The existing first process non-stick coating removal technology mainly comprises two steps: firstly, heating and cracking the device without being stuck with a coating at a high temperature of more than 450 ℃, and cracking the coating after 5-8 hours; the blasted coating is then removed by sandblasting. The step of high-temperature cracking in the removal process has high energy consumption, the appliance body is easy to deform by heating, and the tail gas can pollute the surrounding environment; the second step of sand blasting usually uses quartz sand with higher hardness, the cleaning effect is good, but the scouring strength is overlarge, so that an aluminum coating layer which is not stuck to the lower part of the coating is easy to damage or peel off, and a metal base material can be damaged in serious conditions, so that the service life of the recoated appliance is shortened or the effective use times are reduced. In addition, the two-step treatment method has low removal efficiency due to the transfer of waste in the working procedures; the waste residue after sand blasting is not easy to recycle because of containing a cracked non-stick layer, and has large treatment capacity of waste residue and poor cleaning and environmental protection performance.
