Background

During the automobile stability test, a gyroscope is often used, and the gyroscope can measure relevant physical quantities such as speed, a roll stability angle, lateral acceleration, yaw angular velocity and the like so as to test the automobile stability.

The existing gyroscope fixing mode is that the gyroscope is adhered to the floor by using an adhesive tape, so that the gyroscope is difficult to be ensured to be positioned on the mass center position of a vehicle, thereby generating larger error and solving the problem of fixation and not firm.

Patent application No. 201410462225.9 provides a gyroscope installation device, and the device can realize the regulation of gyroscope mounted position direction of height, but to this kind of vehicle that has higher car height of tourist coach, this installation device need have long enough length just can guarantee that this installation device is available, and this can make this installation device heavy, difficult carrying.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention is directed to a gyroscope mounting and fixing device, so as to overcome the defects of the prior art, save time, and achieve fine adjustment in horizontal front-back and left-right directions.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a gyroscope mounting and fixing device comprises a bottom plate and a cover plate used for mounting a gyroscope;

the gyroscope mounting and fixing device can conveniently mount and fix a gyroscope in a tourist bus to realize height direction adjustment, and meanwhile, the gyroscope mounting and fixing device is provided with a fine adjustment structure (namely a screw and an elastic part), so that the gyroscope can be finely adjusted in the front and back directions and the left and right directions by utilizing the fine adjustment structure, the gyroscope is ensured to be in a horizontal position, and the accuracy of test data is ensured.

The application structure is basically the same as the advantages of the gyroscope installation fixing device relative to the prior art, and the detailed description is omitted.

As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a support frame 3 is mounted on each of opposite sides of the side wall of the bottom plate 1 corresponding to the hollow portion 102. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, one support frame 3 is installed on each of the left and right sides. In order to mount the supporting frames 3 and adjust the distance between the two supporting frames 3, or to enable the two supporting frames 3 to approach or separate from each other from the opposite left and right sides, two threaded holes 103 are respectively formed in the opposite two side walls (the left side wall and the right side wall in fig. 1) of the bottom plate 1 and the corresponding parts of the hollow part 102 at certain intervals, and one supporting frame 3 is respectively connected in the two threaded holes 103 corresponding to the positions on the two side walls in a threaded manner.
