The blended coal is adopted for coking, so that not only can high-quality coking coal be saved, but also the coking characteristics of various coals can be fully utilized, and the quality of metallurgical coke can be changed by making good use of the advantages and disadvantages.

At present, different single coals are mixed by a coal blending machine according to a certain proportion, namely, the flow of the single coals in each bunker is controlled by a weighing belt, and then the different single coals with proper proportion are conveyed to a crushing stirrer through a material mixing belt to be mixed, so that the preparation of the different single coals is realized. (2) According to the invention, the spiral part arranged at the discharge port of the sealing unit and the blockage removing unit arranged on the material conveying belt can effectively avoid the problem of coal blockage in the device from time to time, and the normal conveying of coal by the device can be ensured when the coal blending machine has excessive blanking in the bunker. The device can ensure normal coal conveying, enables the coke quality to be controlled, and is easy to popularize and implement.

(3) The belt tensioning device is provided with the tensioning component for adjusting the tightness of the weighing belt, so that a certain friction force is always kept among the belt, the driving roller and the driven roller in the weighing belt by adjusting the tightness of the weighing belt, and the normal work of the weighing belt is prevented from being influenced by the loosening and deviation of the belt.
