1. the radio frequency is low, the chain type driving route of the four chain wheels is rectangular, the transverse movement stroke is long under the same automatic machine stroke, and the radio frequency of the platform machine gun with the four chain wheel driving structure is low;

therefore, how to find a new chain driving mechanism, which can increase the radio frequency of the platform gun and reduce the weight of the platform gun, is a problem to be solved at present.

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in order to prevent dust and foreign matters from entering the motor base and affecting the meshing between the motor driving gear and the gear shaft, a gear cover 14 is further installed below the motor base 13.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in order to improve the running stability of the chain transmission component, the front chain wheel and the rear chain wheel in the embodiment adopt double-row chain wheels, and the chain adopts double-row chains.

The transmission process of the invention is as follows: the motor rotates clockwise, the right-angle reducer rotates clockwise, the chain wheel drives the gear to rotate anticlockwise, the front chain wheel and the rear chain wheel rotate anticlockwise, the chain rotates anticlockwise, the driving roller reciprocates back and forth, and the bolt reciprocates back and forth.

The driving process of the invention when used on a platform machine gun is as follows:

the shooting controller sends a shooting instruction of the platform machine gun, the motor starts to work to sequentially drive the right-angle speed reducer, the chain wheel driving gear and the gear shaft to rotate, the chain wheel driving gear drives the front chain wheel, the front chain wheel drives the chain and the rear chain wheel to rotate, the chain drives the driving roller to reciprocate back and forth, the driving roller drives the gun machine to reciprocate back and forth, and the gun machine reciprocates back and forth to drive other mechanisms on the platform machine gun to sequentially complete action cycles of bullet poking, bullet pushing, locking, firing, shell drawing, shell throwing and the like;

when the shooting controller sends a shooting stop instruction, the motor stops driving in advance according to the position information fed back by the encoder, so that the gunlock is ensured to stop at the fixed-point shooting stop position of the gunlock by means of inertia, wherein the gear shaft drives the encoder to rotate, and the position information is fed back to complete actions such as projectile counting, fixed-point shooting stop of the gunlock and the like.

The invention effectively solves the driving problem of the platform machine gun, is beneficial to improving the radio frequency and the maintainability of the platform machine gun, is suitable for driving various platform machine guns, and has good application prospect and economic benefit.
