Detailed Description

The following description of the embodiments of the present application is provided by way of specific examples, and other advantages and effects of the present application will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein. The present application is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modifications and/or changes in various respects, all without departing from the spirit of the present application. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.

It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present application, and the drawings only show the components related to the present application and are not drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, number and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sanitary care product according to an embodiment of the present application. The sanitary care products include but are not limited to sanitary products such as paper diapers and urine pads. As shown in fig. 1, the sanitary protection product of the present embodiment is composed of a contact layer 11, an absorption layer 12, a conductive layer 13, and a waterproof layer 14, wherein the contact layer 11 is matched with the waterproof layer 14 in specification, and the size of the contact layer 11 determines the frame of the sanitary protection product, and the absorption layer 12 is slightly smaller than the contact layer 11 and the waterproof layer 14, for example: if the frame of the pad is 60cm by 90cm, the absorbent layer 12 may be 50cm by 80 cm.

The contact layer 11 refers to a layer of the sanitary care product for contacting with a human body, and specifically, the contact layer 11 is made of non-woven fabric. The absorption layer 12 refers to a layer of sanitary care product for absorbing feces and urine, and specifically, the absorption layer 12 comprises a mixed layer of wood pulp and high-molecular water-absorbent resin. In another embodiment, in order to prevent the fluffy wood pulp from being too dispersed and also to prevent the resin particles from being too dispersed, paper layers (such as toilet paper) are laid above and below the mixed layer, respectively. The waterproof layer 14 is a layer of a sanitary care product for preventing leakage of feces and urine, and may specifically adopt a PE film, a PE composite film, a PE adhesive film, etc., wherein PE (polyethylene) is a short term for polyethylene material, and polyethylene is a thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerizing ethylene.

Referring to fig. 2A, fig. 2A is a schematic structural diagram of a conductive layer of a diaper according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2A, the area indicated by the dotted line is the position of the absorbent layer, i.e. there is no absorbent layer between the dotted frame and the frame of the urine pad. The position of the conducting layer is matched with that of the absorbing layer, so that the defecation monitoring efficiency is improved.

Specifically, the conductive layer includes positive electrode lines 21 and negative electrode lines 22 arranged at staggered intervals. The area of the conducting layer of the urine pad is large, so that the monitoring efficiency can be effectively improved by the staggered arrangement of the anode and cathode wires. Both ends 211 and 212 of the positive electrode line 21 and both ends 221 and 222 of the negative electrode line 22 protrude out of the regions where the absorption layers are located, respectively. The first end 211 of the positive wire 21 and the first end 221 of the negative wire 22 converge on the left side of the pad, while the second end 212 of the positive wire 21 and the second end 222 of the negative wire 22 converge on the right side of the pad. More specifically, the gathering of the polar line end part adopts a parallel arrangement mode.

It should be noted that, in the actual production process, the positive and negative electrode lines of the conductive layer can be made of conductive paste such as conductive ink, for example: after mixing the conductive ink and the thinner in a certain ratio, an electrode pattern (not limited to the electrode pattern shown in fig. 2A) is printed on the waterproof layer by a gravure printer, and then dried and rolled. The production equipment adopts an image identification positioning cutting technology to ensure that the printed pattern is aligned with the absorption layer. Because the rest production process is similar to the production process of the common urine pad, such as: the automatic urine pad production equipment sequentially bonds the waterproof layer, the absorption layer and the contact layer by the atomized hot melt adhesive and the like, so the detailed description is omitted here.

The left side of the pad is provided with 31-32 positioning parts, and the right side is provided with 33-34 positioning parts. Specifically, the positioning portions 31 to 34 include, but are not limited to, patterns printed on the surface of the diaper, depressions etched on the surface of the diaper, and the like. The positioning parts 31-34 are used for limiting the clamping position of the urine pad monitoring device, so that when the relevant person clamps the urine pad monitoring device at the position indicated by the positioning parts 31-34, the probe of the urine pad monitoring device can be accurately and electrically connected with the positive wire 21 and the negative wire 22 on the conductive layer.

Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a schematic structural diagram of a conductive layer of a diaper according to another embodiment of the present application. Different from the design that the positive and negative lines are all linear in fig. 2A, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2B, the positive and negative lines are all designed in a diagonal manner, which is beneficial to improving the yield of intaglio printing.

Referring to fig. 2C, fig. 2C is a schematic structural diagram of a conductive layer of a diaper according to an embodiment of the present application. Different from the diaper, the area of the conductive layer of the diaper is small, so the positive wire 21 'and the negative wire 22' of the diaper can also adopt a group of mutually parallel straight lines or a group of mutually parallel corrugated lines, and other structures and functions are consistent with those of the diaper.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic circuit structure diagram of a health care product monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. This health care supplies monitoring devices's casing is inside to be equipped with: the processing module (such as an MCU), the comparison induction module (such as a voltage comparator) and the power supply module (such as a button battery), preferably, the processing module, the comparison induction module and the power supply module are all arranged on a PCB, so that mutual electrical connection is realized.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the housing of the health care product monitoring device is further provided with: and the communication module (such as a wireless transmission chip and an antenna) is electrically connected with the processing module and is used for establishing communication connection between the health care product monitoring device and the health care product information transmission device so as to realize data transmission between the health care product monitoring device and the health care product information transmission device. Preferably, the communication module is communicated with the health care product information transmission device based on a 2.4G wireless protocol.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view showing an external structure of the sanitary care product monitoring device. The shell of the health care product monitoring device is provided with a clamping part, and the upper surface of the clamping part is provided with a positive electrode probe 41, a negative electrode probe 42 and an induction electrode probe 43. The positive probe 41 is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the power supply module, the negative probe 42 is electrically connected to an input terminal of the comparison sensing module, and the sensing probe 43 is electrically connected to the processing module.

