Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of organic molecule synthesis, relates to a compound with herbicidal performance and a hexafluorosulfonamide structure and a synthesis method thereof, and particularly relates to 2- (2,2-difluoroethoxy) -N- (2-fluorophenyl) -N-methyl-6- (trifluoromethyl) benzenesulfonamide with herbicidal activity and a synthesis method thereof.

Background

Penoxsulam (penoxsulam) is an after-emergence herbicide developed by the american agronomy company (Dow agro sciences), a triazolopyrimidine sulfonamide herbicide that acts by inhibiting acetolactate synthase (ALS).

EPA is officially registered in the United states in 24.9.2004, popularized and applied in the southern rice district of the United states in 2005, and registered in China in 2008. Penoxsulam is concerned by people due to low toxicity, high efficiency and safety, and is further developed in rice application and becomes one of important products. The penoxsulam has a wide herbicidal spectrum, has a good control effect on various common weeds in the paddy field, including barnyard grass, annual sedge and various broad-leaved weeds, has a lasting period of 30-60 days, and can basically control the harm of the weeds in all seasons by one-time application. However, penoxsulam has no obvious weeding effect on moleplant seed, so that a new herbicide needs to be developed to make up for the defects of penoxsulam.
