Background

In the automotive industry, radial tires are used as tires. The carcass ply and the belt ply of the radial tire are main stress components, bear extremely complex acting forces such as periodic stretching, bending and shearing, and are stress framework layers of the tire. The quality of the carcass ply and the belt ply directly affects the performance and the quality of the tire, so as to ensure that the tire has necessary strength and dimensional stability, has strength and elasticity, can bear complex stress and strain when the tire is used, relieves the vibration and the impact of an external road surface, and determines the quality and the service performance of the tire.

Before the tire side composite part is attached to the tire body drum, the rubber sheet wrapping operation needs to be carried out on the double faces or the single face of the steel cord fabric, the steel cord fabric is cut into steel cord fabric strips according to the width and angle requirements set by the process, then the cut steel cord fabric strips are automatically spliced in sequence, then the rubber sheet and the rubber sheet are wrapped on the steel cord fabric, and finally the steel cord fabric strips are wound into a reel with certain requirements for a forming machine.
