As is well known, the common material of the fast food box garbage is high-quality plastic, if the fast food box garbage can be effectively separated, cleaned and compressed from food residues, the treatment capacity of the garbage can be greatly reduced, a plurality of problems caused by the fact that the garbage can not be treated in time can be avoided, and the garbage can be recycled to be used as a secondary raw material; more importantly, the problem of environmental pollution caused by the garbage is avoided from the source.

According to the knowledge of the applicant, no device for classifying, treating and recycling the garbage in the fast food boxes is available at present, and the effective implementation of the garbage classification and recycling is limited to a certain extent.

The bottom plate opening and closing assembly 8 is composed of an electric push rod 8-1 and a sliding guide rail 8-2, the extending end of the electric push rod 8-1 is connected with the vertical edge of an L-shaped storage box bottom plate 7-8 arranged on one side of the oil removing device 7, and the electric push rod 8-1 reciprocates to realize the opening and closing of the L-shaped storage box bottom plate 7-8, so that the meal box and food residues leave the oil removing device 7 and enter the food residue separation cover 5.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the device for timely treating, classifying and recovering the fast food box garbage can separate food residues, oil stains and the fast food box, clean the fast food box and compress and reduce the volume aiming at the problem that the fast food box garbage is difficult to classify and recover, not only solves the problem that the fast food box garbage occupies a large volume, but also is beneficial to the reutilization of resources, and further meets the requirement of classifying and treating the fast food box garbage.

(2) The device for timely treating, classifying and recovering the fast food box garbage has the advantages that through the combined structure of the variable-pitch compression screw and the separation cover, when the fast food box with a large volume is driven to move forwards, food residues, particularly food residues which are easy to accumulate such as long-strip-shaped vegetable leaves and the like, can be scraped and pushed, the separation of the food residues and the fast food box can be effectively realized, the food residues are prevented from entering the fast food box collection barrel, and meanwhile, the effects of compressing and reducing the volume of the fast food box are achieved.

(3) The device for timely treating, classifying and recovering the fast food box garbage removes oil stains in food residues by using a water dissolving method, and solves the problem that the oil stains of the fast food box are difficult to treat; meanwhile, the oil-water mixture is separated by the oil-water separator and discharged into a sewer after reaching the standard, so that the environment is not polluted, and the problems that food residues are easily smelled when not being treated in time are solved.

The compression screw 6 is a variable-pitch screw, the axis of the compression screw is overlapped with the axis of the semi-barrel 5-1 of the food residue separation cover 5, the extending end of one side of the compression screw 6 is provided with a cylindrical spiral spring 6-1, and the compression screw is connected with a screw motor 6-3 through a coupler 6-2, as shown in figure 4. The oil removing device 7 comprises an oil removing motor 7-1, a motor mounting plate 7-2, a main shaft 7-3, a main shaft mounting plate 7-4, two crushing cutters 7-5, a water inlet pipeline 7-6, a water drainage pipeline 7-7, a square storage box 7-9 and an L-shaped storage box bottom plate 7-8; wherein, the two crushing knives 7-5 are arranged up and down, thereby realizing that the snack boxes with different heights are opened to expose food residues so as to be convenient for separating the snack boxes from the food residues and cleaning oil stains on the snack boxes, the water inlet pipeline 7-6 is provided with 6-12 water spray ports on the square storage box 7-9, one end of the water outlet pipe 7-7 is connected with the square storage box 7-9, and the other end is connected with the oil-water separator 3, as shown in figure 5. The bottom plate opening and closing assembly 8 is composed of an electric push rod 8-1 and a sliding guide rail 8-2, the extending end of the electric push rod 8-1 is connected with the vertical edge of the L-shaped storage box bottom plate 7-8, and the electric push rod 8-1 reciprocates to realize the opening and closing of the L-shaped storage box bottom plate 7-8, as shown in figure 6. The power supply assembly 9 consists of a solar cell panel 9-1 and a storage battery 9-2 and provides power for the screw motor 6-3, the oil removing motor 7-1, the compression motor 11-2, the electric push rod 8-1 and the control assembly 10. The control component 10 controls the starting of the screw motor 6-3, the oil removing motor 7-1, the compression motor 11-2 and the electric push rod 8-1, controls the water inlet and the water outlet and prompts the full signal of the oil stain collecting barrel 2, the food residue collecting barrel 4 and the lunch box collecting barrel 12. The compression volume reduction device 11 is an eccentric crank slider mechanism, a pressure fork 11-1 and a slider 11-3 are welded together, and the power of the compression fork is provided by a compression motor 11-2, as shown in figure 7.

The using method of the invention is as follows:

a throwing person puts a plurality of lunch boxes into the garbage throwing port 1-1, a starting button of the control assembly 10 is manually started, the oil removing device 7 starts to work, the main shaft 7-3 and the crushing knife 7-5 rotate, the lunch box cover is stirred and opened, food residues in the lunch box are exposed, the water inlet pipeline 7-6 is filled with water, and oil stains in the food residues are washed away. After the fast food box type garbage is cleaned and deoiled by the deoiling device 7, oily sewage enters the oil-water separator 3 to separate oil from water, the oil enters the oil-sewage collecting barrel 2 to be further recycled, the water is discharged out of the sewage separator 3 to enter the sewage treatment system, and fast food boxes and food residues fall into the food residue separating cover 5 and the compression screw 6. Food waste enters the food waste collecting barrel 4 after being separated by the food waste separating cover 5, the snack box is compressed once under the driving of the compression screw 6 and then falls into the snack box collecting barrel 12, so that the separation of the food waste, oil stain and the snack box in the snack box garbage is realized, the snack box is cleaned and compressed for volume reduction, and the classification treatment requirement of the snack box garbage is further met. To further increase the trash can capacity, the compression volume reduction device 11 is operated to further compact the snack boxes and increase the capacity of the collection bin 12 when the snack boxes accumulate to a certain extent.
