The rail is polished to remove the unevenness on the surface of the rail and restore the rail head to the original design requirement, so that the wheel-rail relation is effectively improved, the development of the surface defects of the rail is slowed down, the surface smoothness of the rail is improved, and the service life of the rail is prolonged. The grinding trolley is a core operation mechanism of the steel rail grinding wagon, is arranged at the bottom of the steel rail grinding wagon through a traction rod, a lifting oil cylinder and other components, and mainly comprises a traction device, a walking device, a grinding unit, a lifting device and the like. When the grinding machine does not work, the grinding device is suspended and locked at the bottom of the grinding vehicle through the locking device. During operation, the grinding device is lowered to the steel rail through the lifting device and moves along the rail along with the grinding vehicle. (2) according to the traction device and the steel rail grinding trolley comprising the same, the traction device adopts a vertical type traction rod structure, the requirement on the installation space position in the longitudinal direction of the steel rail is small, the whole length of the grinding trolley and the whole design layout difficulty of the grinding trolley are reduced, and the compact design of the whole structure size of the grinding trolley can be better realized;

(3) according to the traction device and the steel rail polishing trolley comprising the same, the traction device adopts a vertical type traction rod structure, and a vertical upward component force cannot be formed on the polishing device during traction movement, so that the grinding device has better dynamic characteristics during walking and polishing;

(4) the traction device and the steel rail grinding trolley comprising the same are characterized in that the traction device adopts a vertical type traction rod structure and is symmetrically arranged and installed at the front end and the rear end of the grinding trolley, and when the advancing directions of the steel rail grinding trolley are different, the traction force forms of the traction device to the grinding device are completely the same, so that when the grinding trolley advances in the positive and negative directions for grinding, the grinding operation effect cannot be obviously different;

(5) the rail grinding trolley adopts an installation frame structure with independent and symmetrical left and right sides and is provided with a grinding device lifting mechanism, so that the left and right frames can be independently lifted relative to the grinding trolley, the grinding states of the frames on the two sides are not influenced mutually, and when a single-side rail grinding head needs to avoid obstacle lifting in the operation process, only the frame on the corresponding side needs to be lifted, so that the influence on the grinding efficiency caused by the frequent lifting and falling of the whole grinding trolley in the operation process is avoided;

(6) according to the traction device and the steel rail grinding trolley comprising the same, the distance between the mounting seats of the left and right side frame grinding units of the steel rail grinding trolley is adjustable, and steel rail grinding trolleys with different grinding head numbers can be obtained by adjusting the mounting distance between the grinding units so as to meet the diversified requirements of customers;

(7) according to the traction device and the steel rail polishing trolley comprising the same, the frame of the steel rail polishing trolley adopts an independent symmetrical frame structure, the polishing unit mounting frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both of an open structure and adopt a modular structure, when a problem occurs in a unilateral frame or a polishing unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, the installation and the maintenance can be more convenient and faster, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the maintenance of the subsequent polishing trolley and the polishing unit;

(8) according to the traction device and the steel rail polishing trolley comprising the same, the steel rail polishing trolley can accurately position the relative position relationship between the grinding wheel and the steel rail by utilizing the rail leaning device, so that the polishing effect and the polishing effect are greatly improved; the grinding machine can be used for grinding various areas of railway lines including turnouts, and is wide in application range and high in adaptability; the internal space of the polishing trolley can be fully utilized, the operation process is simple, and the interference between the edge surface of the rail wheel and the side surface of the steel rail in the rail leaning process can be effectively avoided;

(9) the rail grinding trolley comprises a traction device and a rail grinding trolley body, the rail grinding trolley body is provided with a fireproof and dustproof device, the structure of the rail grinding trolley body is optimized, the side vehicle doors are movably connected, the wide-angle opening and closing of the vehicle doors can be realized, when the internal structure of the grinding trolley body needs to be maintained, the vehicle doors are directly opened, and no other baffle is arranged on the rear side surface, so that the internal structure of the grinding trolley body can be directly operated, the subsequent maintenance work of the grinding trolley body is more convenient and faster, and the maintenance cost is obviously reduced;

(10) according to the traction device and the steel rail polishing trolley comprising the same, the polishing units in the steel rail polishing trolley have a transverse moving function, so that the polishing requirements of various lines such as a main line, a turnout and the like can be met, the large-range coverage of polishing angles can be realized, and the steel rail polishing quality can be effectively improved.
