6. The method for monitoring the water level of the all-weather tunnel water level monitoring system in any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) the infrared thermal imager collects the infrared image of the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate;

2) the infrared image collected in the step 1) is transmitted to an embedded infrared image processor through an A/D converter;

3) the embedded infrared image processor preprocesses the infrared image: removing noise by adopting an image enhancement method;

4) aiming at the preprocessed infrared image, threshold analysis, image segmentation and image matching identification processing are carried out by utilizing a histogram method and based on edge characteristics;

5) aiming at the infrared image after matching identification, carrying out target tracking by using a related matching tracking algorithm to obtain an image of the antirust plate, so as to obtain the immersion area of the infrared imaging acquisition surface of the antirust plate and further obtain water level information including the height of the water level;

6) the embedded infrared image processor transmits the water level information to the display through the signal transmitter for display.

7. The all-weather in-tunnel water level monitoring system water level monitoring method of claim 6, wherein the image enhancement method in step 3) is one or more of filtering, gray-scale correction and image sharpening.

The tunnel has various disaster-causing factors, and flood disaster is one of the most common and more harmful disasters in tunnel disasters, and is easy to cause coupling of various disasters. At present, flood monitoring in a tunnel is mostly focused on seepage and water leakage monitoring or water gauge water level reading, and water level information cannot be timely and accurately obtained under the condition of sudden flood, so that certain loss is caused to the structure of the tunnel, equipment and personnel in the tunnel.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects or the improvement requirements of the prior art, the invention provides an all-weather tunnel water level monitoring system and method based on infrared image detection.

To achieve the above objects, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an all-weather tunnel water level monitoring system based on infrared image detection, which is characterized by comprising a water level collecting device, an a/D converter, an embedded infrared image processor, a signal transmitter and a display, wherein,

the water level acquisition device comprises a water level information strip device and an infrared thermal imager, the water level information strip device comprises a fixed sleeve ring device and an anti-rust plate, the fixed sleeve ring device comprises a supporting rod and an auxiliary supporting ring, one end of the supporting rod is fixed on the wall of a tunnel, the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the auxiliary supporting ring, the lower end of the anti-rust plate is fixed on the ground of the tunnel, the upper end of the anti-rust plate penetrates through the auxiliary supporting ring, and one side face of the anti-rust plate serves as an infrared imaging acquisition face; the thermal infrared imager is arranged in the tunnel to obtain an infrared image of an infrared imaging acquisition surface of the anti-rust plate;

the thermal infrared imager is connected with the embedded infrared image processor through the A/D converter and used for converting analog signals detected by the thermal infrared imager into digital signals and transmitting the digital signals to the embedded infrared image processor, so that the embedded infrared image processor obtains the water level condition in the tunnel;

the embedded infrared image processor is connected with the display through the signal transmitter.

Preferably, the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate is coated with a coating with emissivity greater than 0.9.

Preferably, the water level collection devices are multiple in number and are arranged at intervals in the tunnel.

Preferably, the signal transmitter is a wireless signal transmitter.

Preferably, the water level monitoring device further comprises an alarm connected with the embedded infrared image processor to alarm when the embedded infrared image processor judges that the water level exceeds the limit.

According to another aspect of the invention, the method for monitoring the water level of the all-weather tunnel water level monitoring system is further provided, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) the infrared thermal imager collects the infrared image of the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate;

2) the infrared image collected in the step 1) is transmitted to an embedded infrared image processor through an A/D converter;

3) the embedded infrared image processor preprocesses the infrared image: removing noise by adopting an image enhancement method;

4) aiming at the preprocessed infrared image, threshold analysis, image segmentation and image matching identification processing are carried out by utilizing a histogram method and based on edge characteristics;

5) aiming at the infrared image after matching identification, carrying out target tracking by using a related matching tracking algorithm to obtain an image of the antirust plate, so as to obtain the immersion area of the infrared imaging acquisition surface of the antirust plate and further obtain water level information including the height of the water level;

Preferably, the image enhancement method in step 3) is one or more of filtering, gray-scale correction and image sharpening.

