Background

As shown in figure 1, the structural schematic diagram of the currently-in-service 60kg/m (60) steel rail is shown, the structural schematic diagram adopts a symmetrical structural design, the height is 48.5mm, the width is 73mm, two sides of a steel rail base are respectively designed into two sections of circular arcs, and the radiuses of the circular arcs are respectively 8mm and 25 mm. The joint of the extending part of the steel rail base and the top contour is an arc with the radius of 2mm, the top contour is designed into a symmetrical five-section arc, the radius of the middle arc is 300mm, the width of the middle arc is 20mm, and the radii of the arcs from the middle to the two sides are respectively 80mm and 13 mm. However, the profile of the wheel and rail using the steel rail is not matched, which is mainly reflected in that the contact light band of the wheel and rail is not at the center of the designed tread of the rail head but is biased to the track pitch angle, as shown in fig. 2, simulation calculation and analysis (with the curve radius of 600m) are carried out on the 60 steel rail profile surfaces, and it can be seen that the contact point of the steel rail is contacted near the track pitch angle R13, which causes the strip and block of the track pitch angle of the steel rail to be stripped and even causes fatigue core damage, thereby affecting the driving safety, and causing severe wear of the wheel and rail and affecting the service life.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of one or more of the problems in the prior art, an aspect of the present invention provides a new rail head profile steel rail, which comprises a steel rail base and a top profile, wherein the steel rail base is a 60-rail base, the top profile is a bilateral symmetry structure and has seven arcs, the radius of the middle arc is 200mm, and the radii of the arcs in the directions from the middle to the two sides are 60mm, 16mm and 8mm, respectively.

The width of the top contour is 73mm, the width of the middle circular arc is 18mm, and the distance between the junction of the two circular arcs with the radius of 60mm and the radius of 16mm on one side and the junction of the two circular arcs with the radius of 60mm and the radius of 16mm on the other side is 51.07 mm.

The new rail head profile steel rail provided based on the technical scheme is designed on the basis of the traditional 60 steel rail, the rail head profile is redesigned according to the wheel profile, the profile matching of the wheel rail can be realized, and the service life of the steel rail is prolonged. Besides the size of the crown part of the rail, the designed new rail head contour steel rail is completely the same as the 60kg/m steel rail, and has high compatibility.
