There are many factors that affect the printing quality in the printing process, and the ink is one of them, and the ink expresses patterns and characters on the PVC transparent tablecloth by printing. The ink comprises a main component and an auxiliary component, which are uniformly mixed and repeatedly rolled to form a viscous colloidal fluid. The water-based ink is called as water ink for short, and is mainly prepared by carrying out compound grinding on water-soluble resin, organic pigment, solvent and related auxiliary agents. The water-based ink is particularly suitable for packaging and printing products with strict requirements on sanitary conditions, such as cigarettes, wine, foods, beverages, medicines, toys for children and the like. The existing water-based ink has the problems of high crosslinking temperature, few varieties, poor stability and poor fastness, so that the design of the low-temperature self-crosslinking environment-friendly high-performance PVC water-based ink is necessary.

Therefore, the invention provides environment-friendly PVC transparent tablecloth which comprises a base cloth layer, a middle PVC film layer, a surface PVC film layer and an ink layer; the middle PVC film layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 30-40 parts of plasticizer, 5-10 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-8 parts of antioxidant and 6-12 parts of intermediate functional additive; the surface PVC film layer comprises the following raw materials: 100 parts of PVC resin, 50-60 parts of plasticizer, 4-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-8 parts of antioxidant and 6-12 parts of surface functional additive; the ink layer comprises the following raw materials: 50-60 parts of epoxy resin, 8-10 parts of color paste, 15-20 parts of acrylic acid, 20-30 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5-1 part of quick-drying agent, 0.5-1 part of preservative, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of slipping agent, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of excipient and 10-15 parts of deionized water.

An environment-friendly PVC transparent tablecloth comprises a base cloth layer, a middle PVC thin film layer, a surface PVC thin film layer and an ink layer; the middle PVC film layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 30-40 parts of plasticizer, 5-10 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-8 parts of antioxidant and 6-12 parts of intermediate functional additive; the surface PVC film layer comprises the following raw materials: 100 parts of PVC resin, 50-60 parts of plasticizer, 4-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-8 parts of antioxidant and 6-12 parts of surface functional additive; the ink layer comprises the following raw materials: 50-60 parts of epoxy resin, 8-10 parts of color paste, 15-20 parts of acrylic acid, 20-30 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5-1 part of quick-drying agent, 0.5-1 part of preservative, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of slipping agent, 0.5-1 part of thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of excipient and 10-15 parts of deionized water.

The quick-drying agent is any one of cerium naphthenate, lanthanum naphthenate and cerium carboxylate, the defoaming agent is a Dehydran1293 of a deionized water coating defoaming agent of basf (cotinine), the dispersing agent is any one of sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide, the slipping agent is pasty ultrahigh molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane dispersion liquid, the thickening agent is a cross-linking type high molecular emulsion thickening agent containing an acidic group, and the excipient is any one or a mixture of more of calcium carbonate, talcum powder, clay, montmorillonite and silicon dioxide. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a PVC film printing machine. As shown in fig. 1, the PVC film printing machine includes a cabinet 10, a printing roller 30, a backing roller 20, an ink application roller 40, and an ink jet mechanism 70.

The machine case 10 comprises a bearing arm 11, the bearing arm 11 is rotationally connected to the machine case 10, and the printing roller 30, the pressure roller 20, the ink applying roller 40 and the ink jet mechanism 70 are arranged in the machine case 10. The inkjet switch 72 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 10 and extends out of the housing 10, and when the supporting arm 11 rotates to a state of lifting the PVC film 80, the pressure-bearing arm touches the movable piston 722 of the inkjet switch 72, so that the movable piston 722 moves to the connection passage 7222 and communicates with the second opening 7212; when the support arm 11 is retracted, the pressure arm releases the contact pressure on the movable piston 722.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the ink jet switch 72 in an open state, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the ink jet switch 72 in a closed state. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ink jet mechanism 70 includes an ink tank 71, an ink jet switch 72 and a spray arm 74, the ink tank 71 is connected to the ink jet switch 72, the ink jet switch 72 is connected to the spray arm 74, when the support arm 11 is in an open state, the support arm 11 triggers the ink jet switch 72 to be in a connected state, the ink in the ink tank 71 enters the spray arm 74 through the ink jet switch 72 to be sprayed to the ink roller 40, and the ink roller 40 conducts the ink to the printing roller 30 to print the PVC film 80.

The inkjet switch 72 includes a housing 721, a movable piston 722, and a first spring 723, wherein a piston chamber 7213 is provided in the housing 721, one end of which is provided with a first opening 7211, and the other end of which is provided with a second opening 7212. The movable piston 722 is movably arranged in the piston cavity 7213, a connecting channel 7222 is arranged in the piston cavity 7213, one end of the connecting channel 7222 is communicated with the first opening 7211, two sealing rings 7221 are sleeved on the outer wall of the movable piston 722, and when the movable piston 722 moves to the position where the second opening 7212 is positioned between the sealing rings 7221, the second opening 7212 is sealed; the first spring 723 is disposed between the inner wall of the housing 721 and the moving piston 722, and the first spring 723 is in a compressed state when the moving piston 722 moves to communicate the connection passage 7222 with the second opening 7212.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the ink tank. As shown in fig. 4, the ink tank 71 includes a case 711, a moving plate 712 movably disposed in the case 711, and a second spring 713 connecting between a side surface of the moving plate 712 and an inner wall of the case 711 for urging the moving plate 712 to discharge ink. The ink jet mechanism 70 further includes a recovery device, and the recovery period 73 is provided below the ink application roller 40 and connected to the ink tank 71 for recovering ink.

In use, the moving plate 712 is forced to apply pressure to the ink by the second spring 713, the pressure arm releases the pressure on the moving piston 722 due to the retracted state of the support arm 11, the first spring 723 pushes the moving piston 722 to the position shown in fig. 3, the first opening 7211 is located between the seals 7221, and the ink jet switch 72 is in the closed state.

The printing roller 30 is provided with a humidifier. When the environment is dry, the humidifier is properly started, the environment humidity can be adjusted, and the condensation speed of the ink can be favorably slowed down. The PVC film printing machine further comprises a material discharging roll 50 and a material receiving roll 60, wherein the printing roller 30 and the pressure bearing roller 20 are arranged between the material discharging roll 50 and the material receiving roll 60. A blower is arranged between the material collecting roll 60 and the printing roll 30, and an air outlet of the blower faces the PVC film 80 and is used for air-drying the ink on the surface of the PVC film 80. The air blowers are arranged on two sides of the blower, air flow blown out by the blower during air drying can be diffused to the two sides, the air blowers are arranged on the two sides of the blower, air with ink smell can be sucked away ingeniously, and air diffusion to the space is avoided.
