1. A closed explosion-proof tank is characterized by comprising a tank body, a tank cover and a locking mechanism,

the tank cover is rotatably connected with the tank body and can vertically rotate relative to the tank body, the side wall of the tank body, the tank bottom and the tank cover are of a multi-layer steel plate structure, weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layers are filled between the steel plates, and explosion venting holes which are irregularly arranged are formed in the layer structure of the tank cover and the tank bottom;

the locking mechanism comprises a rotating handle, a rotating shaft, a crank and at least one group of sliding block structures, each group of sliding block structures comprises a connecting rod, a locking pin, a pin hole and a jack, the crank is positioned in the tank cover, the center of the crank is connected with the rotating handle positioned above the tank cover through a rotating shaft vertically passing through the tank cover, the edge of the crank is correspondingly connected with a locking pin positioned in the pin hole through the connecting rod, the pin hole is positioned in the tank cover, the outer side of the pin hole penetrates through the side wall of the tank cover, the pin hole is opposite to the jack positioned in the side wall of the tank body when the tank cover is closed, so as to form a slide rail of the locking pin, the rotating handle is rotated, the rotating shaft and the crank rotate to drive the connecting rod to swing, the locking pin slides linearly along the slide rail and can be inserted into or withdrawn from the jack, so as to lock or unlock the tank cover.

A closed type explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein said tank body comprises an outer tank, a flower pot and an inner container, all of which are made of steel plates, the steel plates of the side walls of the flower pot are provided with irregular explosion venting holes, and weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layers are filled between the side walls of the outer tank, the flower pot and the inner container.

A closed type explosion-proof tank as defined in claim 1, wherein said tank cover comprises a cover plate and a cover body, said cover plate is located above said tank body when closed, said cover body is embedded in said tank body, said cover plate is made of steel plate, said cover body and said tank bottom comprise at least three layers of spaced steel plates, each layer of steel plate is perforated with explosion venting holes, and weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layers are filled between said steel plates.

6. The closed explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein said weak explosion-proof and explosion-proof buffer layer is one or any combination of glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, aluminum foam layer, weak explosion wire layer and honey aluminum layer.

7. A closed type explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein said insertion hole penetrates through the side wall of said tank body, and said locking pin is completely inserted into said insertion hole and protrudes outside the side wall of said tank body.

8. A closed type explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein said tank lid is rotatably connected to said tank body by a hinge structure.

A closed type explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 8, wherein a connecting plate is provided at one side of the tank cover, a connecting block is provided on the tank body, a pin shaft penetrates a pin hole of the connecting block and is connected with the connecting plate, and the tank cover is rotatable relative to the tank body around the pin shaft.

10. A closed type explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening of the inner side of said pin hole has a stopper having a diameter smaller than that of said pin hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a closed anti-explosion tank, and belongs to the field of safety inspection explosion prevention and explosion elimination.

Background

The explosion-proof tank is mainly used for temporarily storing and transferring suspicious explosives, and can effectively prevent surrounding personnel and objects from being damaged when the suspicious explosives explode in the transferring and temporarily storing processes. The safety inspection and explosion prevention device is a necessary device for the safety inspection (explosion prevention) of safety inspection departments such as public security, armed police, civil aviation, railways, ports, customs, competition venues and the like.

The explosion-proof tank comprises an open type and a closed type, the open type explosion-proof tank is limited in use range, more than all the explosion-proof tank is used outdoors and in open areas, and great potential safety hazards exist in indoor use, such as secondary damage results; the closed explosion-proof tank comprises a tank body, a tank cover (a tank door) and a tank bottom. Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a closed type anti-explosion tank, aiming at the problems of large potential safety hazard of the existing open type anti-explosion tank, weak locking structure of a tank cover (a tank door) of the closed type anti-explosion tank and large potential safety hazard.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a closed anti-explosion tank, which comprises a tank body, a tank cover and a locking mechanism,

