and disposed within the valve chamber:

the sealing assembly comprises two sealing pieces which are in sliding sealing contact with the inner wall of the valve cavity;

the connecting frame is arranged between the two sealing pieces and is simultaneously connected with the two sealing pieces;

the sliding block structure of four-way valve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which is slidably disposed at the lower side of the connecting frame, the sliding block of four-way valve moves synchronously with the connecting frame, and the flow passage inside the sliding block body communicates with different ports on the valve body for changing the communication relationship between the four ports.

6. The four-way valve according to claim 5, wherein a support block is located at a lower side of the connection frame and is capable of contacting the connection frame to support the connection frame.

7. The four-way valve of claim 6 wherein the link bracket is disengaged from the support block when gas is communicated within the valve cavity.

8. The four-way valve of claim 7 wherein the distance between the support block and the link bracket is 1.5mm to 2.5 mm.

9. The four-way valve of claim 7 wherein the link bracket contacts at least a portion of the support block when fluid is communicated within the valve cavity.

10. The four-way valve according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein a through hole is formed in the connection frame, and a protruding portion of a top surface of the slider body protrudes from a lower side of the connection frame to an upper side of the connection frame through the through hole, so that the slider body and the connection frame move synchronously.

11. An air conditioner, characterized by comprising a four-way valve according to any one of claims 5 to 10, wherein the four-way valve is connected to a refrigeration system of the air conditioner and is used for switching the flow direction of a refrigerant in the refrigeration system.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of four-way valves, in particular to a four-way valve slide block structure, a four-way valve comprising the same and an air conditioner.

Background

The four-way valve plays an important part for cold and hot switching in the air conditioner, and the reliability of the four-way valve determines the service life of the air conditioner. The four-way valve can not normally operate after a fault occurs, the most common problem of the four-way valve is mainly that the four-way valve has a liquid impact fault, namely, a sliding block of the four-way valve inevitably passes through the absolute middle position of a valve body in the actual reversing process, the E, S, C pipes of the valve body are completely sealed by the whole sliding block, so that the pressure cannot be leaked, especially, a liquid refrigerant sprayed by a compressor is difficult to compress in a liquid state, so that a connecting rod is stressed and tilted, sealing bowls at two ends of the connecting rod are easily influenced by moment to incline, and then the sealing bowl is directly broken under the transverse acting force of the liquid refrigerant, so that the air conditioner cannot normally operate.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides a four-way valve slider structure, a four-way valve including the same, and an air conditioner, which are at least used for solving the technical problem of poor impact resistance of a four-way valve sealing element in the prior art, and specifically:

in a first aspect, the invention provides a four-way valve slider structure, which comprises a slider body, wherein an upward convex part and plane parts positioned on two sides of the convex part are formed on the top surface of the slider body;

the slider body is provided with supporting blocks which are in a lug structure distributed on the plane parts on two sides of the protruding part;

the height of the bump structure is smaller than that of the protruding part.

Further optionally, the support blocks are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the protruding portion of the top surface.

Further optionally, the top of the support block is spherically or arcuately shaped.

Further optionally, the support block is constructed as a unitary structure with the slider body.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a four-way valve comprising:

the valve comprises a valve body, a valve cavity and four ports, wherein the valve cavity and the four ports are formed in the valve body;

and disposed within the valve chamber:

the sealing assembly comprises two sealing pieces which are in sliding sealing contact with the inner wall of the valve cavity;

the connecting frame is arranged between the two sealing pieces and is simultaneously connected with the two sealing pieces;

according to the four-way valve sliding block structure, the four-way valve sliding block structure is arranged on the lower side of the connecting frame in a sliding mode, the four-way valve sliding block and the connecting frame move synchronously, and the flow channel in the sliding block body is communicated with different ports on the valve body and used for changing the communication relation among the four ports.

Further optionally, a support block is located on the lower side of the connecting frame and can contact with the connecting frame to support the connecting frame.

Further optionally, the connecting frame is disconnected from the support block when gas is circulated in the valve chamber.

Further optionally, the distance between the support block and the connecting frame is 1.5mm-2.5 mm.

Further optionally, the connecting frame contacts at least a portion of the support block when liquid is circulated within the valve cavity.

Further optionally, a through hole is formed in the connecting frame, and a top surface protruding portion of the slider body penetrates out of the upper side of the connecting frame through the through hole from the lower side of the connecting frame, so that the slider body and the connecting frame move synchronously.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioner, including the above four-way valve, where the four-way valve is connected to a refrigeration system of the air conditioner, and is configured to switch a flow direction of a refrigerant in the refrigeration system.

According to the four-way valve, the supporting block is arranged on the slider body of the slider of the four-way valve, and the supporting block provides supporting force for the connecting frame in the four-way valve under partial working conditions, so that the connecting frame, namely a sealing element, is prevented from being damaged by impact force, and the reliability of the four-way valve is improved.
