Referring to fig. 7, the dust-proof device includes an elastic rope 17 fixedly connected to the top end of the air vent 15, an adsorption balloon 18 fixedly connected to the lower end of the elastic rope 17, two symmetrical through holes 19 drilled in the outer end of the adsorption balloon 18, a dust-absorbing film 20 fixedly connected between the inner walls of the through holes 19, a movable ball 21 disposed in the adsorption balloon 18, and a plurality of evenly distributed friction lines 22 fixedly connected to the outer end of the movable ball 21, wherein during the long-time operation of the transformer 1, the external air is adsorbed on the surface of the transformer 1, so that the heat dissipation effect of the transformer 1 is not good, at this time, the adsorption balloon 18 in the air vent 15 is driven to swing back and forth in the air vent 15 due to the fluidity of the air, so that the movable ball 21 in the air is also swung, and meanwhile, the friction lines 22 on the surface of the movable ball 21 generate static electricity due to the friction with the inner wall of the adsorption balloon 18, so as to adsorb the dust in the air entering the air vent 15 on the surface of the dust-absorbing film 20, dust is not easy to be adsorbed on the transformer 1, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer 1 is further improved.

Referring to fig. 6, the fixing block 23 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixing sleeve 5, the limiting bolt 24 is inserted into the outer end of the limiting bolt 24, the limiting bolt 24 is in threaded connection with the fixing block 23, and by arranging the fixing block 23 and the limiting bolt 24, when the inflatable balloon 11 is pushed by the fixing handle 7 to enter the cooling shell 2, the limiting bolt 24 is rotated to limit the position of the fixing handle 7, so that the fixing handle 7 is not easy to rebound due to the flowability of the cooling shell 2.

Referring to fig. 4-6, two symmetrical rectangular grooves are cut on the inner wall of the fixing sleeve 5, the balls are rotatably connected in the rectangular grooves and contact with the sliding block 6, and by arranging the rectangular grooves and the balls, the friction between the sliding block 6 and the fixing sleeve 5 under the pushing of the fixing handle 7 can be greatly reduced, so that the sliding is smoother, and the working efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 3, the outer end of the cooling housing 2 is rotatably connected with a limiting buckle, the limiting buckle is located on the upper side of the closing part 14, and the closing part 14 and the cooling housing 2 can be limited when being closed by the limiting buckle, so that shaking and closing are not easy to cause, and dust is not easy to enter the cooling housing 2.

Referring to fig. 7, the outer end of the dust-absorbing film 20 is perforated with a plurality of uniformly distributed air-permeable micropores, so that air can conveniently enter the interior of the adsorption balloon 18, the shaking of the movable ball 21 is improved, and the friction efficiency is greatly enhanced.

Referring to fig. 7, the adsorption balloon 18 is made of a rubber material, and the inside of the adsorption balloon 18 is hollow, and the adsorption balloon 18 made of the rubber material is hollow, so that the mass of the adsorption balloon 18 can be effectively reduced, the adsorption balloon can shake more violently under the action of air flow, the swing amplitude is larger, static electricity generated by friction between the friction line 22 and the inner wall of the adsorption balloon 18 is larger, and the adsorption effect on dust is stronger.

Referring to fig. 7, the friction line 22 is made of an ultrafine fiber material, and the friction line 22 made of the ultrafine fiber material can enhance the dust adsorption effect of the friction line 22, so that dust contained in air is not easily adsorbed on the surface of the transformer 1, and the heat dissipation effect of the transformer 1 is improved.

Referring to fig. 3, the filter screen 16 is made of stainless steel, and the surface thereof is coated with the anti-rust paint, so that the filter screen 16 is not easily rusted after long-term use by the arrangement of the filter screen 16 made of stainless steel and the anti-rust paint, and the service life thereof is prolonged.
