The hydraulic oil tank below of present engineering vehicle hydraulic system all is connected with oil pump oil absorption rubber tube, if the vehicle has the oil pump stop work when the conflagration takes place, oil absorption rubber tube pipeline is the rubber goods and is blown easily, in case can cause the oil tank hydraulic oil to leak in a large number after the rubber tube is blown, and hydraulic oil burns combustion-supporting bigger probability that the conflagration took place easily when having the ignition source, can arouse the oil tank to explode even and take place the casualties occurence of failure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a device for manually and remotely cutting off an oil source of an oil tank, wherein a remote manual mechanical operation is used for closing a cut-off oil way, and a remote manual operating device is positioned at two sides under a vehicle, so that the device is simple in structure and high in safety.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a manual remote operation oil source cut-off device for an oil tank comprises more than one oil pump oil suction pipeline positioned below a hydraulic oil tank, a manual stop valve arranged on each oil pump oil suction pipeline, and more than one group of handle devices, wherein each group of handle devices comprises two handle components which are positioned below a frame and are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner; the pull rope is used for driving the operating handle of the manual stop valve to act through the handle device; the pull rope is formed by combining three sections, and consists of a steel wire rope which is used for being directly or indirectly connected with an operating handle of the manual stop valve and then bypassing the fixed pulley, and two sections of two branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes connected with the end parts of the steel wire rope, wherein the two sections of the branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes form two branches, one branch of the two branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes is connected with a handle of a left handle component below the frame in one group of handle devices, and the other branch of the two branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes is connected with a handle of a right handle component below the frame in the group of handle devices.

The handle assembly comprises a fixed frame and a handle movably arranged on the fixed frame; the handle is T-shaped and consists of a transverse handle and a vertical handle connected to the middle part of the transverse handle, the fixing frame comprises a support plate and U-shaped plates connected to the two ends of the support plate, a through hole is formed in the middle part of the support plate, the middle part of the vertical handle is arranged at the through hole, the two ends of the transverse handle are arranged in an opening of the U-shaped plates, and the end part of the opening of the U-shaped plate is provided with a spring pin. When the handle is pulled, the spring pin needs to be taken off first, and then the handle is pulled outwards.

The inner side of the vertical handle of the handle is provided with a mounting hole, the branch penetrates through the mounting hole on the handle, and the end part of the branch is connected with the handle through a rope clamp.

The oil suction pipeline of the oil pump comprises an oil suction steel pipe and an oil suction rubber pipe connected to the lower end of the oil suction steel pipe, and the manual stop valve is arranged in the middle of the oil suction steel pipe.

when the pull rope is formed by combining three sections, the pull rope consists of a steel wire rope which is connected with an operating handle of the manual stop valve and then bypasses the fixed pulley, and two sections of branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes which are connected with the end parts of the steel wire ropes, wherein the two sections of branch flexible shaft steel wire ropes form two branches; one branch is connected with a handle of a left handle component below the frame in the group of handle devices, and the other branch is connected with a handle of a right handle component below the frame in the group of handle devices;

when the pull rope is integrally formed into a section, the pull rope is a section of steel wire rope or flexible shaft steel wire rope which is used for being connected with an operating handle of the manual stop valve and then rounds the fixed pulley, and the end part of the pull rope, which is close to the handle assembly, is provided with two branches; one branch is connected with a handle of a left handle component below the frame in the group of handle devices, and the other branch is connected with a handle of a right handle component below the frame in the group of handle devices.

The number of the manual stop valves is n;

when n =1, the pull rope is one, the pull handle devices are in a group, the operating handle of the manual stop valve is directly connected with the pull rope, and the two branches of the pull rope are respectively and correspondingly connected with the pull handle devices;

when n =2 or 3, the pull rope is one, the handle devices are in a group, the operating handles of the manual stop valves are respectively and indirectly connected with the pull rope through a metal screw, and the two branches of the pull rope are respectively and correspondingly connected with the handle devices 11;

when n =3, the pull rope is two, the handle devices are two groups, the 3 manual stop valves are divided into two groups of manual stop valve sets, the two groups of manual stop valve sets are a manual stop valve set I consisting of one manual stop valve and a manual stop valve set II consisting of two manual stop valves, a manual stop valve operating handle of the manual stop valve set I is directly connected with the pull rope, and the two manual stop valve operating handles of the manual stop valve set II are indirectly connected with the pull rope through a metal screw respectively; two branches of the two pull ropes are respectively and correspondingly connected with the two handle devices.

