Background

The cast-in-place pile is a pile formed by forming a hole in place and pouring concrete or reinforced concrete. The bored concrete pile needs to be drilled by a drilling machine in the construction process, a large amount of slurry can exist in the drilled hole, the slurry in the hole needs to be pumped out before concrete pouring, the pumped slurry can be generally filtered by a filtering device, and the existing filtering device has the phenomenon of uneven distribution and easy blockage in the slurry entering process.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a slurry suction and filtration device to solve the problems that the filter device is not uniformly distributed and is easy to block in the slurry entering process in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a mud pumping and filtering device comprises a mud pumping mechanism and a filter box detachably connected with the mud pumping mechanism;

the filter box comprises a box body, and the box body is divided into a primary filter cavity and a filtrate collecting cavity by a primary filter part;

the slurry suction filtering device sucks slurry in a drill hole into a liquid guide pipe through a slurry suction mechanism and then leads the slurry into a box body through a liquid inlet guide pipe, the slurry is filtered through a primary filtering part, filtrate enters a filtrate collecting cavity, and filter residues are located in a primary filtering cavity; the slurry in the liquid guide pipe flows to have sufficient pressure to enable the impeller to rotate, the driving rod is enabled to rotate in the groove of the liquid distribution head through the driving rod in the rotating process of the impeller, the liquid distribution head is enabled to move along the axial direction in the liquid inlet guide pipe through the guide structure, the groove bottom of the groove is matched to be an inclined plane, and the driving rod is abutted against the bottom of the groove to enable the liquid distribution head to reciprocate at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet guide pipe, so that the slurry discharged by the liquid inlet guide pipe is uniformly sprayed to the primary filtering part to be filtered; meanwhile, the liquid distribution head can move back and forth to avoid the blockage at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet conduit, thereby improving the stability in the operation process.

The mud in the drill hole is pumped into the liquid guide pipe 6 through the mud pumping mechanism and then is guided into the box body 1 through the liquid inlet guide pipe 3, the mud is filtered through the primary filtering part 2, the filtrate enters the filtrate collecting cavity, and the filter residue is positioned in the primary filtering cavity; the slurry in the liquid guide pipe 6 flows to have sufficient pressure to enable the impeller 7 to rotate, the impeller 7 enables the driving rod 10 to rotate in the groove 9 of the liquid distribution head 4 through the driving rod 8 in the rotating process, the liquid distribution head 4 moves along the axial direction in the liquid inlet guide pipe 3 through the guide structure and is matched with the position relation that the groove bottom of the groove 9 is an inclined plane and the driving rod 10 is abutted against the bottom of the groove 9 to enable the liquid distribution head 4 to reciprocate up and down at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet guide pipe 3, and therefore the slurry discharged by the liquid inlet guide pipe 3 is uniformly sprayed to the primary filtering part 2 to be filtered; meanwhile, the liquid distribution head 4 can move back and forth to avoid the blockage at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet conduit 3.

The structure of the liquid distribution head 4 is optimized, the adopted liquid distribution head 4 comprises a conical part 41 arranged in the liquid inlet conduit 3 and a cylindrical part 42 connected with the big head end of the conical part 41, one end of the cylindrical part 42 penetrates through the liquid inlet conduit 3 and is arranged in the primary filtering cavity, and a plurality of liquid guide plates 43 which are vertical to the cylindrical part 42 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the end part of the primary filtering cavity along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical part 42; the cooperation of the toper portion 41 and the cylinder portion 42 through liquid distribution head 4 improves the pressure that mud enters into the primary filter intracavity from the blowout of feed liquor pipe 3, makes the spraying that can be more even from feed liquor pipe 3 spun mud and filters on the primary filter portion 2, and the design of drain trap 43 can play certain drain effect to mud, and the position that is convenient for mud distributes on the primary filter portion 2 is wider, improves the filter area of primary filter portion 2.

As shown in fig. 2, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the slurry suction filtering device further includes a plurality of guiding structures, wherein the guiding structures are arranged along the outer circumference of the liquid distribution head 4, each guiding structure includes a guiding groove 12 formed on the inner wall of the liquid inlet conduit 3 along the axial direction thereof and a guiding rod 13 connected to the liquid distribution head 4, and one end of the guiding rod 13 away from the liquid distribution head 4 is slidably clamped in the guiding groove 12; the guide structure is formed by the matching of the guide rod 13 and the guide groove 12, the structure is simple, and the liquid distribution head 4 can stably guide the axial direction of the liquid inlet guide pipe 3.

With reference to fig. 1 and 3, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the slurry suction filtering apparatus further includes a first filter screen having a first filter part 2 in a bowl shape, a second filter screen 17 is obliquely disposed below the first filter screen and divides a filtrate collection chamber into a second-stage filter chamber and a clarified liquid collection chamber, the second-stage filter chamber is disposed above the clarified liquid collection chamber, a discharge opening is formed at the bottom of the first filter screen, a sealing plug 18 is embedded in the discharge opening, a slag discharge opening is formed at a side wall of the box body 1 at a lower end of the second filter screen 17, a sealing door 19 is hinged at the slag discharge opening, and the transmission rod 8 freely passes through the sealing plug 18 and the second filter screen 17; a connecting rod mechanism which is connected with the transmission rod 8 and the second filter screen 17 in a sliding way is connected between the sealing door 19 and the sealing plug 18, and the opening and closing of the sealing door 19 control the sealing state of the sealing plug 18 to the discharge port through the connecting rod mechanism.

The top of the second filter screen 17 is provided with a sliding groove 20 along the length direction, the link mechanism comprises a sliding block 21 which is slidably clamped in the sliding groove 20 and a guide cylinder 22 which is slidably sleeved on the transmission rod 8, the guide cylinder 22 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sealing plug 18, a first traction rod 23 is rotatably connected between the guide cylinder 22 and the sliding block 21, and a second traction rod 24 is rotatably connected between the sliding block 21 and the middle of the sealing door 19.

The second-stage filtration of the slurry is realized through the design of the second filter screen 17, and the filtration effect of the slurry is improved; the first filter screen is designed into a bowl shape, so that the slurry sprayed from the liquid inlet conduit 3 is sprayed on the upper side edge of the first filter screen, and then the slurry flows to the lower side of the first filter screen to prolong the filtering path of the slurry, thereby improving the filtering effect of the slurry; a liquid guide port is arranged on the side wall of the clarified liquid collecting cavity, and the filtered clarified liquid is guided out from the box body 1; after the mud filtering operation is completed, the sealing door 19 is opened, the sliding block 21 is moved towards the lower end of the second filter screen 17 in the sliding groove 20 by the second traction rod 24 in the rotating process of the sealing door 19, the sliding block 21 enables the guide cylinder 22 to slide downwards on the transmission rod 8 by the first traction rod 23, so that the sealing plug 18 moves downwards along the transmission rod 8, the discharge port is in an open state, so that the filter residue on the first filter screen is guided onto the second filter screen 17, and the filter residue slides along the second filter screen 17 and is discharged out of the box body 1 from the residue discharge port; and in the process of reversely rotating the sealing door 19 to seal the slag discharge opening by the sealing door 19, the second traction rod 24, the slide block 21, the first traction rod 23, the guide cylinder 22 and the sealing plug 18 all move reversely, so that the sealing plug 18 seals the slag discharge opening, and the filtering work can be carried out again.
