As a preferred embodiment, in this embodiment, the specific workflow of the sharing center 8 is as follows: firstly, an acquisition task is created in a data acquisition submodule, acquired data are led into the data acquisition submodule, the data led into the data acquisition submodule are then managed by a data management submodule, after the management is finished, a user manages the managed data through a data detection submodule and exchanges qualified data to other servers or display terminals 3 through a data exchange management submodule, meanwhile, the user can manage and edit the data through the data management submodule, the early warning submodule carries out early warning on the potential hazards which possibly appear on the data, and when the system needs to be operated and maintained, the user is realized through the system operation and maintenance submodule.

The specific functions of the zones in each submodule are explained in detail below: first, the data management submodule has a main function of performing partition management and editing on various types of data information transmitted to a data center station. The standard metadata management area in the data management submodule is mainly used for managing each metadata information. In order to manage various metadata information more clearly and intuitively, in the embodiment, various metadata are set to be in a data set form, and a plurality of data subsets are further included in the data set, and it can be explicitly stated that the data subsets in the embodiment mainly include an asset information data subset, a teaching information data subset, a student information data subset, a teacher information data subset, a school information data subset, a scientific research information data subset, a student information data subset, an all-purpose card data subset, and the like. Meanwhile, each subset described above includes a plurality of categories (taking the asset information data subset as an example, the asset information data subset mainly includes an asset school building data category, an asset facility data category, an asset laboratory management data category, an asset instrument and equipment management data category, an asset book historical relic display category, asset transportation, asset furniture appliances and other, asset intangible assets, asset depreciation information, asset teaching land data category and the like), and each subset and each category of each subset are independent from each other and do not carry out information exchange. In addition, each data also contains a plurality of subcategories (for example, a capital and university building data class which at least comprises basic building information, basic building room information, building renovation details and the like). The data set and the sources of all data subsets in the data set can be realized by adopting two new methods of manual input or direct import, and meanwhile, an operator can edit, delete, terminate, start and the like aiming at each new data set, data subset, data class and data subclass. In addition, when in use, the data subsets of various types of metadata information can be moved and locked.

The kinship management area and the kinship management area are in parallel with the standard metadata management area. The operation method thereof is the same as that of the standard metadata management area. And a university teacher data subset, a student management data subset, a test data subset, a data subset test and an ODS subset are also arranged in the blood margin management area, at least one data class is arranged under each data subset, and each data class comprises a plurality of subclasses.

After the metadata table is built, an arrow line is drawn to the blood relationship table by using an arrow (the arrow direction points to the blood relationship table), and a corresponding relation is formed. It is explicitly stated that the blood relationship table is a data table acquired.

The standard data code is created in accordance with national standards, ministry of education standards, and school-level standards.

The collection task management area in the data collection submodule can carry out operations including editing, adding, deleting and the like on collection tasks, and a user can check collected data by checking the data collection area.

When the data management submodule is used for data integration, a user can integrate a plurality of collected data through a data integration area in the data management submodule, and the specific integration process is as follows:

firstly, selecting tasks to be integrated (the tasks to be integrated are mainly data collected before, the number of the selected data can be one or more than two), after the tasks are selected, carrying out SQL database integration (the SQL database establishment method comprises the following types, but not limited to, manual input, knowledge base selection, history base selection and the like), then selecting a switch for integrating the data, then setting an execution mode (the execution mode comprises the following types, but not limited to, interval execution, daily execution, weekly execution, monthly execution and manual execution), testing whether the set execution mode can be normally executed or not, and keeping the data after the set data can be normally executed.

The working process of the code mapping area is as follows: firstly, integrating data, carrying out field comparison on the integrated data, then carrying out quality detection on the data which is qualified in comparison, carrying out data synchronization and sharing if the quality detection is qualified, and modifying if the quality detection is not qualified.

It should be noted that, as a preferred embodiment, in this embodiment, a manual configuration method is adopted for completing the mapping.

At the same time, quality checks can only be set when quality checks are enabled in the code mapping.

When the task exchange is carried out, the method can be realized by adopting the modes of table exchange, view exchange, SQL exchange, stored process exchange, resource library operation exchange and the like. The source data sources of table exchange, view exchange and SQL exchange all adopt UTF8\ GBK two character sets, and one type of collection, exchange and sharing can be selected to realize when the exchange is carried out by adopting storage process exchange and resource library operation exchange. In addition, the system can edit, add and delete the exchanger. It is also possible to control whether or not the operation state of the switch is operated.

For the early warning sub-module, an early warning rule can be set firstly, and the setting of the early warning rule mainly comprises the setting of a notification mode, the setting of an early warning mode and the setting of an early warning role. s1, the user binds the ID information in the data fusion center by operating the user operation terminal 2, and binds all the display terminals 3 owned by the user in the bound ID information;

the specific binding process of ID information is divided into two categories: the first type is a common user, in a networking state, the common user opens a common user operation terminal and performs registration login, after the registration login is completed, the user uses the user operation terminal 3 operated by the user to bind a display terminal owned by the user, ID information belonging to the user is formed after the registration login, and the ID information of the bound display terminal 3 is transmitted to the data fusion center 9 in real time and is stored in the data fusion center 9. For example, a common user has four display terminals, namely a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a smart watch, and a tablet computer, and after registration and login are performed, the user binds the display terminals to the ID information of the user. When the display terminals are used, the display terminals receive the data information shared by the data fusion center.

