the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet, and the feeding outlet is arranged corresponding to the material pushing device;

the conveying belt mechanism comprises a conveying belt, quantitative plates and a first weighing unit, the conveying belt is arranged at the position of a conveying opening, the quantitative plates are arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, a material storage area for storing cigarette materials is formed between every two adjacent quantitative plates, and the first weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material storage area;

the feeding mechanism is arranged to feed cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the material storage areas, so that the cigarette materials in the material storage areas are conveyed to the feeding outlet at intervals by the conveying belt.

the included angle between the transmission direction of the transmission belt and the feeding direction of the feeding inlet is an acute angle.

4. The sliding discharge type cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 2, wherein the pushing device further comprises a pushing channel, and the pushing member driving unit is configured to drive the pushing member to move along the pushing channel;

the material pushing channel is communicated with the material feeding channel and is positioned on one side, far away from the moving part, of the fixing part.

5. The slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 4, wherein the detection means further comprises a second weighing unit;

the fixed piece is arranged opposite to the feeding outlet so as to bear the cigarette materials falling from the feeding outlet;

the second weighing unit is located below the fixing piece and is used for weighing the fixing piece and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the fixing piece.

6. The slide discharge cigarette material filling value measuring device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing mechanism includes a pressing member and a pressing member driving unit;

the pressing piece driving unit is arranged to drive the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing area, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing area.

7. The slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the height detecting mechanism includes a detecting member and a detecting unit;

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;

the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.

the detection unit is a displacement sensor.

9. The slide discharge cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the moving member driving mechanism includes a moving member connecting unit and a moving member driving unit;

the moving member connecting unit is detachably connected with the moving member;

the moving member driving unit is configured to drive the moving member connecting unit to move in a direction away from the fixed member.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette performance detection, in particular to a sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring device.

Background

The filling value of the cigarette material can reflect the pressure bearing performance of the cigarette materials such as cut tobacco, cut stems or thin sheets. Taking the detection of the filling value of the cut tobacco as an example, the cut tobacco with certain quality is placed in a measuring cylinder, and the volume of the cut tobacco kept under the action of certain pressure for certain time is measured, so that the filling value of the cut tobacco can be obtained.

The existing measurement of the filling value of the cigarette material needs to measure the filling value by manually weighing the cigarette material with certain mass and then filling the cigarette material into a measuring cylinder. When measuring the data of a cigarette material filling value, the procedures of weighing, filling of a measuring cylinder, starting an instrument, waiting for measurement, removing a measuring sample of the measuring cylinder and the like need to be finished in sequence. In the actual operation process, the filling value measurement is often performed on a plurality of groups of test samples (30 samples/group), which is not only labor-intensive, but also low in working efficiency.

Therefore, how to provide a device capable of effectively improving the measurement efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reducing the working strength becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a new technical scheme of the sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment which can effectively improve the measuring efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reduce the working strength.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a slide-discharge cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus.

The sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment comprises a feeding device, a pushing device, a detecting device and a discharging device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and is used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device;

the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;

the detection device comprises a material bearing mechanism, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism;

the material bearing and placing mechanism comprises a moving part and a fixing part, the moving part and the fixing part form a material bearing and placing area, a feeding hole and a pressing hole are formed in the material bearing and placing area, and the feeding hole is arranged corresponding to the pushing part so that the pushing part can push cigarette materials from the feeding hole into the material bearing and placing area;

the pressure applying mechanism is arranged to enter the material bearing area from the pressure applying opening so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material bearing area;

the height detection mechanism is arranged for detecting the height of the cigarette material in the material bearing area;

the discharging device comprises a discharging channel and a moving member driving mechanism;

the moving member driving mechanism is arranged to drive the moving member to move towards the direction far away from the fixed member along the discharging channel so as to form a discharging hole between the moving member and the fixed member, and therefore cigarette materials in the material bearing area are discharged out of the material bearing area through the discharging hole.

Optionally, the feeding device comprises a feeding channel, a conveying belt mechanism and a feeding mechanism;

the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet, and the feeding outlet is arranged corresponding to the material pushing device;

the conveying belt mechanism comprises a conveying belt, quantitative plates and a first weighing unit, the conveying belt is arranged at the position of a conveying opening, the quantitative plates are arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, a material storage area for storing cigarette materials is formed between every two adjacent quantitative plates, and the first weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material storage area;

the feeding mechanism is arranged to feed cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the material storage areas, so that the cigarette materials in the material storage areas are conveyed to the feeding outlet at intervals by the conveying belt.

Optionally, the width of the feeding inlet is smaller than that of the material storage area;

the included angle between the transmission direction of the transmission belt and the feeding direction of the feeding inlet is an acute angle.

Optionally, the pushing device further includes a pushing channel, and the pushing member driving unit is configured to drive the pushing member to move along the pushing channel;

the material pushing channel is communicated with the material feeding channel and is positioned on one side, far away from the moving part, of the fixing part.

Optionally, the detection device further comprises a second weighing unit;

the fixed piece is arranged opposite to the feeding outlet so as to bear the cigarette materials falling from the feeding outlet;

the second weighing unit is located below the fixing piece and is used for weighing the fixing piece and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the fixing piece.

Optionally, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing piece and a pressing piece driving unit;

the pressing piece driving unit is arranged to drive the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing area, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing area.

Optionally, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece and a detection unit;

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;

the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.

Optionally, the detecting member has a rod-shaped structure;

the detection unit is a displacement sensor.

Optionally, the moving member driving mechanism includes a moving member connecting unit and a moving member driving unit;

the moving member connecting unit is detachably connected with the moving member;

the moving member driving unit is configured to drive the moving member connecting unit to move in a direction away from the fixed member.

Optionally, the moving member connection unit is connected to the moving member by magnetic attraction.

The sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment disclosed by the invention can realize automatic detection of the cigarette material filling value through the feeding device, the pushing device and the detecting device, and can effectively improve the measuring efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reduce the working intensity by discharging the measured cigarette material through the discharging device.

As shown in fig. 1, the sliding discharging type cigarette material filling value measuring device disclosed by the present disclosure includes a feeding device, a pushing device, a detecting device and a discharging device.

The feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and can be used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device. The cigarette materials generally comprise cut tobacco, cut stems, thin slices and the like.

The feeding device can be, for example, a feeding device, and the cigarette material is fed into the pushing device through the feeding device. In specific implementation, the cigarette materials delivered to the pushing device by the feeding device can be batched and quantitative materials, so that the weight of the cigarette materials delivered to the pushing device by the feeding device can be known.

For example, moving member 8 has a square plate configuration and stationary member 9 has a flat plate configuration, with the square plate and flat plate together defining a material receiving area 11 for receiving smoking material.

The material bearing area 11 is provided with a feeding hole 111 and a pressure applying hole 112. The feed opening 111 is arranged corresponding to the pushing member 5, so that the pushing member 5 pushes the cigarette material from the feed opening 111 into the material containing area 11.
