1. An emergency valve for pouring of a relay detonator is characterized by comprising a pouring valve shell, an emergency valve body, an upper pouring pipe joint, a material conveying hose, a middle pouring pipe joint and an emergency switch;

the emergency valve body is arranged in an installation groove formed in the pouring valve shell through a connecting piece; an emergency switch mounting threaded hole is formed in the center of the emergency valve body, and the emergency switch is screwed into the emergency switch mounting threaded hole;

a material conveying hose mounting channel which is vertically crossed with the emergency switch mounting threaded hole is formed in the emergency valve body; an upper pouring pipe joint mounting hole is formed in the top of the pouring valve shell and corresponds to and is communicated with the top end of the conveying hose mounting channel; a middle pouring pipe joint mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the pouring valve shell and corresponds to and is communicated with the bottom end of the conveying hose mounting channel;

the material conveying hose is arranged in the material conveying hose mounting channel; the upper pouring pipe joint is connected and installed in the upper pouring pipe joint installation hole and communicated with the top end of the material conveying hose; and the middle pouring pipe joint is arranged in the middle pouring pipe joint mounting hole and is communicated with the bottom end of the material conveying hose.

The emergency valve for pouring the relay detonator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting member is a screw, a counter bore is formed in the emergency valve body, a threaded hole corresponding to the counter bore is formed in the mounting groove, and the screw is screwed into the threaded hole through the counter bore.

3. The relay detonator pouring emergency valve according to claim 2, wherein there are two of said connecting members.

The emergency valve for pouring the relay detonator as claimed in claim 3, wherein the emergency switch comprises a screw and a nut, the nut is connected to one end of the screw, the screw is screwed into the emergency switch mounting threaded hole, and the nut is provided with a hexagonal blind hole.

5. The emergency valve for pouring of a relay detonator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the delivery hose is a silicone tube.

6. The relay detonator pouring emergency valve according to claim 1, wherein the pouring valve housing is made of an aluminum alloy.

7. The emergency valve for pouring the relay detonator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emergency valve body is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of civil detonating equipment, in particular to an emergency valve for pouring a relay detonating tool.

Background

The relay initiation refers to an initiation method in which an explosive with higher sensitivity is initiated first by a detonator or a detonating cord, and then an explosive with lower sensitivity is initiated again by the detonator or the detonating cord. The technique is suitable for low-sensitivity explosives which cannot be directly detonated by a detonator, such as common oil explosives, explosive charges and the like. The high sensitivity explosive is made into an initiating explosive package, a detonator or an detonating cord is arranged in the initiating explosive package, the initiating explosive package can be expanded, and then the insensitive mine explosive can be excited to explode.

The relay detonator is a civil blasting equipment for detonating insensitive explosives. The relay detonator generally adopts a cylindrical hollow paper shell or a plastic shell in the traditional production process, and the hollow paper shell is sleeved on a special mould during production, then materials are injected, and the mould is withdrawn after cooling and forming.

The emergency valve is used for rapidly closing or opening the valve when an emergency situation occurs in the process of pouring the relay primer, so that accidents and environmental hazards are avoided. In the process of pouring the relay detonator, the conventional emergency valve adopts a cylinder holding type emergency switch, and large friction exists in the switching process, so that the safety coefficient is low, and the reliability is poor.

Therefore, how to provide an emergency valve for pouring a relay detonator, which has high safety coefficient and strong reliability, is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides an emergency valve for pouring a relay detonator, so as to solve the above problems in the background art, thereby achieving a pouring emergency treatment with a high safety factor.

an emergency valve for pouring of a relay detonator comprises a pouring valve shell, an emergency valve body, an upper pouring pipe joint, a material conveying hose, a middle pouring pipe joint and an emergency switch; the emergency valve body is arranged in an installation groove formed in the pouring valve shell through a connecting piece; an emergency switch mounting threaded hole is formed in the center of the emergency valve body, and the emergency switch is screwed into the emergency switch mounting threaded hole; a material conveying hose mounting channel which is vertically crossed with the emergency switch mounting threaded hole is formed in the emergency valve body; an upper pouring pipe joint mounting hole is formed in the top of the pouring valve shell and corresponds to and is communicated with the top end of the conveying hose mounting channel; a middle pouring pipe joint mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the pouring valve shell and corresponds to and is communicated with the bottom end of the conveying hose mounting channel; the material conveying hose is arranged in the material conveying hose mounting channel; the upper pouring pipe joint is connected and installed in the upper pouring pipe joint installation hole and communicated with the top end of the material conveying hose; and the middle pouring pipe joint is arranged in the middle pouring pipe joint mounting hole and is communicated with the bottom end of the material conveying hose.

Preferably, in the emergency valve for pouring the relay detonator, the connecting piece is a screw, a counter bore is formed in the emergency valve body, a threaded hole corresponding to the counter bore is formed in the mounting groove, and the screw penetrates through the counter bore and is screwed into the threaded hole.

Preferably, in the emergency valve for pouring of a relay detonator, two connecting pieces are provided.

Preferably, in the emergency valve for pouring the relay detonator, the emergency switch comprises a screw and a nut, the nut is connected to one end of the screw, the screw is screwed into the emergency switch mounting threaded hole, and the nut is provided with an inner hexagonal blind hole.

Preferably, in the emergency valve for pouring of the relay detonator, the material conveying hose is a silicone tube.
