Background

In the rice processing process, the rice needs to be polished to remove the rice bran remained on the surface of the rice and increase the glossiness of the rice on the surface. Therefore, manufacturers mostly use a special rice polishing machine to polish rice.

At present, various rice polishing machines exist in the market, most of the existing rice polishing machines roll and polish through polishing rollers, but the polishing rollers rotate around fixed shafts, and part of rice cannot be in contact with the polishing rollers, so that the polishing is uneven, and the quality of finished products is influenced.

the chassis is arranged below the interior of the charging barrel, two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the chassis and the bottom surface of the interior of the charging barrel, and the outer edge of the chassis is provided with a flange;

one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the flange, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a valve rod of the diaphragm valve.

the rice polishing machine is provided with the planetary gear mechanism, the torque of the driving mechanism is distributed to the main roller and the secondary roller through the planetary gear mechanism, the secondary roller not only axially rotates around a shaft, but also rotates around a central shaft of the main roller along with the planetary gear, rice grains between the main roller and the secondary roller are rolled by the main roller and the secondary roller, and rice grains between the secondary roller and the charging barrel are rolled by the secondary roller, so that the rice grains are rolled in multiple wheels, and the polishing effect is enhanced; and when the secondary roller rotates around the central shaft of the main roller, rice grains in the stirring cylinder are stirred, so that all the rice grains are in uniform contact with the main roller and the secondary roller, the polishing is more uniform, the friction among the rice grains is increased during stirring, and the polishing effect is enhanced.

Specifically, in the actual polishing process, it is often necessary to add water to the cartridge 1 during polishing to enhance the polishing effect. Through the arrangement, when more rice grains are in the charging bucket, the pressure borne by the chassis 8 is higher, the position of the chassis 8 is lower at the moon bottom, and when the chassis 8 moves downwards, the valve rod 13 is driven to move downwards, so that the opening of the diaphragm valve 9 is enlarged, and the water inflow is increased. Conversely, when the inner rice grain is reduced, the chassis 8 is raised in position, causing the valve stem 13 to move upwards and the diaphragm valve 9 opening to decrease. Therefore, through this kind of setting, can realize when the grain of rice weight change in the feed cylinder 1, the automatic control inflow flow improves the degree of automation of device.

A rotating ring 14 is embedded in the bottom surface of the charging barrel 1, a closed annular groove 15 is formed between the rotating ring 14 and the bottom surface of the charging barrel 1, a plurality of balls 16 are arranged in the annular groove 15, and the rotating ring 14 is rotatably connected with the annular groove 15 through the balls 16; the lower end of the secondary roller 7 is rotatably connected to a rotating ring 14. The rice polishing machine also comprises a chassis 8 for bearing materials, the peripheral surface of the chassis 8 is attached to the inner wall of the charging barrel 1, the chassis 8 is provided with a notch 17, and the notch 17 corresponds to the discharging hole 10. In the rotating process, when the notch 17 is aligned with the discharge hole 10, part of rice grains at the bottom can be discharged, so that intermittent discharge can be realized.

The inner wall surface of feed cylinder 1 is equipped with the abrasive material layer, increases the frictional force of 1 inner wall of feed cylinder to the grain of rice.

The discharge port 10 is provided with a filter screen which can filter out large-particle impurities.
