after the inner needle seat and the outer needle seat are assembled, the first circumferential locking part is butted with the second circumferential locking part, the circumferential rotating position of the outer needle tube relative to the inner needle core is fixed, and the inclined plane of the needle point of the inner needle core is flush with the inclined plane of the needle point of the outer needle tube.

The percutaneous puncture needle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inner hub comprises a hub body and an annular outer wall fixedly provided on an outer side of the hub body, a hub passage for connecting the inner hub is provided in the hub body, an inner diameter of the hub passage is matched with that of the inner hub, the first circumferential locking portion is provided on the annular outer wall, and an outer profile of a cross section of the annular outer wall is rectangular.

The percutaneous puncture needle according to claim 6, wherein the inner hub further comprises a bypass tube and an instrument tube, an instrument channel is provided in the instrument tube, the instrument tube is connected to the hub body, a water injection channel is provided in the bypass tube, the water injection channel is communicated to the instrument channel, the instrument channel is communicated to the hub channel, the inner hub has a lumen extending through both ends, and the lumen of the inner hub can be communicated with the instrument channel.

8. The percutaneous puncture needle according to claim 6, wherein an extension part is arranged on one side of the outer needle base facing the inner needle base, and a limiting part is arranged outside the extension part;

after the inner needle seat and the outer needle seat are assembled, the extension part can be partially embedded into the space between the needle core seat body and the annular outer wall, and the limiting part is clamped on the end face, facing towards the annular outer wall, of one end of the outer needle seat and used for limiting the movement of the outer needle seat towards the inner needle seat.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a puncture needle and an operation assembly for percutaneous puncture.

Background

Surgical interventions generally require first a puncture procedure, in the case of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, also characterized as PCNL, which is a modern minimally invasive surgical technique for lithotripsy and lithotripsy in vivo, with a nephroscope passing through the percutaneous renal passage (a passage that passes percutaneously into the calyx of the renal pelvis).

As shown in fig. 1, the puncture needle used in the conventional PCNL procedure has a canula structure and is divided into an inner core 1 and an outer tube 2. The head end of the inner needle core 1 is a needle point 11 with an inclined surface to form a puncture point; as shown in figure 1, in the puncture needle, the head end of the outer needle tube 2 can be flat, the step surface 22 can form larger resistance after the needle point 11 of the inclined plane is punctured, if the operator increases the pushing force when encountering the resistance, the pushing force is not controlled properly, and the step surface is easy to break through tissues and then the force is suddenly released to puncture too deeply.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a puncture needle and a surgical assembly for percutaneous puncture, which aim to reduce puncture resistance and solve the problem of easy over-deep puncture.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a percutaneous puncture needle comprising: the needle comprises an inner needle core, an outer needle tube, an inner needle base and an outer needle base; the needle point of the inner needle core and the needle point of the outer needle tube form an inclined plane with a matched angle, the outer needle tube is fixedly connected with the outer needle seat, the inner needle core is fixedly connected with the inner needle seat, the inner needle core penetrates through the outer needle tube, and the inner needle seat is positioned on one side, far away from the needle point, of the outer needle seat along the length direction of the inner needle core and the outer needle tube; the inner needle base is provided with a first circumferential locking part, and the outer needle base is provided with a second circumferential locking part;

after the inner needle seat and the outer needle seat are assembled, the first circumferential locking part is butted with the second circumferential locking part, the circumferential rotating position of the outer needle tube relative to the inner needle core is fixed, and the inclined plane of the needle point of the inner needle core is flush with the inclined plane of the needle point of the outer needle tube.

Optionally, the first circumferential locking portion includes a protrusion provided on one side of the inner needle holder in the axial direction of the inner needle core, and the second circumferential locking portion includes a groove;

after the inner needle seat and the outer needle seat are assembled, the bulge is embedded into the groove.

Optionally, the outer surface of the inner needle base is provided with a clamping jaw, and the outer surface of the outer needle base is provided with a boss;

Optionally, the number of the clamping jaws is two, and the two groups of clamping jaws are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the inner needle base.

Optionally, if the number of the protrusions is at least two, the at least two protrusions are not symmetrically distributed about the axial center of the inner stylet.

Optionally, the inner needle base includes a stylet base body and an annular outer wall fixedly disposed on the outer side of the stylet base body, a stylet channel for connecting the inner stylet is disposed in the stylet base body, the inner diameter of the stylet channel is matched with the inner stylet, the first circumferential locking portion is disposed on the annular outer wall, and the outer contour of the cross section of the annular outer wall is rectangular.

Optionally, the inner needle holder further includes a bypass tube and an instrument tube, the instrument tube is provided with an instrument channel, the instrument tube is connected to the needle core holder, the bypass tube is provided with a water injection channel, the water injection channel is communicated to the instrument channel, the instrument channel is communicated to the needle core channel, the inner needle core is provided with an inner cavity penetrating through two ends, and the inner cavity of the inner needle core can be communicated with the instrument channel.

Optionally, an extension part is arranged on one side of the outer needle base facing the inner needle base, and a limiting part is arranged on the outer side of the extension part;

after the inner needle seat and the outer needle seat are assembled, the extending part can be partially embedded into the space between the needle core seat body and the annular outer wall, and the limiting part is clamped on the end face, facing towards one end of the outer needle seat, of the annular outer wall and used for limiting the outer needle seat to move towards the inner needle seat.

Optionally, the outer surface of the outer needle tube and/or the inner needle core is provided with a developing structure.

Optionally, the developing structure comprises at least one of:

sand blasting and polishing structure, ring groove structure, spiral groove structure, pit structure.

According to a second aspect of the present invention there is provided a percutaneous puncture surgical assembly comprising a percutaneous puncture needle of the first aspect and its alternatives.

In the puncture needle and the operation assembly for percutaneous puncture provided by the invention, the inclined plane of the needle point of the inner needle core and the inclined plane of the needle point of the outer needle tube are designed to be in a flush state, so that the step resistance caused by the existence of the flat needle tube after the inclined plane of the needle point penetrates into tissues can be eliminated, and the problem of over-deep penetration caused by the step resistance is avoided.

Furthermore, the fixing of the circumferential position between the inner needle base and the outer needle base can be realized through the first circumferential locking part and the second circumferential locking part, and further, the circumferential position between the inner needle core and the outer needle tube can be locked, and meanwhile, the locked circumferential position is configured in such a way that the inclined plane of the needle point of the inner needle core can be flush with the inclined plane of the needle point of the outer needle tube.
