7. The rolling mill roll changing device according to claim 1, wherein the rear ends of the two long beams are supported by the two support legs, respectively, and the middle portions of the two long beams are supported by the two support legs.

8. The rolling mill roll changing apparatus according to claims 1 to 7, a method of the rolling mill roll changing, comprising the steps of:

s1, hoisting the roller changing device of the rolling mill to the window of the rolling mill, wherein the front ends of two long beams of the stand extend into the window of the rolling mill, and moving the roller carrying vehicle to the position where the front ends of the two long beams are positioned below the rollers of the rolling mill;

s2, hanging the roller of the rolling mill by a hanging chain, and separating the roller of the rolling mill from the rolling mill;

s3, lowering the roller of the rolling mill into the V-shaped groove of the roller carrier by using a hanging chain;

and S4, moving the roller carriers to the rear ends of the two long beams on the two C-shaped rails.

And S5, hanging the roller changing device of the rolling mill and the roller of the rolling mill away.
