.

Based on the above, a grease composition with simple components and a preparation method thereof are desired, wherein the grease composition not only has rust prevention and corrosion prevention properties, but also has excellent high and low temperature properties, mechanical safety, colloid stability, oxidation stability, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent rust prevention properties and extreme pressure wear resistance.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects in the conventional lubricating grease and provide a lubricating grease composition and a preparation method thereof. The lubricating grease composition has simple components and excellent performance. The preparation method of the lubricating grease disclosed by the invention is simple in process, mild in condition and suitable for industrial production.

The purpose of the invention and the technical problem to be solved are realized by adopting the following technical scheme.

The invention provides a lubricating grease composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of base oil, 15-20% of thickening agent, 2-4% of antioxidant, 1-3% of high molecular alcohol and 3-22% of plant amine.

The lubricating grease composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70% of base oil, 15% of thickening agent, 3% of antioxidant, 2% of high molecular alcohol and 10% of plant amine.

The grease composition, wherein the base oil is a mixture of at least two of group I mineral oil, group II mineral oil, polyolefin synthetic base oil, ester base oil, naphthenic base oil, and paraffinic base oil, and has a kinematic viscosity of 200 to 600mm at 40 ℃2(s) a kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ of 15 to 40mm2/s。

The grease composition of the present invention, wherein the thickener is one or more selected from atactic polypropylene, amorphous α -olefin copolymer, bentonite, and silica.

The lubricating grease composition, wherein the antioxidant is selected from one or more of N-phenyl alpha naphthylamine, diphenylamine, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate.

In the grease composition, the high molecular alcohol is selected from one or more of polyethylene glycol 2000, polyethylene glycol 3000, polyethylene glycol 4000, polyethylene glycol 6000, and polyethylene glycol 8000.

The grease composition of the preceding, wherein the vegetable amine is selected from laurylamine or cocoamine.

The object of the present invention and the technical problems solved thereby can be further achieved by the following technical measures.

The present invention also provides a method of preparing a grease composition, the method comprising the steps of:

1) placing base oil in a reaction kettle, adding high-molecular alcohols and plant amine, then introducing inert gas, and carrying out stirring reaction under inert atmosphere to obtain a product I;

2) adding a thickening agent into the product I obtained in the step 1), reacting for 10-30 min at 120-140 ℃, then cooling the reaction kettle to 80-90 ℃, adding an antioxidant, and keeping continuously and fully stirring for 30-60 min to obtain the lubricating grease composition.

In the preparation method, in step 1), the inert gas is nitrogen or argon.

The preparation method described above, wherein the reaction conditions in the step 1) are: the temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 30-60 min.

By the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages: the invention is an improvement of the prior art, and the lubricating grease composition has simple components and only contains base oil, a thickening agent, an antioxidant, high molecular alcohols and plant amine. The lubricating grease composition disclosed by the invention is added with a small amount of macromolecular alcohols and plant amine on the basis of the original lubricating grease composition, and the performance of the lubricating grease can be synergized, so that the lubricating grease composition not only has the anti-rust and anti-corrosion performances, but also has excellent high and low temperature performance, mechanical safety, colloid stability, oxidation stability, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent anti-rust performance and extreme pressure wear resistance. In addition, the lubricating grease composition disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, mild in condition and suitable for industrial production.

In conclusion, the special grease composition of the present invention has excellent performance. The grease composition has a plurality of advantages and practical values, does not have similar design publication or use in the similar products and methods, is innovative, has great improvement on the method or the function, has great technical progress, produces good and practical effects, has multiple enhanced effects compared with the prior grease composition and the preparation method thereof, is more practical, has industrial wide utilization value, and is a novel, improved and practical new design.