Preferably, after the infrared thermal imager continuously collects the infrared images, the embedded infrared image processor can obtain the water level information of the water level change speed according to the change rate of the immersion area of the infrared imaging collection surface of the anti-rust plate at different time.

Preferably, the embedded infrared image processor judges whether the water level height exceeds a set water level limit, and if so, the embedded infrared image processor sends a signal to an alarm to give an alarm.

In general, compared with the prior art, the above technical solution contemplated by the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

1) the all-weather tunnel water level monitoring system based on infrared image detection can realize the full coverage and the important monitoring of disaster-causing positions of the water level monitoring in the tunnel, and the non-contact infrared image detection and the embedded infrared image processing can realize the accurate extraction of the water level information under the complex background in the tunnel, thereby reducing the loss of personnel and equipment.

2) The embedded infrared thermal image processing module carries out one or more times of preprocessing on the infrared image, then carries out background segmentation, matching identification and tracking on the image, can effectively inhibit image noise, and accurately extracts the position and speed information of the target image, namely the height of the water level and the change speed of the water level.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. the water level acquisition device comprises a water level information strip device 1 and a thermal infrared imager 2, the water level information strip device 1 comprises a fixed sleeve ring device 11 and an anti-rust plate 12, the fixed sleeve ring device 11 comprises a supporting rod 111 and an auxiliary supporting ring 112, one end of the supporting rod 111 is fixed on the tunnel wall, the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the auxiliary supporting ring 112, the lower end of the anti-rust plate 12 is fixed on the ground of the tunnel, the upper end of the anti-rust plate penetrates through the auxiliary supporting ring 112, so that the ground is always used as a water level datum line during measurement, one side surface of the anti-rust plate is used as an infrared imaging acquisition surface, and the infrared imaging acquisition surface faces to be convenient for the thermal infrared imager; meanwhile, the antirust plate 12 is ensured not to fall off; the material of the rust-proof plate 12 itself may be stainless steel, for example, or the entire outer surface of the rust-proof plate 12 may be coated with a layer of rust-proof material to prevent rust, so as to adapt to the dark and humid environment in the tunnel; the thermal infrared imager 2 is arranged in the tunnel, and the camera is right opposite to the infrared imaging acquisition surface of the antirust plate 12 so as to obtain an infrared image of the infrared imaging acquisition surface of the antirust plate 12, especially a clear image of the infrared imaging acquisition surface;

1) the thermal infrared imager 2 collects the infrared image of the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate 12;

2) the infrared image collected in the step 1) is transmitted to an embedded infrared image processor 4 through an A/D converter 3;

3) the embedded infrared image processor 4 preprocesses the infrared image: an image enhancement method is adopted to remove noise, improve the data of the infrared image and achieve the best effect according to the scene and the image characteristics; the image enhancement method comprises one or more of filtering, gray level correction and image sharpening;

4) aiming at the preprocessed infrared image, threshold analysis, image segmentation and image matching identification processing are carried out by utilizing a histogram method and based on edge characteristics;

5) aiming at the infrared image after matching identification, a related matching tracking algorithm is utilized to track a target, and the automatic positioning of the target image (the image of the antirust plate 12) under a complex background is completed to obtain the infrared image of the antirust plate 12, particularly the infrared image of the water immersion area 121 of the antirust plate 12, so that the water immersion area of the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate 12 is obtained, and further water level information including the height of the water level is obtained;

6) the embedded infrared image processor 4 analyzes the water level information and transmits the water level information to the display 6 through the signal transmitter 5 for displaying. After the thermal infrared imager 2 continuously collects infrared images, the embedded infrared image processor 4 can obtain water level information of the water level change speed according to the change rate of the immersion area of the infrared imaging collection surface of the antirust plate 12 at different times. The embedded infrared image processor 4 can judge whether the water level height exceeds the set water level limit, and if the water level height exceeds the set water level limit, the embedded infrared image processor sends a signal to the alarm 7 to give an alarm.

The water level acquisition devices are multiple in number, are arranged at intervals at certain intervals in the tunnel according to the actual structure and functions of the tunnel, and can be arranged at the weak positions of key equipment and civil engineering structures, so that the full tunnel water level monitoring and alarming under the emergency flood condition are realized.
