Technical Field

Background

Metamitron, common name metamitron, chemical name: 3-methyl-4-amino-6-phenyl-4, 5-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazine-5-ketone) which structurally belongs to a trizin ketone compound and belongs to a photosynthesis inhibitor in the aspect of action mechanism. Is mainly used for preventing and killing gramineous weeds and broad-leaved weeds in beet fields, such as black nightshade, chickweed, bluegrass, alopecurus, cleavers and the like.

Pendimethalin, english generic name pendimethalin, chemical name: n- (1-ethyl propyl) -2, 6-dinitro-3, 4-dimethylaniline structurally belongs to aniline herbicides and belongs to a meristem cell division inhibitor in the action mechanism. Does not affect the germination of the weed seeds and plays a role after the sprouts and the sprouts roots absorb the medicament in the germination process of the weed seeds. The dicotyledonous plant absorption part is hypocotyl; the monocotyledon absorbs the part as the bud, and the damage symptom is that the bud and the secondary root are inhibited, and finally the death is caused. Flumioxazin, the english generic name flumioxazin, chemical name: 7-fluoro-6- (3,4,5, 6-tetrahydro) phthalimido-4- (2-propynyl) -1, 4-benzoxazine-3 (2H) -ketone, which belongs to a cyclic imine herbicide in structure. The flumioxazin is a herbicide absorbed by buds and leaves, can effectively prevent and kill 1-year-old broadleaf weeds and part of gramineous weeds when being used for soil treatment, is easy to degrade in the environment, and is safe for succeeding crops. Cotton and peanut have good drug resistance. Maize, wheat, barley, rice have moderate tolerance.

The residue problem caused by long-term use of the commonly used cotton field herbicides (such as fenoxaprop-P-ethyl, imazamox, clethodim, nicosulfuron, bentazon and the like or mixed preparations thereof) on the market at present becomes an important potential safety hazard influencing the growth of the succeeding crops. Meanwhile, many weeds have become resistant to drugs with the single use of a large area of the herbicide product land, resulting in the reduction of the effect of the herbicide.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a weeding composition safe to cotton and succeeding crops, which has the advantages of reasonable formula, low medication cost and synergistic control effect on a certain target. The weeding composition at least comprises three components of metamitron, pendimethalin and flumioxazin.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a herbicidal composition formulation comprising at least metamitron, pendimethalin and flumioxazin.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the composition in controlling weeds in cotton fields.

In order to overcome the defect of single preparation or binary combination in the prior art, the technical scheme of the weeding composition is as follows:

A) a first active ingredient, metamitron;

B) a second active ingredient pendimethalin;

C) the third active component flumioxazin.

The mass ratio of the first active ingredient to the second active ingredient to the third active ingredient is (1-100): (1-100): (1-100), preferably (1-10): (1-10): (1-10).

The effect of the ternary combination of metamitron, pendimethalin and flumioxazin on preventing and removing common weeds in cotton fields is verified through combined action determination.

Indoor toxicity assay