When n is more than or equal to 4, at least two groups of handle devices are arranged, at least two pull ropes are arranged, the n manual stop valves are divided into at least two groups of manual stop valve groups consisting of more than two manual stop valves, the manual stop valves of the operating handles of each group of manual stop valve groups are respectively and indirectly connected with the pull ropes through a metal screw, and two branches of each pull rope are respectively and correspondingly connected with each handle device.

The pull rope is pulled by the handle to drive the operating handle to rotate from the opening position to the closing position to cut off the oil source. When a fire disaster occurs to the railway engineering vehicle, the hydraulic oil pump stops working, the pull ropes are pulled by the remote manual operation handles on the two sides under the vehicle, the remote operation stop valve handle can be realized by pulling the handle on any one of the left side and the right side, the handle operation can be selected nearby, the handle finding time is saved, an operator can quickly close the oil pump oil suction pipeline in a short time to prevent hydraulic oil leakage when the fire disaster occurs, and the possibility of a larger fire disaster caused by combustion supporting again when the fire disaster occurs is reduced. Every stay cord is connected with a stop valve handle or two fixed stop valve handle metal screw rods, and the pull of a handle on one side can realize the pulling of one stop valve handle or the pulling of two stop valve handles simultaneously.

The manual stop valve, the operating handle, the pull rope, the fixed pulley and the manual operation under the vehicle are all made of rigid materials, so that the risk of burning again by fire is overcome, and the problem of preventing the generation of larger fire after the oil in the cut oil tank leaks is effectively and thoroughly solved.

Detailed Description

In fig. 1, the invention comprises a manual stop valve 5 arranged on an oil suction pipeline of an oil pump, an operating handle 3 on the manual stop valve, a pull rope 2 for pulling the handle, and a left-right side handle device 11 arranged below a frame and passing through a fixed pulley 1 by the pull rope 2. The handle devices 11 arranged on the two sides of the frame are remote manual operation devices, each handle device 11 on each side is provided with a handle 7 with the same structure, and one handle 7 pulls the two stop valve handles 3. The two operating handles 3 are fixed together by a metal screw rod 4, one end of a pull rope 2 is connected with the metal screw rod 4, two branches of the pull rope 2 respectively reach the left side and the right side below the frame and are respectively connected with a left side handle 7 and a right side handle 7 by rope clamps 10. And by pulling any one of the left and right handles 7, the metal screw rod 4 can be pulled by one pull rope 2 to drive the two stop valve handles 3.

In the figures 2 and 3, 2 oil suction rubber pipes 8 are arranged below the oil tank 6, a manual stop valve 5 is arranged between each oil suction rubber pipe and the bottom surface of the oil tank, an oil suction steel pipe 14 is arranged on the bottom surface of the hydraulic oil tank 6, and the other end surface flange of the oil suction steel pipe 14 is directly arranged with the manual stop valve 5. And another oil suction steel pipe is arranged below the oil outlet of the manual stop valve 5, and an oil suction rubber pipe 8 of an oil pump 9 is arranged below the oil suction steel pipe. The fixed pulley 1 is arranged on a pillar above the frame, and the pull rope 2 is connected with the remote operation handle 7 from the lower part of the frame by winding the fixed pulley 1.

In fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the handle device 11 comprises two handle components which are arranged below the frame in a left-right symmetrical manner; each handle component comprises a fixed frame and a handle 7 movably arranged on the fixed frame. The handle 7 is a T-shaped structure and comprises a transverse handle 71 and a vertical handle 72 connected with the middle part of the transverse handle, the fixing frame comprises a support plate and U-shaped plates 12 connected with the two ends of the support plate, the middle part of the support plate is provided with a through hole, the middle part of the vertical handle is arranged at the through hole, and the two ends of the transverse handle are arranged in the openings of the U-shaped plates 12. The two manual stop valves 5 are provided with operating handles 3 on the sides, and holes are reserved on the operating handles 3 and used for installing metal screws 4 or directly installing pull ropes 2. The metal handles 3 of the two stop valves are fixed together by the metal screw rods 4, one end of the pull rope 2 is connected with the metal screw rods 4 by a rope clamp, the middle part of the pull rope 2 is wound around the fixed pulley 1 to form two branches to handle devices 11 on two sides below the frame, each branch is connected with the handle 7 by another rope clamp 10, two ends of the handle 7 are placed in grooves of two U-shaped plates 12 on the handle devices, and the spring pin 13 penetrates through the opening end part of the U-shaped plates 12 to fix the handle 7.

During the use, any side handle 7 below the car pulls the stay cord 2 that passes the frame, and stay cord 2 pulls the stop valve handle through fixed pulley 1, and the stop valve is converted to the closed state by the open mode and is cuted the oil-out of oil tank, has prevented the hydraulic oil leakage in the hydraulic tank 6 under the condition that hydraulic hose 8 burns out.
