Aiming at the problem that the quality of paper is damaged due to the fact that the paper is not uniformly dried on the upper surface and the lower surface of the paper when a front dryer is used for drying, the paper is dried by arranging symmetrical hot air drying devices on the upper surface and the lower surface of the paper, the hot air temperature can be adjusted in real time by matching with a temperature and humidity detector, or air is pumped by a first exhaust fan for cooling in time, so that the drying quality is comprehensively guaranteed; and hot air forms the circulation route in box upper and lower part, and the hot-blast from hot-blast mouthpiece spun can also be heated by first electric heating pipe and second electric heating pipe at the in-process of circulation to keep the temperature of hot-blast in the box, be convenient for realize accurate control by temperature change, avoid the heat to scatter and disappear very fast simultaneously, be favorable to guaranteeing the quality of stoving processing.

3. Adopt the laminating of silicon rubber electrical heating board to set up on the conveyer belt in the desiccator of back, make full use of silicon rubber electrical heating board can make the characteristics and the advantage of arbitrary shape according to the demand, realize carrying the bottom surface of material when heating the stoving, the hot air drying device of cooperation top, realize the stoving operation in all directions, under the assistance of temperature and humidity detector, hot-blast and electric heating pipe that the circulation flows has still been formed, and the air exhauster, thereby mutually support and realize more accurate control by temperature change, gain better stoving effect, guarantee the quality of paper article.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.

A production device of plastic-free tableware packing paper comprises a mixing beater 1, a paper making machine 4, a front dryer 6, a double-sided coating sizing machine 7 and a rear dryer 9, wherein the mixing beater 1 is of a two-stage beating structure, a group of driving beating devices in a first beating box body 105 of the mixing beater 1 drive two groups of driven beating devices, materials in the first beating box body 105 flow into a second beating box body 118 which is obliquely arranged, the driving beating devices in the second beating box body 118 drive a stirring device below to stir, the materials flow into a material conveying pipe 3 from a second discharge port 112 of the second beating box body 118 and are conveyed to the paper making machine 4 through a material conveying pump 2 to carry out the conventional process of wet paper making, the materials are conveyed to the front dryer 6 through a first conveying belt 5 to be dried after being finished, the front dryer 6 comprises a front drying box body 615 with front and rear openings, hot air drying devices are symmetrically arranged in the front and rear drying box body 615, the semi-finished paper 607 is positioned between upper and lower hot air drying devices and is conveyed by a roller 613, the material passing through a front dryer 6 is conveyed to a double-sided coating and glue applying machine 7 for coating and glue applying process, and is conveyed to a rear dryer 9 by a second conveying belt 8 after completion, the rear dryer 9 comprises a rear drying box 913 with a front opening and a rear opening, a conveying belt 909 is arranged at the lower part in the rear drying box 913, a silicon rubber electric heating plate 908 is attached to the conveying belt 909 to realize heating and drying of the bottom surface of the material while conveying the material, a hot air drying device is arranged at the upper part in the rear drying box 913, and the material passing through the rear drying process is a finished product.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the driving beating device in the first beating box 105 includes a first main shaft 104 vertically arranged, the first main shaft 104 is driven by a first motor 102 on a top cover of the first beating box 105, first beating blades 106 and first stirring blades 108 are arranged on the first main shaft 104 in an interlaced manner, a driving gear 125 is arranged on the first main shaft 104, and the driving gear 125 drives driven beating devices on both sides.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the driven pulping device includes a first driven shaft 109, the upper and lower ends of the first driven shaft 109 are installed in a first bearing 110 so as to be vertically installed in the first pulping box 105, the first driven shaft 109 is also provided with first pulping blades 106 and first stirring blades 108 in a staggered manner, a driven gear 107 is arranged on the first driven shaft 109, and the driven gear 107 is engaged with a driving gear 125, so that the first driven shaft 109 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first main shaft 104.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the hot air drying devices arranged in the front drying box 615 in an up-down symmetrical manner include upper and lower hot air drying devices, the upper hot air drying device includes a first interlayer plate 605 connected to the side wall, the first interlayer plate 605 is arranged at the upper part, and the front and rear sides of the first interlayer plate 605 have gaps with the inner wall to realize circulation of air, a first hot air through pipe 616 is arranged in the interlayer of the first interlayer plate 605, the first hot air through pipe 616 is connected to a first hot air blower 602 arranged at the outside, the other end of the first hot air through pipe 616 is communicated to a first hot air blowing port 606, the first hot air blowing port 606 is a shower nozzle structure arranged in an inclined manner and arranged below the first interlayer plate 605, the air blowing direction of the first hot air blowing port is opposite to the material feeding direction, and a first temperature and humidity detector 603 is arranged in the middle of the first hot air blowing port; the lower hot air drying device comprises a second interlayer plate 609 connected to the lower part, and a second hot air blowing opening 608 and a second temperature and humidity detector 611 on the second interlayer plate 609 are symmetrically arranged with the upper hot air drying device.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a top cover of the front drying box 615 is provided with a first exhaust fan 601, the first exhaust fan 601 is communicated with a first air suction opening 614 arranged at an upper portion of the front drying box 615, and a top plate and a bottom plate of the front drying box 615 are respectively provided with a first electric heating pipe 604 and a second electric heating pipe 612 in an aligned manner.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the hot air drying device at the upper part in the rear drying box 913 includes a third interlayer plate 906 connected to the side wall, the third interlayer plate 906 is disposed at the upper part, and the front and rear sides of the third interlayer plate 906 have gaps with the inner wall to realize circulation of air, a second hot air through pipe 902 is disposed in the interlayer of the third interlayer plate 906, the second hot air through pipe 902 is communicated with a third hot air blower 903 disposed outside, the other end of the third hot air through pipe 903 is communicated with a third hot air blowing opening 911, the third hot air blowing opening 911 is a shower nozzle structure disposed obliquely and is arranged below the third interlayer plate 906, the blowing direction of the third hot air blowing opening is opposite to the incoming material direction, and a third temperature and humidity detector 904 is disposed in the middle of the third hot air blowing opening 911; a second exhaust fan 901 is arranged on the top cover of the rear drying box 913, the second exhaust fan 901 is communicated with a second air suction opening 912 arranged at the upper part in the rear drying box 913, and a third electric heating pipe 905 is arranged on the top plate of the rear drying box 913.

