5. The rod and wire outlet guide and guard according to claim 1 wherein said guide is provided with two guide plates at an end thereof adjacent to said rolls, said two guide plates forming a tapered bore having a smaller diameter end communicating with said guide bore.

6. The bar and wire outlet guide according to claim 5, wherein the end of the guide plate near the rolls is provided with a chamfer fitting the bore of the rolls.

7. The rod and wire outlet guide according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the guide is inserted into the support frame, a portion of the guide adjacent to the roll is extended out of the support frame, and the guide is fastened to the support frame by a fastening screw.

8. The rod and wire outlet guide of claim 7 wherein the portion of the guide that extends outside the support frame has a larger outer diameter than the portion that is inside the support frame.

9. The bar and wire outlet guide of claim 1 wherein a guide cross-member is provided on the roll stand and the base of the support frame is slidably secured to the guide cross-member.

10. The rod and wire outlet guide of claim 1, wherein the guide roller is made of hard wear-resistant alloy.

The invention provides a bar and wire outlet guide, which comprises: a guide, a guide roller 7 and a support frame 3. The guide roll 7 is described next: the distance between the two guide rollers 7 is adjustable. The guide roller 7 on the guide roller shaft 8 is changed. The two guide rollers 7 are arranged in the radial direction of the guide roller shaft 8, so that the gap between the two guide rollers 7 can be made larger or smaller.

It should be noted that the driving device may also be other mechanisms, such as a cylinder or a hydraulic device. Next, the guide 1 is described: the guide 1 is provided with a guide plate 2 at one end near the roller 4. The two guide plates 2 form a conical bore. The lower diameter end of the taper hole is communicated with the inlet of the guide hole. That is, the rod and wire rolled by the roller 4 first enters the taper hole, the inner diameter of the taper hole is gradually reduced, and the moving space of the rod and wire is gradually reduced, so that the rod and wire can be effectively centered with the downstream micro-rolling hole.

Further, the end of the guiding plate 2 close to the roll 4 is provided with a chamfer. The chamfer is matched with the hole groove of the roller 4, so that the front end of the guide plate 2 can be attached to the hole groove of the roller 4, the bar wire is effectively led out, and the bar wire is separated from the roller 4.

The guide member 1 is connected to the support frame 3 in the following way: a part of the guide 1 is inserted into the support frame 3. The front part of the guide 1, or the part of the guide 1 near the roll 4, extends outside the support frame 3. The fastening screw passes through the support frame 3 and the guide 1 in the radial direction, thereby locking the guide 1 to the support frame 3.

Further, the portion defining the guide 1 that protrudes outside the support frame 3 has a larger outer diameter than the portion located inside the support frame 3. Since the outer diameter of the portion extending outside the support frame 3 is sufficiently large, the partial guide 1 has a strong structural strength, thereby being capable of forming a strong guiding force for the bar wire. The guide member 1 inside the support frame 3 has a smaller outer diameter, so that the whole bar and wire outlet guide can be more compact.

The bar and wire exit guide is typically located on the mill roll 4 stand. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the bar and wire outlet guide in the axial direction, in this embodiment, a guide cross beam is provided on the stand of the roll 4, parallel to the roll 4. The base of the supporting frame 3 of the bar and wire outlet guide is fixed on the guide cross beam in a sliding way. Namely, the position of the bar and wire outlet guide can be adjusted by pushing the support frame 3 to move on the guide cross beam.
