Background

The elevator guide wheel mainly comprises a guide wheel body, a guide wheel shaft, a bearing and the like, wherein a corresponding casting mold is designed according to product parameters in the production process of the traditional guide wheel, a rough blank of a cast iron wheel (nylon wheel) is cast, the guide wheel body is manufactured through machining processes such as rough machining, finish machining and the like, and then the bearing and the guide wheel shaft are assembled.

Therefore, the welding type guide wheel is designed, each part can be designed and processed independently, and the material cost is greatly saved; the weight of the guide wheel is reduced, the accuracy of each part is ensured, and meanwhile, the carrying efficiency of workers in the installation process is improved.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides the welding type guide wheel and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein each part is designed and processed independently, the material cost is saved, the weight of the guide wheel is reduced, the accuracy degree of each part is ensured, and the carrying efficiency of workers in the installation process is improved.

the welded guide wheel comprises a bearing seat ring and a rope groove wheel body, wherein an oil filling hole is formed in the bearing seat ring, a plurality of reinforcing rib plates used for being connected with the rope groove wheel body are arranged on the bearing seat ring, one end of each reinforcing rib plate is connected with the bearing seat ring, the other end of each reinforcing rib plate is connected with the rope groove wheel body, and at least one roll forming annular groove is formed in the wall of the rope groove wheel body along the length direction of the groove wheel body.

The rope groove wheel body is made by rolling a strip-shaped steel plate through a rolling machine, the joints of the two ends of the strip-shaped steel plate are fixed by welding, and at least one roll-formed annular groove is formed in the strip-shaped steel plate along the length direction of the strip-shaped steel plate.

Preferably, the diameter of the rope sheave body is adjusted by the length of the strip-shaped steel plate.

Preferably, the strip steel plate has a thickness of 8 mm.