In addition, the invention also discloses a production process of the plastic-free tableware packaging paper, which comprises the following steps of mixing and pulping the softwood pulp, the hardwood pulp and the bleached bamboo pulp, adding pulp and auxiliary materials, papermaking wet paper, pre-drying, coating and sizing, and post-drying, wherein the production process comprises the following steps:

A. (1) mixing 30-40% of softwood pulp, 70-50% of hardwood pulp and 0-10% of bamboo pulp by weight;

B. beating degree of mixed pulp: 50-55 DEG SR;

C. the dosage of the auxiliary materials to the oven-dried pulp is as follows: (a) 1.0-1.5% of AKD (alkyl ketene dimer), 0.5-1.0% of wet strength agent, 0.8-1.1% of wet strength agent addition point, 0.05-0.1% of cationic starch, 0.05-0.1% of retention aid and 10-18% of filler;

D. a glue application part: PVA is used for the front side, the boiling concentration is 8-9%, the gluing concentration is 3.8-4.2%, and the bar type number is measured: 21#, the pressure of a metering rod is 80KPa, the sizing flow rate of upper roll is 1050L/min, and the single side is controlled to be 1.0-1.5 g/m2, so that the coating weight is ensured to be 20-30 Kg/ton of paper. And (3) using PVA and a water repellent agent for the reverse side, wherein the boiling concentration is 8-9%, the gluing concentration is 3.8-4.0%, the single side is controlled at 0.5-1.0 g/m2, the coating weight is ensured to be 10-15 Kg/ton of paper, and the type of a metering rod is as follows: 18#, the pressure of a measuring rod is 100KPa, the sizing flow of a lower roller is 850L/min, the tension of a front paper sheet of a sizing part is 200-220N/m 2, and the tension of a rear paper sheet of the sizing part is 180-200N/m 2;

E. other parameters of the paper machine are as follows: the concentration of the upper slurry is as follows: 0.4-0.6%, the wire speed is 400m/min, the opening of a lip plate of a head box is 9.7mm, and the first line pressing pressure is as follows: 880-900 KN/m, two-line pressure: 880 to 900KN/m, crimp tension: 380-410 KN/m;

F. soft calendering conditions: a two-nip pressure, a hot roll temperature of 100-1300C, a linear pressure of 50-100 kN/m

G. Quantifying the plastic-free tableware packaging paper: 38-80 g/m2, 5.0-7.0% of water, white color, food grade, longitudinal breaking length of more than or equal to 6.0Km, water absorption of 22-28 g/m2, tightness of less than or equal to 0.8g/m2, air permeability of less than or equal to 120mL/min, front surface smoothness of 30-50 seconds, back surface smoothness of 60-80 seconds, transverse expansion rate of less than or equal to 3.0%, stable thickness, good paper evenness and good smoothness.

Preferably, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is used for front sizing in the step D, and the front heating can directly package and bond.

Preferably, the reverse side in the step D adopts the surface adhesive PVA + the water repellent agent, so that the paper has a good waterproof effect, and the reverse side can be used for printing before tableware packaging.
