The invention provides a wellhead oil scraping and cleaning device for an outer wall of an oil pipe, which can scrape and clean the outer wall of the oil pipe while the oil pipe is lifted so as to realize pollution-free operation of conventional well repairing and pump inspection operation.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the oil scraping and cleaning device for the wellhead on the outer wall of the oil pipe can scrape and clean the outer wall of the oil pipe while the oil pipe is lifted, so that pollution-free operation of conventional well repairing and pump inspection operation is realized.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-7, a wellhead oil scraping and cleaning device for an outer wall of an oil pipe comprises a housing 1, a pressure cap 2, a pressure ring 3, an oil pipe self-sealing core 4, a nozzle housing 5, a nozzle 6, a water inlet high-pressure ball valve 7 and a blowout prevention mechanism, wherein an inclined table is arranged on the upper portion of the inner wall of the housing 1, the pressure cap 2 is installed at the upper end of the housing 1, and the pressure cap 2 tightly presses the oil pipe self-sealing core 4 on the inclined table through the pressure ring 3; the oil pipe self-sealing core 4 is made of oil-resistant rubber; the middle section of the oil pipe self-sealing core 4 is in a round sleeve shape, and two ends of the oil pipe self-sealing core are in a horn mouth shape respectively; the middle section inner hole of the oil pipe self-sealing core 4 and the oil pipe 16 can be installed in a fitting manner; an annular pointed-angle-shaped protrusion 15 is arranged at one end of the oil pipe self-sealing core 4, and the annular pointed-angle-shaped protrusion 15 is attached to the sloping platform; the nozzle shell 5 is arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of the shell 1, an annular groove 14 is formed in the outer wall of the nozzle shell 5, the outer wall of the nozzle shell 5 is tightly jointed with the inner wall of the shell 1, and a water inlet cavity is formed at the annular groove 14; twelve water outlet holes 13 are uniformly formed in the lower end of the nozzle shell 5 along the circumference, the water outlet holes 13 are communicated with the water inlet cavity, and the end heads of the water outlet holes 13 are embedded with the nozzles 6; the side surface of the shell 1 is connected with the water inlet high-pressure ball valve 7, and the water inlet high-pressure ball valve 7 is communicated with the water inlet cavity; the blowout prevention mechanism comprises a blowout prevention flange 10, a suspension joint 11, a high-pressure plug 9, a lifting sub 8 and an M30 bolt 12, wherein the lower part of the blowout prevention flange 10 is connected with the suspension joint 11, the upper part of the blowout prevention flange 10 is connected with the high-pressure plug 9, and the upper part of the high-pressure plug 9 is connected with the lifting sub 8; the blowout prevention mechanism is used for preventing blowout and kick accidents; in use, as shown in fig. 7, the blowout preventing flange 10 is connected with the pressure cap 2 through M30 bolts 12, and the suspension joint 11 is connected with the oil pipe 16.

As shown in fig. 6, the oil scraping and cleaning device for the wellhead on the outer wall of the oil pipe has the following working process:

1) the flange on the shell 1 is connected with the big four-way 17 of the Christmas tree to complete the installation of the oil scraping and cleaning device on the outer wall of the oil pipe.

2) The water inlet high-pressure ball valve 7 is connected with a steam boiler pump truck through a water inlet pipeline 18.

3) The first oil pipe 16 is lifted out of the well, high-temperature steam hot water is input into an annular water inlet cavity formed by the shell 1 and the nozzle shell 5 through the water inlet high-pressure ball valve 7 by the steam boiler pump truck, and the oil pipe 16 is washed through the nozzle 6.

4) And lifting the oil pipe 16, and scraping residual oil stains on the outer wall of the oil pipe 16 by using the oil pipe self-sealing core 4.

5) Each oil pipe 16 is subjected to flushing and scraping operations until all oil pipes 16 are lifted out.

6) When blowout and kick accidents are prevented, the blowout prevention flange 10 is connected with the pressure cap 2 through an M30 bolt 12, the suspension joint 11 is connected with the oil pipe 16, and the high-pressure plug 9 is closed.