S2, the user sends application information to the server unit 1 through the user operation terminal 3, the server unit 1 judges which type of user operation terminal 2 the application information comes from, if the application information comes from the common user operation terminal 7, the S3 is entered; if the application information comes from the administrator user operation terminal 6, the flow proceeds to S5;

in this embodiment, when the user type is determined, it is mainly determined whether the user information needs to be checked by an administrator user, and if the user information needs to be checked by the administrator user, the user information is determined as an ordinary user, and if the user information does not need to be checked by the administrator user, the user information is determined as the administrator user.

The algorithm for judging the user type can adopt a method for judging the JavaScript type in JAVA: type of, instanceof, object, project, top string, call (), or the configurator, the type and cin in the C language may be used to judge the input data, or the existing judging method that is already available in other computer program and can be used directly may be used to judge the input data. No matter which judgment rule is adopted, the judgment process is uniform in the conventional prior art, and research, development and improvement on the judgment rule are not related in the invention, so that the details are not repeated.

S3, the administrator uses the administrator user end to check and process the application information initiated by the S2, and the checked and processed application information is simultaneously communicated and transmitted to the data fusion center 9;

s4, the data fusion center 9 directionally shares the data information to other servers and the display terminal 3 bound by the ID information;

and S5, the data fusion center 9 directly shares data information to other servers and all user operation terminals.

By adopting the method and the process, the invention realizes the purposes of directional sharing and simultaneous sharing of information when being reused.

A mobile displayable storage medium 11 on which a user operated terminal 2 implementing the system as described above is mounted, the user operated terminal 2 being arranged to display data information after being processed by the system as described above when in use.

As an improved implementation manner, in this embodiment, the displayable storage medium 11 includes a display module (the display module includes a display screen and a buzzer), the display module is connected with a storage module in a communication manner, the storage module is electrically connected with a power supply module (the power supply module is a rechargeable battery), and the storage module is further connected with a signal receiving and converting module in a communication manner. The displayable storage medium 11 transmits data information applied by a user to the signal receiving and converting module through the sharing center 8 and the data fusion center 9 during working, the signal receiving and converting module receives, demodulates and converts received signals, then transmits the demodulated signals to the storage module through the communication, and then the storage module transmits the demodulated signals to the display module, so that the purpose of rapidly displaying the received data information to an applicant is achieved.

It should be particularly clear and explained that, as an improved embodiment, in this embodiment, the display mode of the display module, the storage mode of the storage module, the power supply mode of the power supply module, and the signal processing mode of the signal receiving and converting module are all conventional prior art, and this embodiment is only applied to these embodiments, and does not improve the signal transmission method and the signal processing process between the modules, so that the principle and the working process of each model are not described in detail here.

The campus card provided with the displayable storage medium 11 comprises a card body 10, the displayable storage medium 11 is arranged in the card body 10, the input end of the displayable storage medium 11 is in communication connection with a sharing center 8, a curling mechanism 12 is arranged on the card body 10, a card belt 13 is curled on the curling mechanism 12, and a user pulls out the card belt 13 from any one side surface of the card body 10.

As another modified embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, there is provided a campus card mounted with the displayable storage medium 11 and a system installed in the displayable storage medium 11, the campus card is provided with a card body 10, the displayable storage medium 11, a crimping mechanism 12 and a strap 13 crimped by the crimping mechanism 12, so as to install the displayable storage medium 11 in the card body 10, and a user operation terminal 2 in the system is installed in the displayable storage medium 11, and after a user inputs information through a device such as a computer or a mobile phone and is processed by a server unit 1, the campus card and other servers are shared in real time, so that the user using the campus card can know data information in real time. In addition, the campus card provided by the invention is provided with the card body 10, the curling mechanism 12, the card belt 13 and other structures, the curling mechanism 12 is arranged in the hidden slot ring 14 of the card body 10, and the card belt 13 is curled by the curling mechanism 12, so that when the campus card needs to be worn, the card belt 13 can be quickly pulled out from the hidden slot ring and worn, and further, when the campus card is worn and used, the campus card is not required to be installed on the card body 10 to be used as in the prior art, the card body 10 and the card belt 13 form an integrated structure, and finally, the campus card provided by the invention has better portability.

As a modified embodiment, it is specifically stated and explained that, in this embodiment, when the user needs to wear the present card band 13, the wearing mode can be divided into two wearing modes, one is worn on the neck of the user, and the other is worn on the wrist of the user. The following is a clear and unambiguous description of the two modes of application:

worn on the neck of a user: the user holds the card body 10 with one hand and the card belt 13 with the other hand, slowly pulls the card belt 13 out of the winding mechanism 12, stops pulling after the card belt 13 is pulled to a wearable length, and then wears the card belt 13 on the neck of the user.