Fig. 5 shows a circuit structure diagram of the sanitary nursing article monitoring device in a specific application. As shown in FIG. 5, S + represents a positive electrode probe, S-represents a negative electrode probe, and SP represents a sense electrode probe.

When the sanitary nursing article monitoring device is used, the clamping part is opened by related personnel, and the clamping part is closed after the sanitary nursing article is clamped according to the positioning part of the sanitary nursing article, so that the connection between the sanitary nursing article monitoring device and the sanitary nursing article is realized.

Specifically, the position of the positive electrode probe 41 and the position of the sense electrode probe 43 are respectively matched with one end of one polar line of the health care product, and in detail, when the health care product monitoring device clamps the health care product at the positioning part, the positive electrode probe 41 and the sense electrode probe 43 pierce the contact layer of the health care product and can both contact one end part of one polar line of the health care product, such as: the first end of the positive wire, the second end of the positive wire, the first end of the negative wire and the second end of the negative wire, so that the conduction between the positive probe 41 and the inductive probe 43 is realized. When the positive electrode probe 41 and the inductive electrode probe 43 are conducted by the polar line of the health care product, a signal of successful installation of the health care product is generated (in fig. 5, the state of SP is changed from low level to high level), and the processing module detects the signal and determines that the health care product is successfully installed.

Further, if the clamping part is separated from the sanitary care product, the positive electrode probe 41 and the induction electrode probe 43 are separated from the same polar line of the sanitary care product, at this time, a signal that the sanitary care product is successfully taken down is generated, and when the processing module detects the signal, the processing module determines that the sanitary care product is successfully taken down.

In particular, the position of the negative probe 42 is adapted to one end of another pole line of the hygienic product. In detail, when the health care product monitoring device clamps the health care product at the positioning portion, if the positive probe 41 and the sensing probe 43 contact the first end of the positive line of the health care product, the negative probe 42 pierces the contact layer of the health care product and is electrically connected to the first end of the negative line, if the positive probe 41 and the sensing probe 43 contact the second end of the positive line of the health care product, the negative probe 42 pierces the contact layer of the health care product and is electrically connected to the second end of the negative line, and similarly, if the positive probe 41 and the sensing probe 43 contact the first end of the negative line of the health care product, the negative probe 42 pierces the contact layer of the health care product and is electrically connected to the first end of the positive line, and if the positive probe 41 and the sensing probe 43 contact the second end of the negative line of the health care product, the negative probe 42 pierces the contact layer of the item and is electrically connected to the second end of the positive line.

When a user of the health care product urinates and defecates, the urinates and defecates to enable the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire of the health care product to be conducted, so that the positive electrode probe 41 and the negative electrode probe 42 of the health care product monitoring device are conducted, at the moment, a signal that the health care product is wet is generated (the signal is generated after the voltage of S-in fig. 5 is increased to exceed the preset voltage value of the comparator), and when the processing module detects the signal, the health care product is determined to be urinated and defecated.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic circuit structure diagram of an information transmission device for health care products according to an embodiment of the present application. This health care supplies information transmission device includes: power conversion module, WIFI module, 2.4G wireless MCU. It should be noted that fig. 6 is a preferred embodiment, and should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present application, for example: in other embodiments, the WIFI module may also select a GPRS module, a lora module, a bluetooth module, and other communication modules, and the 2.4G wireless MCU may also select a processing module based on other transmission protocols.

The voltage conversion module is used for converting alternating current into working voltage, such as 110V-220V into 5V, and supplying power to the 2.4G wireless MCU and the WIFI module.

The 2.4G wireless MCU is used for establishing communication connection between the health care product information transmission device and at least one health care product monitoring device. In detail, the health care product information transmission device and the health care product monitoring device are respectively provided with a key, and a person skilled in the art can completely realize that the two devices are paired when the respective keys are triggered simultaneously by using the existing protocol or writing the protocol by himself. After the pairing is successful, the identity information of the health care product monitoring device is stored in the health care product information transmission device. A health care supplies information transmission device can accomplish with a plurality of health care supplies monitoring devices and pair, receives the health care supplies monitoring information that is sent by these health care supplies monitoring devices.

The WIFI module sends the health care product monitoring information obtained by the 2.4G wireless MCU to the routing equipment, and the routing equipment sends the health care product monitoring information to the server in communication connection. Related personnel can obtain related information from the server through matched service software installed on equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, a portable computer and a desktop computer, and the use condition of each health care product can be checked.

In addition, the present application provides a health care system comprising: the health care product described in the foregoing embodiment, the health care product monitoring device described in the foregoing embodiment, and the health care product information transmission device described in the foregoing embodiment. Since the detailed description of the embodiments of these three products has already been made above, the detailed description is not repeated here.

To sum up, the health care system of this application and the health care products that contain, monitoring devices and transmission device, relevant personnel are with the clamping position that health care products monitoring devices centre gripping was injectd in health care products's location portion, health care products monitoring devices's probe punctures the positive polar line and the negative pole line electric connection of health care products's contact layer with the conducting layer of health care products, thereby whether monitoring health care products successfully install and whether by the urine of defecating, need not relevant personnel and look over the in service behavior that can learn health care products on the spot, help guaranteeing that user's health care products can change in time.