the tank cover is rotatably connected with the tank body and can vertically rotate relative to the tank body, the side wall of the tank body, the tank bottom and the tank cover are of a multi-layer steel plate structure, weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layers are filled between the steel plates, and explosion venting holes which are irregularly arranged are formed in the layer structure of the tank cover and the tank bottom;

the locking mechanism comprises a rotating handle, a rotating shaft, a crank and at least one group of sliding block structures, each group of sliding block structures comprises a connecting rod, a locking pin, a pin hole and a jack, the crank is positioned in the tank cover, the center of the crank is connected with the rotating handle positioned above the tank cover through a rotating shaft vertically passing through the tank cover, the edge of the crank is correspondingly connected with a locking pin positioned in the pin hole through the connecting rod, the pin hole is positioned in the tank cover, the outer side of the pin hole penetrates through the side wall of the tank cover, the pin hole is opposite to the jack positioned in the side wall of the tank body when the tank cover is closed, so as to form a slide rail of the locking pin, the rotating handle is rotated, the rotating shaft and the crank rotate to drive the connecting rod to swing, the locking pin slides linearly along the slide rail and can be inserted into or withdrawn from the jack, so as to lock or unlock the tank cover.

The connecting rods, the locking pins, the pin holes and the jacks are distributed uniformly in three groups, four groups, six groups or eight groups.

The thickness of each locking pin is 10-16mm, and the thickness of the side wall of the tank body is 8-10 mm.

The tank body comprises an outer tank, a flower tank and an inner container which are all composed of steel plates, irregular explosion venting holes are formed in the steel plates on the side walls of the flower tank, and weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layers are filled among the side walls of the outer tank, the flower tank and the inner container.

The cover includes apron and lid, when closing the apron is located jar body top, the lid embedding the jar is internal, the apron is the steel sheet, the lid with the tank bottoms includes at least three-layer spaced steel sheet, has a plurality of explosion venting holes on every layer of steel sheet, it has weak burst, antiknock buffer layer to fill between the steel sheet.

The weak explosion and anti-explosion buffer layer is one or any combination of a glass fiber reinforced plastic layer, an aluminum foam layer, a weak explosion wire layer and a honey aluminum layer.

The jack is through the lateral wall of the jar body, the locking round pin inserts completely in the jack and outstanding outside the lateral wall of the jar body.

The cover with the jar body passes through hinge structure and rotates the connection.

One side of the tank cover is provided with a connecting plate, the tank body is provided with a connecting block, a pin shaft penetrates through a pin hole in the connecting block and is connected with the connecting plate, and the tank cover can rotate around the pin shaft relative to the tank body.

The opening of the inner side of the pin hole is provided with a limiting block, and the diameter of the limiting block is smaller than that of the pin hole.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:

In addition, in order to ensure high safety in the explosion (venting) prevention field and plastic deformation of the raw steel material by the explosion, the closed type explosion-proof tank of the present invention is disposable in principle, and therefore, the tank cover may not be opened after the explosion is applied. Before use, the rotating handle is rotated reversely to unlock the lock if necessary.

Preferably, the connecting rods, the locking pins, the pin holes and the inserting holes are respectively provided with three, four, six or eight, more preferably four, the connecting rods, the locking pins, the pin holes and the inserting holes form four groups of crank slider structures with the crank respectively, the crank slider structures are distributed on the cover body in a surrounding mode, the tank body and the tank cover are guaranteed to be tightly connected, and cost is effectively controlled.

The size of the tank body and the tank cover can be designed according to the requirement of the maximum equivalent weight of TNT which can be borne by the tank body, and preferably, the thickness of the locking pin is 10-16mm, the thickness of the side wall of the tank body is 8-10mm, and the maximum equivalent weight of TNT can be borne by the tank body is 2.0.

Preferably, the insertion hole is through, and the locking pin can protrude out of the side wall of the tank body after being completely inserted into the insertion hole, so that two sides of the locking pin can be clamped on the whole thickness of the side wall of the tank body, and the tank body and the tank cover are combined more tightly.

Preferably, the tank cover and the tank body are matched through a connecting plate, a connecting block and a pin shaft to realize hinge connection, and the tank cover and the tank body are opened and closed quickly.
