Background

In the existing wall decoration process, especially in the spaces of toilets, kitchens and the like which relate to water, the wall needs to be subjected to pre-waterproof treatment, and a decorative layer is installed on the basis of pre-waterproof treatment, so that the construction time is prolonged, and the decoration cost is increased. The decoration layer mainly comprises tiles and stones, and the tile and stone paving mode is mainly divided into a wet pasting mode and a dry hanging mode. Wherein, the wet pasting is mainly realized by arranging cement mortar or tile adhesive on the tile or the stone to realize the pasting and fixing with the wall; the dry hanging is mainly characterized in that the ceramic tiles or the stone is fixed on the wall body by adopting a dry hanging component. The two methods mainly have the following problems: the wet pasting construction process is longer, the construction professional level is higher, the quality control difficulty is higher, and the adverse effects of pollution of the construction environment and the like are caused; the dry hanging component wastes a large space, the leveling adjustment is complicated in the installation process, and the single ceramic tile is dry-hung and easy to break. The panel is used as a decorative layer to decorate the wall body, so that the waterproof step can be omitted, and the cost and the labor are saved. The panel can be accomplished the preparation in advance according to specific construction space, and the realization is assembled after getting into construction space can, adopts the panel to decorate the wall body and can improve the installation effectiveness, practices thrift construction cost. However, the conventional dry hanging member is not suitable for installing a panel, and when the panel is installed, the panel fixing member and the panel connecting member may be installed in a non-flush manner, and the adjustment of the panel connecting member may affect the installation of other panels.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a panel installation assembly, which can realize the rapid assembly of a panel and a wall body, simplify the construction process, shorten the construction period and improve the industrialization level.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention comprises a panel connecting piece, wherein the opposite inner sides of the panel connecting piece are connected with a wall body through panel fixing pieces, the opposite outer sides of the panel connecting piece are arranged between adjacent panels and are used for connecting the two adjacent panels, the panel connecting piece comprises a fixing part, a first mounting part and a second mounting part, the first mounting part and the second mounting part are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing part, the fixing part is a frame body with one open end, the first mounting part and the second mounting part are respectively connected with the open end of the fixing part, the first mounting part and the second mounting part extend towards opposite directions, a fixing hole is formed in the central position of the fixing part, the first mounting part and the second mounting part are respectively used for mounting the two adjacent panels, the fixing part is arranged in a gap between the two adjacent panels and is used for being connected with, the wall fixing part comprises fixing columns fixedly installed on the wall, the fixing columns extending out of the wall are threaded sections, the threaded sections penetrate through fixing holes of the fixing parts, fixing nuts used for fixing the fixing parts are arranged on the threaded sections, and the fixing nuts are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing parts.

After adopting above-mentioned structure, when installing the panel on the wall body, at first need evenly cartridge a plurality of panel mounting on the wall body, then install the panel connecting piece on the panel mounting in proper order, install the panel on the panel connecting piece at last, wherein when the panel connecting piece is installed on the panel mounting, the fixed column of panel mounting passes the fixed orifices of panel connecting piece, then the position of panel connecting piece is fixed through the fixing bolt on the fixed column, adjacent panel installation is on the first installation department and the second installation department of panel connecting piece, operating personnel can carry out the position of adjustment panel connecting piece on the wall mounting through the fixation nut of operation fixed part front and back both sides, thereby adjust the distance between panel and the wall body, can realize panel and wall body fast assembly, can simplify the work progress, shorten construction period, improve industrialization level.

First mounting hole has been seted up to first installation department, the second mounting hole has been seted up to the second installation department, first mounting hole with the second mounting hole is rectangular hole, just first installation department with the through-hole that sets up from last downwards is seted up on the upper portion of second installation department, the through-hole with rectangular hole intercommunication.

And fixing bolts are arranged at the opposite corners of the panel and penetrate through the first mounting holes and the second mounting holes and are in threaded connection with fastening nuts.

The expansion bolt is arranged at the inner end of the fixing column and comprises an expansion sleeve sleeved outside the fixing column, a pulling disc is arranged at the outer edge of the expansion sleeve and connected with the wall body, the pulling disc is a circular disc which is exposed outside the wall body and is tightly attached to the wall body, the lower portion of the expansion sleeve is divided into expansion claw teeth, and the lower end of the screw rod extending out of the expansion sleeve is a conical end.

And a rubber gasket strip is arranged between the joint of the adjacent panels and the panel connecting piece, and the diameter of the rubber gasket strip is greater than the distance from the outer end of the fixing column to the inner side of the panel.

A panel installation method for installing by using the panel 3 installation assembly as described above, comprising the steps of:

(1) the method comprises the following steps that a plurality of panel fixing pieces 2 are required to be uniformly inserted into a wall body, panel connecting pieces 1 are sequentially installed on the panel fixing pieces 2, a plurality of panels 3 are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the wall body, the panel connecting pieces 1 are arranged between two adjacent panels 3, the two adjacent panels 3 are connected through the panel connecting pieces 1, and the panels 3 are connected; when the panel connecting piece 1 is installed on the panel fixing piece 2, the fixing column 21 of the panel fixing piece 2 penetrates through the fixing hole of the panel connecting piece 1, and then the position of the panel connecting piece 1 is fixed through the fixing bolt 31 on the fixing column 21;

(2) connecting the panel connecting piece 1 with the panel fixing piece 2; the adjacent panels 3 are arranged on the first installation part 12 and the second installation part 13 of the panel connecting piece 1, the fixing bolts 31 respectively pass through the first installation holes 14 and the second installation holes 15, and then the panels 3 are fixed through the fastening nuts 32, namely, the panels 3 are connected with the panel connecting piece 1, and an operator can adjust the position of the panel connecting piece 1 on the wall surface fixing piece by operating the fixing nuts 22 on the front side and the rear side of the fixing part 11, so that the distance between the panels 3 and the wall body is adjusted, the panels 3 and the wall body can be quickly assembled, the construction process can be simplified, the construction period is shortened, and the industrialization level is improved;

(3) the rubber packing strip 5 is inserted into a space formed by the adjacent panels and the fixing columns, so that the sealing performance between the adjacent panels is ensured.
