1. A supply rod for a shaft-like member, the supply rod supplying a shaft-like member having a shaft portion integrated with a circular flange,

the supply rod for the shaft-like member is configured such that:

a protrusion is formed on the front end surface of the supply rod closely attached to the surface of the flange,

an arc receiving surface matching the outer periphery of the flange is formed at the boundary between the front end surface and the protrusion,

the circular arc shape of the circular arc receiving surface is centered on the central axis of the feed rod,

one side of the arc-shaped receiving surface is continuous with the front end surface and the other side of the arc-shaped receiving surface is continuous with the conical inclined guide surface when viewed in a cross-sectional direction along the central axis,

the close contact between the surface of the flange and the distal end surface is performed by a magnet of a retractable type disposed in the supply rod.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a supply rod to which a shaft-like member having a shaft portion and a circular flange integrated is supplied.

Background

The supply rod described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2-56305 is a supply target of a shaft-like member in which a shaft portion and a circular flange are integrated. In this feed rod, the flange is brought into close contact with the distal end surface of the feed rod having the tab, the distal end portion of the shaft-like member is advanced to the vicinity of the target site, the close contact of the flange is released, and the shaft-like member is inserted into the opening of the target site while being moved in an arc about the tab of the feed rod.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

The supply rod described in the above patent document is provided with a projecting piece which is formed by bending a plate-like member into a "dogleg" shape, and therefore, when the flange is brought into close contact with the distal end surface of the supply rod, the outer peripheral portion of the flange of the shaft-like member is brought into point contact with the inner surface of the projecting piece. If such point contact is made, the flange position may be displaced along the inner surface of the tab only by applying a slight force, and therefore the center axis of the shaft-like member is eccentric with respect to the center axis of the feed rod. When such eccentricity occurs, the following problems occur: the shaft portion cannot be accurately inserted into a screw hole or an opening of a member as a target site of supply.

Further, since the inner surface of the protruding piece is flat, the contact portion between the outer peripheral portion of the flange and the inner surface of the protruding piece is not fixed, and therefore, when the shaft-like member performs circular motion, the circular arc trajectory described is not uniform, and therefore, the tip end of the shaft portion cannot be accurately inserted into the opening as the target portion, which causes a so-called feeding error.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to accurately position a shaft-like member held at a distal end portion of a supply rod on a central axis of the supply rod, and to insert the shaft portion into an opening as a target portion while constantly drawing a uniform circular arc trajectory.

Means for solving the problems

The invention described in claim 1 is a shaft-like member supply rod in which a supply shaft portion and a circular flange are integrated, the shaft-like member supply rod being characterized in that: the flange is formed with a projection on a tip end surface of the feed rod which is brought into close contact with a surface of the flange, and a circular arc receiving surface which is matched with an outer peripheral portion of the flange is formed at a boundary portion between the tip end surface and the projection, and has a circular arc shape with a center axis of the feed rod as a center, and when viewed in a cross-sectional direction along the center axis, one side of the circular arc receiving surface is continuous with the tip end surface, and the other side of the circular arc receiving surface is continuous with a tapered inclined guide surface, and the close contact between the surface of the flange and the tip end surface is performed by a magnet of a retractable type which is arranged inside the feed rod.

Effects of the invention

When the flange of the shaft-like member enters the vicinity of the front end surface of the supply rod, the flange travels toward an arc receiving surface formed at a boundary portion between the front end surface of the supply rod and the projection, an outer peripheral portion of the flange is fitted to the arc receiving surface, and a surface of the flange is attracted to the front end surface of the supply rod by an attraction force of the magnet located at the advanced position. By such an operation, one side of the arc receiving surface is continuous with the tip end surface, so that the outer peripheral portion of the flange is fitted to the arc receiving surface while the surface of the flange is in close contact with the tip end surface of the supply rod. Therefore, the flange is positioned in the axial direction and the radial direction of the shaft-like member, and the shaft-like member is held on the central axis of the supply rod.

When the magnet retreats and the attraction force to the shaft-like member is substantially eliminated, the other side of the circular arc receiving surface is continuous with the tapered inclined guide surface, so that the inclined guide surface starts to be rubbed at the outer peripheral portion of the flange, and the shaft portion also rubs against the protrusion, that is, the shaft-like member comes to a friction state at two places and descends due to its own weight. Since there are two friction portions, the circular arc trajectory of the shaft-like member is always kept uniform, and the tip of the shaft-like member accurately enters the opening as the target portion. Further, since the shaft-like member immediately performs the lowering operation in which the shaft-like member follows the circular arc path from the state in which the surface of the flange is in close contact with the distal end surface of the supply rod, the shaft-like member starts the smooth lowering operation while the attractive force of the magnet is lost. That is, since the inclined guide surface is continuous with the circular arc receiving surface, the flange outer peripheral portion is immediately transferred from the circular arc receiving surface to the sliding on the inclined guide surface, thereby forming the uniform circular arc trajectory.

The arc-shaped portion of the outer peripheral portion of the flange is matched with the arc-shaped portion of the arc-receiving surface, and the surface of the flange is attracted to the distal end surface of the supply rod, whereby the shaft-like member is positioned on the central axis, and even if some external force acts on the shaft-like member, the holding position of the shaft-like member is not easily changed, and can be reliably maintained.

As described above, the position of the flange at the distal end of the feed rod and the friction phenomenon at two positions when the shaft-like member is lowered can accurately maintain the holding position of the shaft-like member with respect to the feed rod, and when the shaft-like member is lowered, a uniform circular arc trajectory can be always drawn, and an accurate and highly reliable feed rod can be secured. The outer peripheral portion of the flange slides on the inclined guide surface at the same time as the shaft-like member starts to descend, so that the above-described two frictional operations can be reliably achieved.

From the above-described viewpoint, the present invention can be present as a supply bar, but may also be present as a device including such a supply bar.
