1. A preparation method of active rubidium raw material for medicines is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) selecting minerals rich in rubidium, cleaning, drying, crushing, and preparing into mineral powder with the particle size of 10-1000 mu m;

(3) standing, respectively taking the upper liquid and the precipitate with the thickness of 0.1-2mm on the upper layer of the precipitation layer, uniformly mixing, and drying in a microwave oven to obtain a powdery rubidium raw material;

the content of active rubidium oxide in the powder is detected to be more than 0.2 percent by weight, and the powder can be used for preparing medicines containing rubidium, namely active rubidium raw materials for medicines.

2. The method for producing active rubidium raw material for medicine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

Background

Rubidium is a trace element which cannot be synthesized by human body and must be taken in from outside. Aiming at the problem that no rubidium-containing medicine raw material exists in the market at present, and some diseases caused by rubidium deficiency of human bodies cannot be treated by medicines. The invention provides an active rubidium raw material for medicines and a preparation method thereof, and a healthy and safe active rubidium raw material for medicines is obtained by adopting a new technology.

(1) selecting minerals rich in rubidium, cleaning, drying, crushing, and preparing into mineral powder with the particle size of 10-1000 mu m;

(2) putting the crushed mineral powder into a ball milling tank, adding a zirconium oxide grinding medium which is 1-20 times of the weight of the crushed mineral powder, adding purified water which is 1-100 times of the weight of the crushed mineral powder, performing ball milling for 1-5 hours, and pouring the mixture into a container to stand for 2-10 hours;

(3) standing, and collecting the upper liquid and the precipitate with a thickness of 0.1-2mm from the upper layer of the precipitation layer, but not the precipitate from the lower layer of the precipitation layer; uniformly mixing the upper layer liquid with the precipitate with the thickness of 0.1-2mm on the upper layer of the precipitation layer, uniformly mixing, and drying in a microwave oven to obtain a powdery rubidium raw material; the content of active rubidium oxide in the powder is detected to be more than 0.2 percent by weight, and the powder can be used for preparing medicines containing rubidium, namely active rubidium raw materials for medicines.

Further, the preferable scheme of the step (2) is as follows: and (3) putting the granulated mineral powder into a ball milling tank, adding a zirconium oxide grinding medium accounting for 1.5 times of the weight of the mineral powder, adding purified water accounting for 2 times of the weight of the mineral powder, ball milling for 2 hours, and pouring the mixture into a container to stand for 6 hours.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an active rubidium raw material for medicine prepared by the above preparation method.

It is well known in the art that rubidium and cesium are associated, i.e., rubidium is not separated from cesium, cesium is not separated from rubidium, and therefore cannot be separated by any method, and that cesium is radioactive and cannot be used as a pharmaceutical material, so that rubidium containing cesium cannot be used as a pharmaceutical raw material.

The active rubidium raw material for the medicine provided by the invention adopts minerals rich in rubidium, and does not contain cesium, so that the active rubidium raw material can be used for medicine.

In the preparation method, ball milling is not the key of preparation, and the key is that rubidium ions can be dissolved out under the action of water. Because the special mineral powder rich in rubidium is subjected to the action of natural force such as weathering, hydrothermal alteration and the like or the action of artificial crushing, rubidium oxide in the special mineral rich in rubidium is easy to chemically react with water molecules to generate rubidium hydroxide, and the chemical reaction equation is as follows:

the rubidium hydroxide is dissolved out from the special mineral powder rich in rubidium along with water molecules, and is dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution.

The tap water is natural water processed by water plants, and is used as source water for daily life after being subjected to chlorination disinfection or purification treatment and chlorination disinfection. Untreated source water is not tap water and is not potable.
