An automatic endoscope transfer transport cart is characterized by comprising a transport cart main body, wherein the transport cart main body is provided with a cabinet body for storing an endoscope; the cabinet body is provided with a fresh air system and a spray head, the spray head is communicated with a container filled with disinfectant, and an air channel of the fresh air system is also provided with a radiation source capable of irradiating and disinfecting; the bottom of the carrier vehicle body is provided with a roller which is in communication connection with the processor.

2. The automated endoscopic transfer cart of claim 1, wherein said ventilator system comprises a first ventilator and a second ventilator mounted to the sides of the cabinet, said radiation source being mounted to the outside of said first ventilator and to the outside of said second ventilator.

3. An automated endoscopic transfer cart as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein said radiation source is an ultraviolet lamp, the ultraviolet light emitted by said ultraviolet lamp being capable of disinfecting air passing through said fresh air system.

4. An automated endoscope transfer cart as described in claim 2 wherein said first fresh air fan and said second fresh air fan are mounted to different sides of said cabinet.

5. An automated endoscope transfer cart as described in claim 1 wherein said cabinet has a cavity, said cabinet having an opening on one side; the cabinet door is rotatably installed at one side of the cabinet body to seal the opening.

The automated endoscopic transfer cart of claim 1, further comprising a tracking motion module, the tracking motion module comprising a tracking sensor, a camera, and a motor, the motor mounted to each of said rollers, the tracking sensor configured to recognize a tracking signal, the camera configured to recognize a frame signal, the tracking sensor and the motor each communicatively coupled to the processor; and the processor is in communication connection with the camera.

An automated endoscope transfer cart, as described in claim 1, further comprising a case for containing an endoscope, the case being connected to a rail for allowing a person to manually remove the endoscope, the case further having a hole for allowing the disinfectant and air to pass through, the case further having a protrusion for allowing the endoscope to be conveniently placed therein.

8. The automated endoscope transfer cart of claim 1, wherein said spray head is disposed on a top surface of said cabinet, and a disinfectant recovery channel is further disposed on a bottom side of said spray head.

The automated endoscope transport cart of claim 1, further comprising a human-machine interaction module, the human-machine interaction module communicatively coupled to the processor; the human-computer interaction module comprises a display, an indicator light and a loudspeaker which are connected to the processor.

An automatic endoscope transfer transport method, characterized in that the automatic endoscope transfer transport vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is used, a clinic number to which the automatic endoscope transfer transport vehicle needs to go is set, the automatic endoscope transfer transport vehicle receives a return instruction after traveling to a clinic, and the automatic endoscope transfer transport vehicle returns in an idle-load tracking manner.

The success of endoscopic treatment requires a sterile qualified endoscope in addition to the good professional skill level of the endoscopist. With the general development of the minimally invasive endoscope diagnosis and treatment technology, the quantity of endoscope diagnosis and treatment is increased every year, the demand on medical care personnel in an endoscope room is increased more and more, the requirements on links such as cleaning, disinfection, transportation, use and storage of the endoscope are strict, and the minimally invasive endoscope diagnosis and treatment technology becomes an important aspect of national medical infection prevention and control.

At present, the domestic transportation link of the soft endoscope in use still depends on manual transportation, and the endoscope transfer trolley commonly used in the clinical work at present needs manual transportation according to the requirement of the latest 2016 edition of technical specification for cleaning and disinfecting the soft endoscope.

The inventor believes that the current methods of endoscopic transport have various disadvantages. Firstly, the container can not be sealed, and the endoscope is easy to cause secondary pollution and cross infection in the manual transportation process; secondly, the clean endoscope and the endoscope polluted after being used need to be independently transported by the manual transport vehicle, so that a large amount of time is wasted in the transportation of workers, and the working efficiency is reduced; staff frequently change medical consumptive materials such as gloves, barrier gown in using transfer car transfer process, increased the inspection cost, need artifical the completion, extravagant manpower.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an automatic endoscope transfer transport vehicle and a transport method, which can automatically transport endoscopes between an endoscope decontamination chamber and a consulting chamber of an endoscopy department, are beneficial to improving the working efficiency, save the labor and reduce the usage amount of medical gloves, protective clothing and disposable plastic isolation bags used for transporting the endoscopes.

1) according to the invention, the cabinet body which can be opened and closed is used for sealing, and the box body is also used for accommodating the endoscope, so that the risks of secondary pollution and cross infection of the endoscope in the manual transfer process are reduced.

2) In the invention, the planned transfer route of the transfer trolley is separated from the unused endoscope route, so that the conveying work efficiency of the endoscope is improved.

3) According to the invention, the transfer trolley can automatically run, so that manual operation is reduced, and medical consumables such as gloves and isolation clothes can be reduced for workers, thereby further reducing the inspection cost.