When the campus card is worn on the wrist of a user, the operation process is the same as the operation method of wearing the campus card on the neck, and therefore the details are not repeated here.

As a further optimization of the above scheme, a hidden groove ring 14 is arranged on a side surface of the card body 10, through holes 15 communicated with the hidden groove ring 14 are arranged on each side surface of the card body 10, the rolling mechanism 12 is installed in the hidden groove ring 14, the rolled clamping belt 13 on the rolling mechanism 12 passes through the hidden groove ring 14 and then is placed on the outer side of the side surface of the card body 10, a detachable lock catch 16 is arranged in each through hole 15, and the lock catch 16 detachably locks the clamping belt 13 on the through holes 15 of the card body 10.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, two latches 16 are provided, and are respectively disposed in the blind groove rings 14 at two ends of the through hole 15, each latch 16 includes a lock groove 21, each lock groove 21 is disposed in the blind groove ring 14 at two ends of each through hole 15, a through groove is disposed on one side of each lock groove 21 close to the outer side surface of the card body 10, a spring 22 is disposed in the lock groove 21, one end of the spring 22 contacts with the inner wall of the blind groove ring 14, the other end of the spring is provided with a lock tongue 23, the lock tongue 23 slides in the lock groove 21, and a protrusion is disposed on the lock tongue 23 and slides in the through groove. The specific locking process is as follows: when the clamping belt 13 needs to be pulled out, a user holds the clamping body 10 with one hand and the clamping belt 13 with the other hand, at the moment, the clamping belt 13 is pulled out along the hidden slot ring 14, the belt body of the clamping belt 13 simultaneously presses the locking tongues 23 on two sides of the through hole 15, at the moment, the locking tongues 23 retract and enable the springs 22 of the clamping belt 13 to be in a compressed state, when the length of the pulled clamping belt 13 reaches the length preset by the user (for example, the clamping belt 13 is pulled out by 30cm), the pulling-out is stopped, at the moment, the springs 22 eject the locking tongues 23, and then the clamping belt 13 is locked. When the clamping belt 13 needs to be retracted, a user holds the clamping body 10 with one hand and spreads the protrusion with the other hand, at the moment, the spring bolt 23 is spread, and the clamping belt 13 is retracted.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, by providing the hidden-groove ring 14 on the card body 10, disposing the reeling mechanism 12 in the hidden-groove ring 14, letting the card belt 13 pass through the hidden-groove ring 14 and then be reeled on the reeling mechanism 12, and respectively providing a through hole 15 communicating with the hidden-groove ring 14 on each side of the card body 10, and then providing a lock catch 16 at each through hole 15, the invention achieves the purpose of fixing the part of the card belt 13 pulled out of the hidden-groove ring 14 by the locking function of the lock catch 16 after pulling out the card belt 13 from the reeling mechanism 12 through the through hole 15 communicating with the hidden-groove ring 14. In addition, in this embodiment, the purpose of reducing the structure of the card body 10 is also achieved by providing the hidden-slot ring 14 and installing the crimping mechanism 12 in the hidden-slot ring 14, so that the campus card is not like the conventional card body 10 in the prior art, and when a user puts the card band 13 in a bag or pocket, the whole campus card occupies a large space due to the fact that the card band 13 cannot be crimped normally.

As a further optimization of the above scheme, the crimping mechanism 12 includes a rotating shaft 17, the rotating shaft 17 is rotatably disposed in the blind groove ring 14, a crimper 18 is fixedly disposed on a shaft body of the rotating shaft 17, and the clamping belt 13 is crimped on the crimper 18.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the rolling mechanism 12 is provided with a rotating shaft 17, the rotating shaft 17 is rotatably disposed in the blind ring 14, and a rolling device 18 is fixedly disposed on the shaft body of the rotating shaft 17, and the cartridge 13 is connected to the rolling device 18, so that the structure realizes the function of rapidly rolling the cartridge 13.

In the present embodiment, the winder 18 is not wound.

For example, to illustrate the campus card more clearly, a groove 19 is further formed in the card body 10 of the campus card, and an adhesive sheet is arranged in the groove 19, so that the campus card can be attached to equipment such as a backpack, a garment and a mobile phone, and the portable function of the campus card is further improved.

In addition, in order to prevent the campus card from failing under the strong magnetic field environment, a magnetic field reflection layer 20 is further disposed on the card body 10 of the campus card. It is explicitly stated that the magnetic field reflection layer 20 is made of, but not limited to, the following materials: conductive elastomer lining (conductive rubber), EMI conductive foam lining, metal EMI lining, and the like.

Through the scheme, the invention realizes the purposes of transferring and rapidly sharing various data in colleges and universities by using the college-oriented sharing server system, and simultaneously, the invention also realizes the purpose of rapidly displaying the data information shared by the sharing server system by using the campus card used by students by setting the displayable storage medium 11 and the campus card provided with the medium and installing the user operation terminal 2 in the displayable storage medium 11, thereby improving the portability of the data information.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
