4. The method for preparing polyether modified silicone oil according to claim 1, wherein in step (1), the epoxy value of the allyl alcohol epoxy group-terminated polyether is not less than 0.08mol/100g, and the double bond value is not less than 0.9 mmol/g.

5. The method for preparing polyether-modified silicone oil according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), the catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution.

6. The method for preparing polyether modified silicone oil according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is hydrogen-containing silicone oil having a hydrogen content of 0.18% to 1.6% or side chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil.

7. The method for producing polyether modified silicone oil according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), the time for dropping hydrogen-containing silicone oil is not more than 2 hours.

8. The method for preparing polyether-modified silicone oil according to claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of epoxy groups of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil and the allyl alcohol epoxy-terminated polyether is 1:1 to 1: 2.

9. Polyether modified silicone oil prepared by the method for preparing polyether modified silicone oil according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

10. Use of the polyether-modified silicone oil prepared by the method for preparing polyether-modified silicone oil according to any one of claims 1 to 8 as a dispersing aid, wetting agent, lubricant or foam inhibitor.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of silicone oil, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of polyether modified silicone oil.

Background

The silicone oil is a polyorganosiloxane with a chain structure of polymerization degree. It is prepared through hydrolysis of dimethyldichlorosilane in water to obtain initial condensed ring body, cracking and rectifying to obtain low ring body, mixing the ring body, sealing agent and catalyst together to obtain various mixture with different polymerization degree, and vacuum distillation to eliminate low-boiling point matter to obtain silicone oil.

The most commonly used silicone oil, the organic groups are all methyl groups, is called methyl silicone oil. The organic group can also adopt other organic groups to replace part of methyl group, so as to improve certain properties of the silicone oil and adapt to different purposes. Other groups which are common are hydrogen, ethyl, phenyl, chlorophenyl, trifluoropropyl, and the like. In recent years, the development of organic modified silicone oils has been rapidly progressing, and many organic modified silicone oils having specific properties have appeared.

The modified silicone oil is mainly used in the field of coatings and mainly relates to the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) control of silicone oil, and is mainly designed and completed through the structures and the compositions of a hydrophilic group and a lipophilic group.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a preparation method and application of polyether modified silicone oil, which adjusts the proportion content of oleophilic groups and adjusts the hydrophilic-oleophilic balance of the polyether modified silicone oil through the design of chemical blocks.

Preferably, in the above technical solution, the fatty acid is one or a combination of more of oleic acid, isooctanoic acid, and neodecanoic acid.

Preferably, in the above technical scheme, in the step (1), the epoxy value of the allyl alcohol epoxy group-terminated polyether is not less than 0.08mol/100g, and the double bond value is not less than 0.9 mmol/g.

Preferably, in the above technical solution, in the step (2), the catalyst is a chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution.

Preferably, in the above technical scheme, in the step (2), the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is hydrogen-containing silicone oil with a hydrogen content of 0.18% -1.6% or side chain hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
