Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of digital printing of textiles, and particularly relates to a digital printing method for textiles in a wet state.

Background

In recent years, digital printing technology is rapidly developed to meet the market demands of small batch, diversified variety and rapid delivery of printing orders. In order to obtain a better printing effect, the digital printing of the textile needs to be carried out pretreatment on the textile before printing, otherwise, the defects of chromatic aberration, poor fineness, non-bright color and the like of the printing can occur.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a digital printing method for textiles in a wet state, which can solve the problems of oblique weft and easy yellowing of grey cloth, serious waste of pretreatment liquid and energy and the like caused by a pretreatment mode in the prior art, and digital printing products using the method are full and bright in color.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a method for digitally printing textiles in a wet state comprises the following process steps:

(1) preparing a pretreatment working solution;

(2) and (3) pulp scraping treatment: uniformly scraping the pretreatment working solution on the dry textile;

(3) printing treatment: and (3) directly performing digital printing, drying, steaming and washing on the wet textile subjected to the pulp scraping treatment in the step (2) without drying.

Compared with the method for padding the treatment liquid by the tentering setting machine commonly used in the prior art, the method for scraping the size can effectively avoid the problems of skewness, yellowing and the like of the gray fabric, in addition, the method only carries out single-side scraping size treatment, and compared with the method for pretreating all the padding pretreatment liquid of the gray fabric in the prior art, the method can effectively save the pretreatment liquid, avoid energy waste and greatly reduce the production cost. Secondly, in the method, after the textile is pretreated, the digital printing is directly carried out in a wet state without drying treatment. Compared with the method in the prior art, the method reduces the process steps of drying and rolling after padding treatment fluid, on one hand, the problems of yellowing of grey cloth and the like caused by drying treatment can be effectively avoided, and on the other hand, the production cost is greatly saved.

Preferably, the pretreatment working solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of thickening agent, 1-4 parts of baking soda, 5-20 parts of urea, 0.5-2 parts of dye-resistant salt S, 0.1-1 part of sodium metasilicate and the balance of water. The dosage of the thickening agent, the baking soda, the urea and the like needs to be adjusted according to the type of the textile, for example, the type of the textile is a pure spinning or blended fabric composed of cotton, terylene, tencel and the like. The prepared pretreatment working solution has a good color fixing effect on textiles, so that the produced digital printing products are full and bright in color and good in color fastness.

Preferably, the thickener is one or more of sodium alginate, alginate ester, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, starch, modified starch, polyacrylate and polyacrylamide.

Preferably, the viscosity of the pretreatment working fluid is 500-10000 mPa.s, and the pH value is 8-10.

Preferably, the preparation step of the pretreatment working solution comprises the following steps:

(1) adding urea, sodium bicarbonate, anti-staining salt S and sodium metasilicate into water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a uniform mixed solution;

(2) and continuously stirring the mixed solution, slowly adding a thickening agent, continuously stirring for 0.5-2h, and standing for 1-3 h to obtain the pretreatment working solution.

Preferably, the specific process of the pulp scraping treatment comprises the following steps: using a screen plate with the mesh number of 80-100 to carry out pulp scraping treatment on the dry textile by using the pretreatment working solution, wherein the pulp scraping pressure is 1mV-5mV, and the pulp scraping speed is 10-50mm/s, uniformly conveying the pretreatment solution to the screen plate, and uniformly scraping the pretreatment solution on the textile.

Preferably, the pretreatment liquor is evenly doctored onto the textile face. The digital printing is single-sided printing, only single-sided sizing is needed, the single-sided pulp scraping treatment is only carried out, and compared with the method for pretreating all the padding pretreatment liquid of the gray fabric in the prior art, the method can effectively save the pretreatment liquid, avoid energy waste and greatly reduce the production cost.

Preferably, the wet pick rate of the textile after the size scraping treatment is 30-50%.

Advantageous effects

The invention discloses a method for digital printing of textiles in a wet state, which comprises the steps of firstly carrying out single-side pulp scraping treatment on the textiles by using a specially prepared pretreatment liquid of the invention, and compared with a method for padding the treatment liquid of a tentering setting machine in the prior art, the method for scraping the pulp can effectively avoid the problems of skewness, yellowing and the like of grey cloth caused by the tentering setting machine.

Secondly, in the method, after the textile is pretreated, the digital printing is directly carried out in a wet state without drying treatment. Compared with the method in the prior art, the method reduces the process steps of drying and rolling after padding treatment liquid, on one hand, the problems of yellowing of grey cloth and the like caused by drying treatment can be effectively avoided, on the other hand, the production cost is greatly saved, and the digital printing product using the method has full and bright color.

In conclusion, the method for digitally printing the textile in the wet state can solve the problems of oblique weft and easy yellowing of grey cloth, serious waste of pretreatment liquid and energy and the like caused by a pretreatment mode in the prior art, can effectively save the pretreatment liquid, avoid energy waste and greatly reduce the production cost, and digital printing products using the method are full and bright in color. Therefore, the invention has outstanding substantive features and obvious progress.
