The backrest base 1 is fixedly connected with one end of the lower rod 21, the headrest base 6 is installed on the upper rod 22 through the adjusting mechanism 4, and the included angle between the upper rod 22 and the lower rod 21 ranges from 130 degrees to 140 degrees. The angle between the upper rod 22 and the lower rod 21 is controlled to ensure that the distance between the lower jaw and the sternum is 7cm, so that the optimal swallowing effect is achieved. As shown in fig. 6, a plane parallel to the upper rod 2, on which a line L1 connecting both ends of the arc-shaped plate is located, is a first plane; the plane perpendicular to the upper surface of the supporting slide seat 7, in which a connecting line L2 between one end A of the arc-shaped plate and the lowest point B of the arc-shaped plate is located, is a second plane, and an included angle alpha between the first plane and the second plane is 30 degrees.

As shown in fig. 1, the side wall of the upper rod 22 is provided with a first dimension scale 20, and the upper surface of the support slider 7 is also provided with a second dimension scale 61. The first size scale 20 and the second size scale 61 can provide a data reading function so that the next adjustment can be reset according to the previous data.

The use principle of the invention is as follows: first, the adjustment of the front-rear distance of the headrest base 6 releases the adjustment screw 5, and the first and second shutters 30 and 31 are separated from the support slider 7, respectively. The supporting slide 7 can move freely back and forth by using the sliding groove 71 and the latch 494, thereby driving the headrest base 6 to move back and forth. Secondly, the angle of the headrest base 6 is adjusted so that the support slide 7 on the headrest base 6 is substantially near perpendicular to the upper bar 2 if the patient is in a sitting position. If the patient is in the supine position, the left mounting bracket 47 and the right mounting bracket 46 need to rotate around the adjusting screw 5, and the supporting slide 7 connected with the left mounting bracket and the right mounting bracket is driven to rotate around the adjusting screw 5. After the position is determined, the adjusting screw 5 is in threaded connection with the left mounting rack 47, the right mounting rack 46, the first baffle 30 and the second baffle 31 and is screwed, so that the effect that the supporting slide carriage 7 cannot rotate and move is achieved. Finally, the headrest base 6 needs to be adjusted in height according to the body size of the patient, so that the effect of matching with the head of the patient is ensured. At this point, the locking mechanism is adjusted to allow secure engagement or disengagement of the collar with the upper rod 22. When the locking mechanism is in a locking state, the lantern ring is tightly connected with the upper rod 22, and the position of the headrest base 6 is determined. After the device is adjusted, the back of the patient is leaned on the backrest base 1, the head of the patient is leaned on the headrest base 6, and the lower jaw and the sternum are in the most rational posture to keep the optimal distance.

The device can change and move the trend and the cavity diameter of a swallowing channel of a patient and the position of the swallowing organ composition structure of the larynx, the tongue, the arytenoid cartilage and the like through the posture adjustment of the body posture, the head and the neck and the like, thereby avoiding aspiration and residue, eliminating symptoms such as choking cough and the like, having instant effect and enabling a patient with swallowing disorder to keep good posture training and safe body position for eating. The device can prevent aspiration and asphyxia, remarkably reduce the lung infection rate and death rate of dysphagia after stroke, supplement sufficient nutrition and enhance the body resistance.
