Background

A slipper generally consists of two parts, a vamp and a sole. The vamp plays the effect of parcel foot, and the sole is fixed in the bottom of vamp, plays foot and ground isolation protection foot and the effect of being convenient for walk. The traditional slippers have the defects that the shape, the ventilation, the softness, the comfort, the attractiveness, the portability and the high-quality requirement are difficult to achieve due to the limitation of materials and manufacturing methods, and the traditional slippers are generally not resistant to water washing, difficult to clean, difficult to dry after water washing and the like.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the slipper with the knitted sock vamp is designed into the open toe cap with the opening at the toe cap part, so that air inside the slipper with the knitted sock vamp can circulate with the toe cap through the opening, and the slipper with the knitted sock vamp is breathable and cannot cover feet when being worn; meanwhile, the shoe toe cap is formed by performing heat setting on a shoe tree along the opening part of the shoe toe cap folded in half at the central seam, so that the opened shoe toe cap does not need to be covered with edges, the production process is reduced, the discomfort caused by scraping the skin of feet by the covered edges is avoided, and a user can wear the shoe toe cap more comfortably; the opening part of the toe cap adopts a rib top with rubber bands, has certain flexibility, and the shape and the size of the opening toe cap can be adjusted according to actual needs, so that the opening toe cap is more fit with the foot shape and meets the requirements of human engineering; the knitted sock vamp slippers have the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, comfortable wearing and the like.

The inner-layer knitted vamp, the toe cap opening part and the outer-layer knitted vamp are formed by one-time knitting through a hosiery machine, so that the knitted vamp is seamless, has no damages such as thread separation and thread breakage and has stronger firmness and durability; the knitted vamp is soft, has good elasticity and air permeability, and is comfortable to wear without cutting and sealing feet; meanwhile, the cleaning agent has the advantages of convenience in carrying, convenience in cleaning, easiness in drying after cleaning and the like; the knitted vamp is formed by mixing knitted yarns and thermal fuses and adopting a hosiery machine to knit at one time, and has certain elasticity through heating and three-dimensional forming, so that the knitted vamp has the characteristics of certain shape memory function, difficult deformation and the like.
